Indium triflate mediated first synthesis of diversely functionalized pyrrol-2-thiones has been developed by dehydrative annulation of β-ketothioamides with phenylglyoxal through the domino Knoevenagel condensation/cyclization cascade in one-pot. This new simple strategy not only utilizes readily accessible starting material, but also allows the construction of 5-membered azaheterocycle with one quaternary carbon center as a result of the formation of two new (C–C and C–N) bonds in a single operation.  相似文献

The problem of composite heat transfer in a boundary layer over a flat plate embedded in a saturated porous medium involving a gray fluid of small optical density is analysed. The analysis is based on treating the convective and radiative transport processes separately. Two flux model has been used for the radiative transport process. The results of the analysis show that the radiation flux at the wall increases with increase in porous parameter whereas, the opposite behaviour is observed at the edge of the boundary layer for a given value of the optical density and the temperature ratio between the wall and the free stream. However, the radiation flux always decreases with increase in optical density when the porous parameter and the temperature ratio are kept constant. The total heat flux which is the sum of the radiative and convective transport process increases as conduction to radiation parameter AT decreases.Das Problem von zusammengesetzter Wärmeübertragung in einer Grenzschicht über einer von einem grauen Fluid kleiner optischer Dichte umströmten flachen Platte, die in einem gesättigten porösen Medium eingebettet ist, wird untersucht. Die Berechnung basiert darauf, die Konvektion und den Transport durch Strahlung getrennt zu betrachten. Zwei Strom-Modelle wurden für den Prozeß des Transportes durch Strahlung benutzt. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung zeigen für eine gegebene optische Dichte und Temperatur zwischen Wand und freier Strömung, daß der Strahlungsstrom an der Wand mit dem Ansteigen des Porositäts-Parameters zunimmt, wohingegen das entgegengesetzte Verhalten an dem Rand der Grenzschicht beobachtet wird. Der Strahlungsstrom nimmt immer mit zunehmender optischer Dichte ab, wenn der Porositäts-Parameter und die Temperatur konstant gehalten werden. Der gesamte Wärmestrom, der die Summe aus Konvektion und Strahlung darstellt, wächst mit abnehmendem Verhältnis N von Leitung zu Strahlung.  相似文献

Thermo- and alkali-stable xylanases produced from Thielaviopsis basicola (MTCC-1467) on low-cost carbon source like rice straw were evaluated for their potential application in biobleaching of wood kraft pulp. Enzyme treatment at retention time of 240?min with 20?IU/gm of dried pulp resulted in ~85.2?% of reduction in kappa number. When compared to control, 110.8, 93, and 72.2?% of enhancement in brightness (percent International Organization of Standardization), whiteness, and fluorescence, respectively, were observed for enzyme-treated pulp. Spectroscopic analysis showed significant release of chromophoric compounds from enzyme-treated pulp. Furthermore, scanning electron microscope studies of unbleached and enzyme bleached pulp revealed the effectiveness of enzymatic treatment. The enzyme-treated pulp subjected to later stages of chemical bleaching resulted in 16?% decrease in chlorine consumption along with considerable reduction in chemical oxygen demand percentage (14.5?%) level of effluent. Various pulp properties like fiber length, fiber width, burst strength, burst index, tear strength, tear index, tensile strength, and breaking length were also significantly improved after enzyme treatment when compared to control.  相似文献

Anatase TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method through the hydrolysis of TiCl4. Ni2+ was doped into the TiO2 matrix in the concentration range of 0.02 to 0.1 at.% and characterized by various analytical techniques. Powder X-ray diffraction revealed only anatase phase for all the samples, while diffuse reflectance spectral studies indicated a red shift in the band gap absorption to the visible region. The photocatalytic activities of these photocatalysts were probed for the degradation of methyl orange under natural solar light. The photocatalyst with optimum doping of 0.08 at.% Ni2+, showed enhanced activity, which is attributed to: (i) effective separation of charge carriers and (ii) large red shift in the band gap to visible region. The influence of crystallite size and dopant concentration on the charge carrier trapping — recombination dynamics is investigated.  相似文献

N-formylation reactions by catalytic oxidation of methanol in the presence of primary or secondary amines and hydrogen peroxide has been investigated using a liquid phase reaction system over basic copper hydroxyl salts. A series of basic copper hydroxyl salts was prepared by the conventional precipitation method using aqueous ammonia and sodium hydroxide as precipitating agents. PXRD, SEM, FT-IR, BET were employed for physical characterization of the prepared basic copper hydroxyl salts. The composition of the catalytic material obtained was found dependent on the nature of the anion associated with the copper salt precursor. The copper hydroxyl chloride catalyst has shown the best catalytic performance in terms of the reaction rate and product selectivity whereas for the copper oxide catalyst the reaction rate was extremely slow. It is interesting to observe that 4-piperidone protected with acid-sensitive functional groups such as N-acetyl piperazine and ethylene glycol can also be formylated from moderate to good yields by these catalysts.  相似文献

Nine new macrocyclic ligands containing two- or four-amide groups have been prepared by the cyclization reaction of three different diamines with acid chlorides (oxalyl dichloride or malonyl dichloride), diesters (diethyl oxalate or diethyl malonate) or 1,2-dichloroethane. The macrocycles prepared are four tetraaza-14-crown-4, four tetraaza-15-crown-4 and one tetraaza-16-crown-4. A novel chainlike coordination polymer [Cu(II)(2,2'-bipy)(H(2)O)(2)Al(OH)(6)Mo(6)O(18)](n)()(n)()(-), formed from a heteropolyanion [Al(OH)(6)Mo(6)O(18)](3)(-) as a building unit and a copper(II) complex fragment, [Cu(II)(2,2'-bipy)(H(2)O)(2)](2+), as a linker, provides the first example of an extended structure based on an Anderson type of polyanion and a transition metal complex with organic ligand. The intra- and interchain O-H.O hydrogen-bonding interactions are seemingly responsible for the spiral shape of this chain. We report design and subsequent fabrication of an intrinsically gain flattened Erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) based on a highly asymmetrical and concentric dual-core fiber, inner core of which was only partially doped. Phase-resonant optical coupling between the two cores was so tailored through optimization of its refractive index profile parameters that the longer wavelengths within the C-band experience relatively higher amplification compared to the shorter wavelengths thereby reducing the difference in the well-known tilt in the gains between the shorter and longer wavelength regions. The fabricated EDFA exhibited a median gain ?28 dB (gain excursion below ±2.2 dB within the C-band) when 16 simultaneous standard signal channels were launched by keeping the I/P level for each at −20 dBm/channel. Such EDFAs should be attractive for deployment in metro networks, where economics is a premium, because it would cut down the cost on gain flattening filter head.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoresis (CE) and a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method are described for the simultaneous determination of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), S,S′-ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid (EDDS) and R,S-iminodisuccinic acid (IDS) complexing agents as their Fe(III) complexes in cosmetics like shower cream and foam bath. The non-biodegradable EDTA is used in combination with biodegradable analogues like EDDS and IDS in many commercial products. The HPLC method involves separation by reversed-phase ion pair chromatography on a C18 column using methanol-formate buffer (20 mM tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate, 15 mM sodium formate adjusted to pH 4.0 with formic acid) (10:90, v/v) as mobile solvent at a flow rate of 0.8 mL min−1 at 24 °C using UV detection at 240 nm. The CE separation was performed in a fused silica capillary of 50 μm i.d. with the total length of 50 cm with a 10 mM MES and MOPSO (pH 5.5) at an applied voltage of −25 kV. The samples were introduced by applying a 50 mbar pressure for 2 s. Absorbances at 215 and 225 nm were monitored for the detection of the complexes. The methodology performance of the two methods was evaluated in terms of linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ) and reproducibility. The LOD values obtained from HPLC are low when compared with CE. The applicability of both the methods was demonstrated for the analysis of cosmetic products such as shower cream and foam bath. The results obtained by both CE and HPLC were found to be comparable and in good agreement.  相似文献
