谷氨酸类脂分子在不同溶剂中的自组装性质及机理研究

以N-Boc-D-谷氨酸和不同链长的烷基氨为原料，1-乙基-3-(3-二甲氨基丙基）碳二亚胺盐酸盐和1-羟基苯并三唑为缩合剂制得N，N′-双十二（双十四，双十六）-D-Boc-谷氨酸二酰胺（DBG_n）; DBG_n在二氯甲烷中用三氟乙酸水解合成了N，N′-双十二（双十四，双十六）-D-谷氨酸二酰胺（DG_n），其结构经¹H NMR和MALDI-TOF-MS确证。采用FT-IR, SEM和XRD研究了DG_n在不同溶剂中的成胶性能。结果表明：Boc基团之间的氢键相互作用和长烷基链之间的疏水作用有利于凝胶的形成。     

无机元素化学的智慧“教与学”*

依托校内无机化学在线课程,将基于“超星”学习通平台的混合式教学模式引入元素化学知识的学习,设计了“MOOC+案例精讲+QQ群辅助”的教学策略。实践过程中,借助MOOC自主学习低阶的知识点,采用专题直播、分组活动、PBL教学法开展高阶知识点的学习,QQ群辅助进行实时答疑。学习通平台串联起了教室端、移动端和管理端,师生线上线下的交流互动,有助于实现愉快、高效的智慧“教与学”。调查显示,基于“一平三端”的混合教学形式得到大部分学生的认可。     

牛血清白蛋白与十二烷基硫酸钠作用的机理

利用电动势法得到了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)相互作用的结合等温线. 通过四阶导数紫外光谱法和荧光光谱法研究了相互作用过程中芳香族氨基酸残基微环境极性的变化. 通过研究发现, 随着SDS浓度的逐渐增大, SDS在BSA上的平均结合数(v)逐渐增大, 色氨酸(Trp)残基所处微环境的极性在减弱后保持基本不变, 酪氨酸残基所处微环境的极性在明显增强后稍有减弱, 苯丙氨酸残基所处微环境的极性略有增强. 结果表明, 当v由0增大到14时, SDS主要结合在BSA的Trp-213附近并逐渐形成聚集体, 从而诱导BSA由结构域ⅡA 开始逐渐展开. 此后, SDS呈正协同作用的特点与BSA 结合, v急剧增大. 当v约为302 时, SDS在BSA上的结合基本达到饱和, BSA的构象趋于稳定.     

Primary Organicamine Templated Indium Iodate (H_2en)KIn(IO_3)_6·2(H_2O) with Hydrogen-bonded Helices

The first primary organicamine templated indium iodate with the formula (H2en)KIn(IO3)6·2(H2O) was hydrothermally synthesized via reaction at 100 °C for 7 d and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. The compound crystallized in a triclinic system with space group P1, a=0.69803(14) nm, b=0.70863(14) nm, c=1.2091(2) nm, α=76.417(4)°, β=79.953(4)°, γ=72.206(3)°, V=0.55012(19) nm3. Structure determination indicates that it is made up of zero-dimensional units each of which consists of [In(IO3)6]3-anion, potassium, water and ethylenediamine cation. The most striking feature of the compound is that it possesses helical hydrogen bonds formed by organic amine template, water molecules and inorganic network.

Study of RPC gas composition using Daya Bay RPCs

This study uses Daya Bay RPCs operating in streamer mode to investigate gas mixtures of at least 50% argon,at most 6% isobutane,and with small amounts of SF6.Isobutane is reduced to 2% without degradation of performance,and SF6 reduces the noise rate and current,as well as the signal size.This study provides quantitative relationships between basic RPC operating parameters and various gas compositions.     

The degenerating diffraction far-field propagation properties of the conical double half-Gaussian hollow beams

为了研制一种照度检测范围宽、结构简单、操作简便,并能产生均匀光辐射分布、自动调光的照度测量装置,通过对传统照度测试方法所使用的结构形式和光源进行分析,提出了一种采用曲面反光灯杯加内置灯的光源以及单片机自动控制的新型CCD摄像机照度检测装置的设计方法。并在文中详细介绍了光源设计、照度探测器设计、控制电路设计以及试验等研制过程,最终研制成功的新型CCD摄像机照度检测装置实现了光源的均匀辐射、自动调光等功能,适用于各类CCD摄像机1.0×10-1lx~1.0×105lx照度范围的检测。
