A single-pulse shock tube study of the four pentene isomers is carried out at 2 ± 0.16 bar and 900–1600 K. C1 to C6 species profiles were recorded using gas chromatography mass spectrometry analyses. The species are identified using mass spectrometry and quantified by flame ionization detection. High-pressure limiting and pressure-dependent rate constants for 2M1B, 2M2B and 3M1B + ? were calculated using RRKM theory with a Master Equation (ME) analysis using the Master Equation System Solver, MESS. A mechanism was formulated based on rate rules and theoretical calculations. Comparisons between experimental results and model simulations are provided for all of the five pentene isomers investigated with satisfactory agreement. Furthermore, an insight is provided into the influence of molecular structure on the reactivity of pyrolysis chemistry. Interestingly, it is found that the HACA mechanism is much less prominent for benzene formation compared to the role of cyclopentadienyl radical recombination with methyl radicals and also the recombination of propargyl radicals.  相似文献

Acetyl benzofurans 1a, 1b reacted with isatins 2a2f in the presence of pyridine to give corresponding 3-[2-(1-benzofuran-2-yl)-2-oxoethyl]-3-hydroxy-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one derivatives 3a3l. Dehydration of the latter in acidic media led to the corresponding α,β-unsaturated ketones 4a4l. The structures of newly synthesized compounds 3a3l and 4a4l were established on the basis of analytical and spectral data. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. Compounds 5d, 5f, and 5h displayed excellent antimicrobial activity. The synthesized compounds were studied for docking on the enzyme, Glucosamine-6-phosphate Synthase.  相似文献

A rat model of transient suture occlusion of one middle cerebral artery (MCA) was used to create a unilateral reperfused cerebral ischemic infarct with blood-brain barrier (BBB) opening. Opening of the BBB was visualized and quantitated by magnetic resonance (MR) contrast enhancement with a Look-Locker T(1)-weighted sequence either following an intravenous bolus injection (n=7) or during a step-down infusion (n=7) of gadolinium-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (Gd-DTPA). Blood levels of Gd-DTPA after either input were monitored via changes in sagittal sinus relaxation rate. Blood-to-brain influx constants (K(i)) were calculated by Patlak plots. On the basis of the MRI parameters and lesion size, the ischemic injury was determined to be similar in the two groups. The bolus injection input produced a sharp rise in blood levels of Gd-DTPA that declined quickly, whereas the step-down infusion led to a sharp rise that was maintained relatively constant for the period of imaging. Visual contrast enhancement and signal-to-noise (S/N) ratios were better with the step-down method (S/N=1.8) than with bolus injection (S/N=1.3). The K(i) values were not significantly different between the two groups (P>.05) and were around 0.005 ml/(g min). The major reason for the better imaging of BBB opening by the step-down infusion was the higher amounts of Gd-DTPA in plasma and tissue during most of the experimental period. These results suggest that step-down MR contrast agent (MRCA) administration schedule may be more advantageous for detection and delineation of acute BBB injury than the usually used bolus injections.  相似文献

A novel series of 5-(p-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl)-3-aryl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-carbothioamides 2a-f and functionalized 2-(3-(aryl)-5-(4-(prop-2-ynyloxy)phenyl)-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-4-(3-arylsydnone-4-yl)thiazoles 4a-l were synthesized. The newly synthesized compounds were elucidated by analytical and spectral analysis. From the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, it was observed that 2d crystallizes in a monoclinic crystal system with P21/n space group. The compounds 2d crystallized with cell parameters a = 15.0614 (19) Å, b = 6.0805 (7) Å, c = 20.903 (7) Å, α = 114.136 (6)o, β = 110.709 (14) o, γ = 96.553 (5) o, V = 1790.6 (4) Å3, Z = 4. From the Hirshfeld surface computational method, the major intercontacts present in these molecules are H…H (31.6%), C…H (18.2%) and S…H (12.2%), respectively. The newly synthesized compounds were tested for their ability to bleach 2,2'-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical using DPPH scavenging assay. Among the synthesized compounds carbothioamide compounds 2c (90.7%) and 2b (89.8%) exhibited good DPPH scavenging activity compared to the rest of the compounds. Most of the synthesized carbothioamide molecules ( 2a-f ) found to be potent compared to the thiazole derivatives ( 4a-l ).  相似文献

A general method for the synthesis of so far unknown nonsymmetrically substituted N‐aryl‐N′‐aryl′‐4,4′‐bipyridinium salts is presented (Scheme 1). The common intermediate in all procedures is N‐(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)‐4,4′‐bipyridinium hexafluorophosphate ( 1 ⋅ ). For the synthesis of nonsymmetric arylviologens, 1 ⋅ was arenamine‐exchanged by the Zincke reaction, and then activated at the second bipyridine N‐atom with 2,4‐dinitrophenyl 4‐methylbenzenesulfonate. The detailed preparation of the six N‐aryl‐N′‐aryl′‐viologens 21 – 26 is discussed (Scheme 2). The generality of the procedure is further exemplified by the synthesis of two nonsymmetrically substituted N‐aryl‐N′‐benzyl‐ (see 11 and 12 ), and seven N‐aryl‐N′‐alkyl‐4,4′‐bipyridinium salts (see 28 – 34 ) including substituents with metal oxide anchoring and redox tuning properties. The need for these compounds and their usage as electrochromic materials, in dendrimer synthesis, in molecular electronics, and in tunable‐redox mediators is briefly discussed. The latter adjustable property is demonstrated by the reduction potential measured by cyclic voltammetry on selected compounds (Table).  相似文献

The kinetics of sublimation of bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionato)copper(II), [Cu(tmhd)2] was studied by non-isothermal and isothermal thermogravimetric (TG) methods. The non-isothermal sublimation activation energy values determined following the procedures of Friedman, Kissinger, and Flynn–Wall methods yielded 93 ± 5, 67 ± 2, and 73 ± 4 kJ mol−1, respectively and the isothermal sublimation activation energy was found to be 97 ± 3 kJ mol−1 over the temperature range of 375–435 K. The dynamic TG run proved the complex to be completely volatile and the equilibrium vapor pressure (pe)T of the complex over the temperature range of 375–435 K determined by a TG-based transpiration technique, yielded a value of 96 ± 2 kJ mol−1 for its standard enthalpy of sublimation (ΔsubH°).  相似文献

A series of previously synthesized 5-benzyliden-2-(5-methylthiazole-2-ylimino)thiazoli- din-4-one were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity on the basis of PASS predictive outcomes. The predictive compounds were found to demonstrate moderate to good anti-inflammatory activity, and some of them displayed better activity than indomethacin used as the reference drug. Structure–activity relationships revealed that the activity of compounds depends not only on the nature of the substituent but also on its position in the benzene ring. The most active compounds were selected to investigate their possible mechanism of action. COX and LOX activity were determined and found that the title compounds were active only to COX-1 enzymes with an inhibitory effect superior to the reference drug naproxen. As for LOX inhibitory activity, the derivatives failed to show remarkable LOX inhibition. Therefore, COX-1 has been identified as the main molecular target for the anti-inflammatory activity of our compounds. The docking study against COX-1 active site revealed that the residue Arg 120 was found to be responsible for activity. In summary, the 5-thiazol-based thiazolidinone derivatives have been identified as a novel class of selective COX-1 inhibitors.  相似文献

The conformai theory of Finsler spaces was initiated by Knebelman in 1929 and lately Kikuchi [7] gave the conditions for a Finsler space to be conformai to a Minkowski space. However under theh-condition, the third author [4] obtained the conditions for a Finsler space to beh-conformal to a Minkowski space. The purpose of the paper is to investigate the infinitesimalh-conformal motions of Finsler metric and its application to anH-recurrent Finsler space. We obtain the following results.
