微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究中的应用

物质在纳米尺度下可能呈现出与体材料不同的物理特件，这正是纳米科技发展的基础之一。要想探索在纳米尺度下材料物埋性质的变化规律及可能的应用领域，离不开相应的技术手段，微纳米加工技术作为当今高技术发展的重要技术领域之一，是实现功能人工纳米结构与器件微纳米化的基础。本文根据几个不同的应用领域，介绍了微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究领域的应用。     

The Cauchy Problem of the Nonlinear Schr■dinger Equations in R~(1 1)

In this paper,we consider the local and global solution for the nonlinear Schrdinger equationwith data in the homogeneous and nonhomogeneous Besov space and the scattering result for small data.Thetechniques to be used are adapted from the Strichartz type estimate,Kato's smoothing effect and the maximalfunction(in time)estimate for the free Schrdinger operator.

??In this paper, by applying the moment inequality for asymptotically almost negatively associated (AANA, in short) random sequence and truncated method, the equivalent conditions of complete moment convergence of the maximum partial for weighted sums of AANA random variables are obtained without assumptions of identical distribution, which generalize and improve the corresponding ones of{15},{16} and {17}, respectively.

LARGE-SIGNAL SIMULATIONS OF A GYROTRON TRAVELING-WAVE AMPLIFIER WITH A MODE-SELECTIVE INTERACTION CIRCUIT

A self-consistent nonlinear theory is used to analyze the saturated performances of a Ka-band gyrotron traveling wave amplifier (gyro-TWA) operating at the fundamental with a mode-selective interaction circuit involving a tapered vane-slot mode converter. The amplifier is predicted to generate 140 kW saturated output power with 33.3% efficiency, a saturated gain of 33dB, and a 3dB bandwidth of 2.7 GHz (8%) for a 70 kV, 6A electron beam with a velocity ratio of 1.0 and an axial velocity spread of 5%.     

SILEX-1装置上等离子体尾场加速电子初步实验

激光等离子体加速电子机制可以产生准单能的高能电子束, 近年来成为国际上的研究热点. 中国工程物理研究院激光装置已经能够达到286TW的输出功率, 为国内在该领域的研究提供了实验条件. 文章介绍了在SILEX-1装置上开展的激光等离子体加速电子的初步实验, 并对测得结果进行讨论, 为下一步实验的进行提供了准备条件.     

BEPCⅡ直线加速器重大改造和束流调试进展

BEPCⅡ直线加速器的重大改造旨在获得高流强、小发射度和小能散的正负电子束, 以满足对撞机亮度提高两个两级的要求. 这对直线加速器各系统和束流物理是一个挑战. 文章介绍了直接决定束流性能的新电子源、新正电子源、新微波功率源、相位控制系统和束流测量系统等的改造情况; 叙述了束流物理研究; 介绍了束流调试进展情况和进一步改进计划.     

激光介质的多次吸收不均匀内热源模型

针对激光介质的内热源,以多次吸收作用为基础提出了适用于侧面双向泵浦板状激光介质的不均匀内热源模型,即多次吸收不均匀内热源模型,并与均匀内热源和一次吸收内热源模型进行了对比分析。研究表明,介质厚度及光吸收系数组成的无量纲参数不同时,三种内热源模型得到的内热源分布也有所不同。最后给出了内热源不均匀度及多次吸收模型与一次吸收模型之间的差异在不同目标值下的内热源模型适用准则。     

ZnSe/SiO2复合薄膜光学常数与荧光光谱的研究

采用溶胶-凝胶工艺与原位生长技术，制备了ZnSe/SiO₂复合薄膜.X射线衍射分 析表明薄膜中ZnSe晶体呈立方闪锌矿结构.X射线荧光分析结果显示薄膜中Zn与Se摩尔比为1 ∶1.01—1∶1.19.利用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察了复合薄膜的表面形貌，结果表明复合薄 膜表面既存在尺寸约为400nm的ZnSe晶粒，也存在尺寸小于100nm的ZnSe晶粒.利用椭偏仪测 量了薄膜椭偏角Ψ，Δ与波长λ的关系，采用Maxwell-Garnett有效介质理论对薄膜的光学 常数、厚度、气孔率、ZnS 关键词： 2复合薄膜')" href="#">ZnSe/SiO₂复合薄膜 光学性质 椭偏光度法 荧光光谱
