Zn0.76Cd0.24Se/ZnSe多量子阱的共振喇曼光谱

本文报道了在Zn0.76Cd0.24Se/ZnSe多量子阱(MQWs)中,用不同的Ar+激光线激发,观察到了共振增强的喇曼散射。首次在室温和77K的条件下,用Ar+的457.9nm谱线激发,观察到分别来自ZnSe垒层和Zn0.76Cd0.24Se阱层的限制纵光学声子模(LO)的喇曼散射,并对上述不同的光学模的起因进行了分析。     

周期系数三种群Lotka－Volterra混合模型分析

考虑三种群Ｌｏｔｋａ－Ｖｏｌｔｅｒｒａ周期系数模型，种群间既有捕食关系又有竞争关系，得到唯一存在全局渐近稳定周期解的条件，并举例说明条件的可行性．     

Luttinger liquid with asymmetric dispersion

We present an extension of the Tomonaga-Luttinger model in which left and right-moving particles have different Fermi velocities. We derive expressions for one-particle Green's functions, momentum-distributions, density of states, charge compressibility and conductivity as functions of both the velocity difference ε and the strength of the interaction β. This allows us to identify a novel restricted region in the parameter space in which the system keeps the main features of a Luttinger liquid but with an unusual behavior of the density of states and the static charge compressibility κ. In particular κ diverges on the boundary of the restricted region, indicating the occurrence of a phase transition. Some results on fractionaln-factor-critical graphs

A simple graphG is said to be fractionaln-factor-critical if after deleting anyn vertices the remaining subgraph still has a fractional perfect matching. For fractionaln-factor-criticality, in this paper, one necessary and sufficient condition, and three sufficient conditions related to maximum matching, complete closure are given.     

p+209Bi核反应微观数据的理论计算

利用光学模型、激光模型、蒸发模型及扭曲波玻恩近似理论,对入射能量从阈能到300MeV,p+²⁰⁹Bi的中子反应截面、剩余核截面、出射粒子的多重数进行了理论计算及分析,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了比较.同时得到一组能量到50?0MeV与实验数据符合很好的光学势参数.     

Characteristics of transmission of electrons in a quantum wire tangentially attached to a superconductor ring threaded by magnetic flux

We present numerical investigations of the transmission properties of electrons in a normal quantum wire tangentially attached to a superconductor ring threaded by magnetic flux. A point scatterer with a δ -function potential is placed at node to model scattering effect. We find that the transmission characteristics of electrons in this structure strongly depend on the normal or superconducting state of the ring. The transmission probability as a function of the energy of incident electrons, in the case of a superconductor ring threaded by one quantum magnetic flux, emerges one deep dip, imposed upon the first broad bump in spectrum. This intrinsic conductance dip originates from the superconductor state of the ring. When increasing the magnetic flux from one quantum magnetic flux to two, the spectrum shifts toward higher energy region in the whole. This conductance dip accordingly shifts and appears in the second bump. In the presence of a point-scatterer at the node, the spectrum is substantially modified. Based on the condition of the formation of the standing wave functions in the ring and the broken of the time-reserve symmetry of Schr?dinger equation after switching magnetic flux, the characteristics of transmission of electrons in this structure can be well understood.
