The synthesis of some fluorescent 2,6‐dicyano‐3,5‐disubstituted anilines using cellulose sulfuric acid (Cellulose‐SA) as an environmentally benign catalyst in H2O is described. The one‐pot reaction of 1,3‐diketone and three equiv. of malononitrile was carried out in the presence of one equiv. of a secondary amine, Cellulose‐SA as catalyst, and H2O as solvent. The photophysical properties (λAbs., λFlu.) of the synthesized compounds in CH2Cl2, MeCN, and MeOH have been measured. The emission spectra of the new compounds in the solid state are also reported.  相似文献

The integration of fast electron transport and large effective surface area is critical to attaining higher gains in the nanostructured photovoltaic devices. Here, we report facilitated electron transport in the quasi‐two‐dimensional (Q2D) porous TiO2. Liquid electrolyte dye‐sensitized solar cells were prepared by utilizing photoanodes based on the Q2D porous substructures. Due to electron confinement in a microscale porous medium, directional diffusion toward collecting electrode is induced into the electron transport. Our measurements based on the photocurrent and photovoltage time‐of‐flight transients show that at higher Fermi levels, the electron diffusion coefficient in the Q2D porous TiO2 is about one order of magnitude higher when compared with the conventional layer of porous TiO2. The results show that microstructuring of the porous TiO2 leads to an approximately threefold improvement in the electron diffusion length. Such a modification may considerably affects the electrical functionality of moderate or low performance dye‐sensitized solar cells for which the internal gain or collection efficiency is typically low.  相似文献

The synthesis of 6,6- and 5,6-bicyclic pyridone scaffolds has been completed using (i) an intramolecular Mitsunobu reaction and/or (ii) hydrolysis of a bicyclic pyridinium salt intermediate. Regioselective functionalization of the pyridone ring has been achieved via either direct lithiation or use of the "halogen dance" reaction. Suzuki coupling then allows introduction of aryl units at C(7)/C(9) or C(8) onto the bicyclic pyridone scaffold at either an early or late stage in the synthetic sequence. Suzuki couplings involving iodopyridinium intermediates are particularly effective.  相似文献

Vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (CNT) have been grown in a DC-PECVD apparatus on quartz membranes. 1 0 0-oriented Si wafer has been anisotropically etched in a KOH solution. A mixture of acetylene and hydrogen gases is used to grow CNT while Ni acts as the catalyst layer. As-grown structures have been coated by titanium dioxide using chemical vapor deposition at atmospheric pressure. By means of a polishing and ashing process steps followed by total removing of the quartz membrane both ends of CNTs are opened and nano holes are obtained. SEM analysis is used to study the evolution of such nanostructures.  相似文献

Penthylene diammonium pentachlorothallate(III) exhibits a phase transition at 316 K <artwork name="GPHT21157eu1"> This transition has been characterized by optical birefringence, dielectric measurements differential scanning calorimetry and spectroscopic measurements on polycrystalline samples. The space group and the cell parameters of phase I were determined by X-ray diffraction from single crystals. Phase I has space group P212121, with Z = 4, a = 7.696(3), b = 13.2890(17) and c = 13.503(18) Å. The transition is both displacive and order-disorder involving mainly conformational changes of the organic chain [NH3(CH2)5NH3]2+ coupled with distortion of the TlCl6 octahedra. This behaviour and the crystal dynamics will be discussed and compared with those found in the literature for homologous compounds.  相似文献

We study stationary entanglement properties of an optomechanical system containing an atomic ensemble. We focus onto the case of the movable mirror strongly coupled to the cavity field through both radiation pressure and photothermal force. Exploiting a quantum Langevin equation approach we investigate the bipartite entanglement properties of various bipartite subsystems as well as stationary tripartite entanglement of the system. We particularly study robustness of the atom–mirror entanglement against temperature. We show that, even though the photothermal force is a dissipative force, it can significantly improve the cavity mediated atom–mirror entanglement.  相似文献

Thin TiO2 films obtained by cathodic electrosynthesis from an acidic aqueous bath containing TiOSO4, H2O2 and KNO3 on conductive glass indium tin oxide have been physically and electrochemically characterised. Secondary ion mass spectroscopy profile of the crystallised gel after heat treatment at 400 °C shows the presence of TiO2 with traces of TiO and oxygen. X-ray patterns confirm the presence of anatase nanocrystallites for the annealed film and an amorphous structure for the non-annealed gel. Scattering electron microscopy surface micrographies reveal an opened porous nanostructure of the deposits. Cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopic measurements reveal the different behaviour of the films obtained before and after the annealing, showing an important electrical activity of the non-annealed films. The dependence of capacitance values with potential in the anodic domain of depletion is obviously remarked from impedance plots for both gel and crystal forms of the film, which confirmed the fact that films obtained in this way have n-type properties. The potential of flat band equals −0.6 V/Ag/AgCl in pH range of 6.5 has been estimated according to Mott–Shottky curves for the crystallised oxide; meanwhile, the Mott–Shottky curve for the hydrated gel was nonlinear.  相似文献

We introduce a new scheme for determining radiation pressure coupling to microresonator devices. It is shown that for the input pump powers there exists a threshold value for instability behavior. Radiation pressure can couple mechanical modes of a cavity to it's optical modes, leading to parametric oscillation instability. Here we present an approximate analysis of such nonlinear effect with Hamilton's least action principle. Our Lagrangian includes no interaction term, but interaction between optical and mechanical modes has been taken into account through integration limit.  相似文献

We present a band structure approach with a molecular dynamics cluster optimization which accounts for the various structural modifications related to the non‐stoichiometry of LiNbO3 crystals. The variation of the optical properties with the deviation from the stoichiometric composition can be understood within this approach. Particular role of the electron‐phonon contributions to the electrooptics coefficient is shown. Model calculations yield a large dependence of the electrooptis coefficient r22 on the crystal composition, in agreement with the experimental data. The observed minimum of the r22 coefficient versus the non‐stoichiometry is interpreted as originated from the non‐centrosymmetry in the electrostatic potential distribution around Nb‐O6 clusters.  相似文献
