The directions of the studies of aqueous solutions containing two surfactants or surfactants and various additives performed by the authors and coworkers are discussed, with the focus being on systems in which mixing is accompanied by synergistic effects (a significant decrease in the critical micelle concentration, the growth of aggregates, an increase in the viscosity, changes in the topology of the solubility diagram, etc.). The quantitative and kinetic parameters of sorption of formic and acetic acids on thin films of various modifiers of piezoelectric quartz resonator electrodes are determined. Parameters of film formation on the electrodes (application procedure and thickness) are optimized. Ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy is used to study the kinetics of the H-Zn complex deactivation in Zn doped InP(1 0 0). Hydrogen injected into the material electronically passivates the local carrier concentration. Reverse-biased anneals of the InP under ultra-high vacuum show a dramatic change in the work function of the material with increasing temperature. Spectral features are also shown to be sensitive to sample temperature. To our knowledge, we show the first view of hydrogen retrapping at the surface using photoemission spectroscopy. A simple photoelectron threshold energy analysis shows the state of charge compensation of the material.  相似文献

A comparative analysis of the stability factors and electronic structure of two possible crystalline forms of small fullerene C28 and endohedral fullerene Zn@C28 with diamond and lonsdaleite structures is performed using a cluster model. Atoms of elements that, when placed inside C28 cages, have no significant effect on the stability of free small-fullerene molecules are shown to be able to dramatically change the electronic properties and reactivity of the C28 skeleton and to be favorable for forming small-fullerene crystalline modifications, which are covalent crystals. In contrast, if the presence of foreign atoms inside C28 cages stabilizes the isolated nanoparticles, then molecular crystals (such as C60 fullerites) are formed due to weak van der Waals forces.  相似文献

Electric and spatial characteristics of a pulse-periodic microsecond barrier discharge are investigated in different geometries—triangular prism, plate, and corrugated electrode—that are in contact with a dielectric plate and form a dihedral angle with it. It is established that, in the space of the dihedral angle, the regions of discharge represent alternating cylindrical layers with the axes lying on the contact line. The first conducting layer is formed at some distance from the contact edge of the electrode. The number of layers and their localization are determined by the angle formed between an electrode and the dielectric plate. A physical model explaining the main features of the structure formation is proposed.  相似文献

Two qualitatively different types of resonant destabilization of phonon stimulated emission (SE) are discovered in experiments where a 9-GHz multimode ruby laser is periodically modulated (the electromagnetic pump frequency is 23 GHz). In the case of deep pump modulation at low modulation frequencies (ω=70–200 Hz, where ωm is the modulation frequency), a fast random alternation of microwave phonon SE modes is observed. This destabilization range corresponds to relaxation resonance in optical lasers. Outside the relaxation resonance range (at ωm≈10 Hz), the other type of resonant destabilization of stationary phonon SE is observed. This destabilization shows up as very slow regular self-detunings of the microwave SE spectra. The period of such self-organized motions depends significantly on ωm and changes by several orders of magnitude when ωm varies within several percent. The second type of SE resonant destabilization is explained in terms of antiphase energy exchange between modes in a modulated phaser.  相似文献
