多结超导环在外磁场中的行为

分析和计算了双结超导环在无偏置电流时的磁通、环流、自由能与外磁场的关系.发现双结环与单结环在磁场中的行为有所不同.当两个结的Ic相等时，双结环在1＜β=2πLIcΦ0＜2时，若无偏置电流，总磁通Φ、环流I与外磁通Φe的关系仍然是非回滞的曲线.仅当β≥2时，曲线才出现回滞.另外双结环有两支解，并且每支解的周期为2Φ0. 关键词： 双结环 双支解 2Φ0周期 回滞     

复注及多孔注浆理论研究

针对柱面注浆方式，研究了有关渗透注浆的单孔复注及不同方式布孔时多孔注浆的相互影响等问题，推导出一些有价值的岩体注浆理论公式，可用于指导现场注浆工程的设计与施工．     

On the orthogonality of natural modes of vibration

The natural modes of a discrete linear system are orthogonal with respect to the mass and stiffness matrices in a generalized sense. However, these modes are usually not orthogonal to each other in the ordinary sense. The purpose of this paper is to document a number of conditions under which the modes are also orthogonal in an ordinary fashion.     

Soluble,saturated‐red‐light‐emitting poly(p‐phenylenevinylene) containing triphenylamine units and cyano groups

A conjugated poly(p‐CN‐phenylenevinylene) (PCNPV) containing both electron‐donating triphenylamine units and electron‐withdrawing cyano groups was prepared via Knoevenagel condensation in a good yield. Gel permeation chromatography suggested that the soluble polymer had a very high weight‐average molecular weight of 309,000. A bright and saturated red emission was observed under UV excitation in solution and film. Cyclic voltammetry showed that the polymer presented quasi‐reversible oxidation with a relatively low potential because of the triphenylamine unit. A single‐layer indium tin oxide/PCNPV/Mg–Ag device emitted a bright red light (633 nm). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem 42: 3947–3953, 2004     

Time-resolved chemiluminescence technique for the microdetermination of proteins based on their complexation with copper(II).

Based on the complexation between proteins and Cu(II) coupled with the time-resolved chemiluminescence (CL) technique, a highly sensitive and quantitative assay for measuring proteins in solution is described. The complexes of proteins with Cu(II) have a strongly catalytic effect on the luminol-H2O2 CL reaction. Because the CL emission produced by the complexes is much more long-lived than that by Cu(II), the CL signals originating from proteins can be easily identified and measured with a time-resolved technique. On this basis, bovine albumin fraction V (BAF V) can be quantitatively determined in the range of 0.01 - 5.0 microg/ml with a detection limit of 5.8 ng/ml. The results show that the proposed assay exhibits a small variation in the response values for the same amount of different proteins, as compared to the Lowry as well as Bradford assays. The CL assay has also been studied for the detection of immobilized proteins.     

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism/heteroduplex capillary electrophoretic mutation analysis of the P53 gene.

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism (F-SSCP) analysis with capillary electrophoresis (CE) is the most common method for the detection of mutation because of its high sensitivity and resolution. In this study, we prepared an inexpensive linear polyacrylamide (LPA), and successfully applied it to CE-SSCP analysis and tandem CE-SSCP/heteroduplex analysis (HA) of the P53 gene on an ABI capillary genetic analyzer. A comparison of the sieving capabilities of a homemade LPA and commercial polydimethylacrylamide (PDMA) demonstrates that the homemade LPA has a higher resolution, a shorter analysis time, and is more suitable for tandem SSCP/HA than commercial PDMA. To show the usefulness, mutations of P53 gene exon 7 - 8 in 37 tumor samples were investigated by using homemade LPA. The results indicate that 10 mutations were found in 9 of 37 cases; the majority of P53 mutations were missense mutations, and 70% were located in exon 7, which plays an important role in neoplastic progression in human tumorigenesis.

激光限制结晶技术制备nc-Si/SiO2多层膜

在等离子体增强化学气相淀积系统中，采用aSi:H层淀积和原位等离子体氧化相结合的逐层生长技术制备了aSi:H/SiO_2多层膜.在激光诱导限制结晶原理基础上，使用KrF准分子脉冲激光为辐照源，对aSi:H/SiO_2多层膜进行辐照，使纳米级厚度的aSi:H子层晶化.Raman散射谱和电子衍射谱的结果表明，经过激光辐照后纳米Si颗粒在原始的aSi:H子层内形成，晶粒尺寸可以根据aSi:H层的厚度精确控制.还研究了样品的光致发光（PL）特性以及激光辐照能量密度对PL性质的影响. 关键词： 脉冲激光 多层膜 限制结晶     

A mild and simple synthesis of N-aryl substituted toluenesulfamides under solvent-free conditions

N- aryl substituted benzenesulfamides are often used as heating-sensitive recording material1, thermal printing material2, sensitizer3 and developer4. Moreover, some of the benzenesulfamides have antifungal activities5. Many methods have been described for preparation of sulfamides. They are used to carry out in solvent8 or in solid phase condition9. These methods required solvent or solid support and even required heating or cooling. At the same time, the process of these methods is complex. Now we have developed a new method to prepare N-aryl substituted toluenesulfamides under solvent-free conditions.In recent years, solvent-free technology has gained popularity in organic synthesis. For instance,solidstate reaction and microwave reaction have received considerable attention. Solvent-free synthesis of amides has been reported10-11. This technology has many advantages such as high efficiency and selectivity, easy separation and environmental acceptability. All these merits are in accord with green chemistry's requirements of energy-saving, high efficiency and environmental benefits.In our paper, we used a simple and efficient method for preparing N-aryl substituted toluenesulfamides under solvent-free conditions, as a replacement for classic solvent, which gives many environmental benefits.All reactions were completed at room temperature by co-grinding in an agate mortar for 3-20min and the results are shown in Table 1.In conclusion, we have developed an efficient and convenient method of preparation N-aryl substituted toluenesulfamides in high yields. It symbols an improvement for synthesis of benzenesulfamides.
