The nickel(II) complex of a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA-Ni2+) was directly electrodeposited on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to give a DNA-Ni/GCE electrode. It was investigated in terms of its capability of electro-oxidizing methanol in alkaline medium. It exhibits stable redox behavior of the Ni2+/Ni3+ couple by cyclic voltammetry. The DNA-Ni2+ membrane showed excellent electrocatalytic suitability for the electro-oxidation of methanol, is stable and responds reproducibly. The linear range for the detection of methanol in alkaline medium is from 8.0 µM to 2.4 mM, and the limit of detection is 2.0 µM (at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3).  相似文献

2-(2-Formyl-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)acetic acid, as a bifunctional formyl-acid was prepared in four steps. This compound underwent one-pot reaction with primary amines, and alkyl isocyanides under Ugi conditions. A series of novel 3-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazino[1,2-a]benzimidazole-1-carboxamides were obtained in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

A series of 8-hydroxyquinoline complexes of tin, Q(2)SnCl(2) (Q?=?2-methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline, 8-hydroxyquinoline, 5,7-dibromo-8-hydroxyquinoline, 5-chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline, 5,7-dichloro-8-hydroxyquinoline and 5-nitro-8-hydroxyquinoline) were prepared by reacting stannous dichloride with 8-hydroxyquinoline and its derivatives. All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry and infrared, UV-vis and (1)H NMR spectroscopes. Furthermore, the molecular structure of a representative complex, dichlorido-bis(5-nitro-quinolin-8-olato-2N,O)tin(IV), was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The photoluminescence (PL) properties of all prepared compounds and electroluminescence (EL) property of a selected complex (Q?=?5-chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline) were investigated. The results showed that the emission wavelength can be tuned by electron donating or withdrawing group substituent on 8-hydroxyquinoline. Application of prepared complexes in fabrication of an OLED has been demonstrated.  相似文献

In this study, the effect of using folic acid on the in situ synthesis process of nanostructures has been investigated. Folic acid, as a biotemplate for synthesis of Cu2O/ZnO, was used to improve the reducing and stabilizing the ability of cotton fabric and avoid agglomeration of the particles. Scanning electron microscopy images revealed that using folic acid caused the formation of particles with smaller sizes on the cotton fabric and X‐ray diffraction confirmed the same crystalline pattern of nanoparticles in comparison with the previous synthesis process. The effect of using this biotemplate on different properties of treated fabrics including UV‐protection effect, hydrophilicity, crease recovery angle, softness, thickness and mechanical properties has been evaluated. The folic acid had a great influence on UV‐protection effect, in synthesis procedure, decreasing the droplet absorption time, bending length and improving the wrinkle resistance and mechanical properties. Interestingly, the higher tensile strength of the treated cotton fabrics proved the incorporation of nanoparticles into the cotton fibers. An in situ, green and rapid method can be provided by using folic acid for the synthesis of the nanostructures with controlled size.  相似文献

In order to develop a possible C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) imaging agent for oncological scintigraphy, [62Zn]labeled 1,1′-[1,4-phenylenebis(methylene)]bis-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane ([62Zn]-AMD3100) was prepared using in-house made [62Zn]ZnCl2 and AMD-3100 for 1 h at 50 °C (radiochemical purity: >97 % ITLC, >96 % HPLC, specific activity: 20–22 GBq/mmol) in acetate buffer. The complex showed highly hydrophilic properties (log P = ?1.114). Stability of the complex was checked in presence of human serum (37 °C) and in final formulation for 1 day. The biodistribution of the labeled compound in vital organs of wild-type Sprague–Dawdley rats were determined and compared with that of free Zn2+ cation up to 6 h. Co-incidence imaging of the complex was consistent with the distribution data up to 3 h. The complex can be a possible in vivo generator compound for PET imaging in CXCR4 positive tumors.  相似文献

The one-pot three-component synthesis for the preparation of 1H-indazolo[1,2-b] phthalazine-1,6,11(13H)-triones through condensation of phthalimide, hydrazine monohydrate, dimedone, and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of a novel catalytic amount of ZrO(NO3)2.2H2O at reflux conditions in water has been reported. Quantum theoretical calculations for the three structures of compounds ( 5a , 5b , and 5c ) were performed using the G3MP2, LC-ωPBE, MP2, and B3LYP methods with the 6-311 + G** basis set. After optimizing the structures, geometric parameters were obtained and experimental measurements were compared with the calculated data. The structures of the products were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. IR spectra data and 1H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shifts computations of the 1H-indazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-1,6,11(13H)-trione derivatives in the ground state were calculated. Frontier molecular orbitals, total density of states, thermodynamic parameters, and molecular electrostatic potentials of the title compounds were investigated by theoretical calculations. Molecular properties such as the ionization potential (I), electron affinity (A), chemical hardness (η), electronic chemical potential (μ), and electrophilicity (ω) were investigated for the structures. Consequently, there was an excellent agreement between experimental and theoretical results.  相似文献

A novel and efficient method for the diastereoselective synthesis of α-hydrazine tetrazoles via an isocyanide-based multicomponent reaction is reported in good yields. The α-hydrazine tetrazoles were obtained by a facile azide Ugi four-component reaction (U-4CR) using cyclic ketones, trimethylsilyl azide, hydrazides, and corresponding isocyanide without any catalyst and with high bond forming efficiency at room temperature.  相似文献

[140Nd] labeled 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin ([140Nd]-TPP) as a tumor–avid complex with a β-emitting radionuclide for evaluating its potential for target tumor therapy is reported. This complex was prepared using freshly prepared [140Nd] NdCl3 (purified by amino functionalized MCM-41 nano resin and commercial cation exchanger resins) and 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin (H2TPP).Stability of the complex was investigated in final formulation and human serum for 24 h and the partition coefficient was calculated. The biodistribution of the labeled compound in vital organs of Swiss mice bearing fibro sarcoma tumor was studied using scarification studies and positron emission tomography imaging up to 4 h.  相似文献
