MODULATION OF RAT KUPFFER CELLS ON HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN RECEPTORS ON HEPATOCYTES

The present study found that conditioned media from Kupffer cells preincubated with acetylated LDL or acetylated LDL and zymosan increased the number of HDL receptors on hepatocytes, using the method of conditioned media transfer. This indicated that the transferable factors produced by Kupffer cells modulate HDL receptors on hepatocytes.     

纳米三氧化二钴低温热容和热力学性质的研究

The isobaric molar heat capacities of nano Co₂O₃ were determined by an adiabatic calorimeter in the temper-ature range from 78 to 350K. No phase transition takes place in this temperature range. The relationship of C_p，m with respect to thermodynamic temperature T was established as C_p，m=-11.998X³-9.6431X²+63.478X+81.291(J·K^-1·mol^-1) ， where X=(T-201.903)/121.535， the correlation coefficient R₂=0.9996. Ac-cording to this relationship and the relationships between thermodynamic functions， the thermodynamic functions of nano Co₂O₃ relative to the standard temperature of 298.15K were derived based on the measured heat capacity data. The average grain size of the studied nano Co₂O₃ sample was determined to be 12nm by TEM.     

新型含联萘基团的旋光聚氨酯的制备与性能表征

以旋光联萘二酚(BINOL)和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料, 采用氢转移加成聚合法制备了含联萘基团的新型旋光聚氨酯(S-BPU和R-BPU), 并用FTIR, 1H NMR, UV-Vis, CD和DSC/TGA等手段对该聚氨酯进行了结构和性能表征. 结果表明, 当BINOL的光学纯度逐渐增加时, BPU的旋光度和特性粘度逐渐增大, S-BPU和R-BPU的旋光度最高可分别达到-78°和＋54.6°, 具有较高的旋光能力; S-BPU和R-BPU的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)分别达到258.4和286.6 ℃, 热分解温度(Td)分别为305.6和323.6 ℃, 热分解温度比通常的PU材料提高了100 ℃ 左右, 显示了较好的热稳定性; R-BPU和S-BPU的红外发射率分别为0.682和0.618, 显示了较低的红外发射率.     

利用有限局部环Z/pkZ上的幂等矩阵的标准型构作认证码

In this paper,we determine the normal forms of idempotent matrices for similarity over finite local rings Z/p~kZ,from which we construct a Cartesian au- thentication code and compute its size parameters and the probabilities of successful impersonation and substitution attack under the hypothesis that the cecoding rules are chosen according to a uniform probability distribution.

基于计算机视觉的大射电望远镜馈源舱动态定位系统

在FAST项目馈源舱扫描跟踪设计中 ,舱体的动态定位是实现系统闭环控制的基础。作者根据相机交汇测量原理提出了舱体空间动态定位的基本方法。推导了通过舱体上不共线三点描述舱体位姿的方法 ,介绍了相机交汇测量原理及系统标定方法 ,最后给出了大射电望远镜FAST 5 0m模型计算机视觉动态定位系统的组成 ,并讨论了CCD技术在FAST项目中应用的可行性     

实用电极材料体系的共焦显微拉曼光谱研究(英文)

本文简要介绍了实验室内有关利用共焦显微拉曼光谱于某些实用电极材料 (表面 )性能研究的结果 .具体的研究实例包括 :尖晶石锂锰氧化物中Li+ 的嵌入 脱出过程 ,AB5 型金属氢化物电极表面氧化物的性能和钢筋电极表面钝化膜及其孔蚀过程 .     

荧光素衍生物水杨醛荧光素腙的合成及对铜(Ⅱ)离子的检测

以荧光素酰肼与5-溴水杨醛反应合成了一种新型荧光素衍生物5-溴水杨醛荧光素腙(BSFH),采用红外、核磁、质谱、元素分析等技术手段对其进行了表征。 通过吸收光谱考察了在水溶液中BSFH对常见金属离子的选择性响应,发现BSFH在可见光区几乎无吸收,当加入常见金属离子时,吸收光谱上除了Cu²⁺之外的其它金属离子在496 nm处出现非常弱的吸收,而当Cu²⁺存在时,可以裸眼看到溶液颜色迅速从无色变为黄色,吸收光谱上在496 nm处出现了相对很强的吸收峰,并且随着Cu²⁺浓度的增加溶液的吸收强度不断增强,说明在水溶液中BSFH对Cu²⁺有很好的选择性。 实验结果表明,该化合物与Cu²⁺的化学计量比为1:1,Cu²⁺浓度线性范围为0.30~10 μmol/L,许多常见的金属离子不干扰Cu²⁺的测定,检测限为0.30 μmol/L,说明在水溶液中BSFH对铜离子具有很高的灵敏度。 据此,BSFH可以简单、快速、灵敏地在水溶液中识别和检测低浓度的铜离子。
