We give characterizations of different classes of ordered semigroups by using intuitionistic fuzzy ideals. We prove that an
ordered semigroup is regular if and only if every intuitionistic fuzzy left (respectively, right) ideal of S is idempotent. We also prove that an ordered semigroup S is intraregular if and only if every intuitionistic fuzzy two-sided ideal of S is idempotent. Well-defined conditions for Rn-measurements could be established by employing a mica nuclear track microfilter to separate the detector containing air volume from the volume containing the water. Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) catalyzed by high oxidation state metal salts of FeX3 is developed for the first time in the absence of both external initiator and reducing agent. Methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene are polymerized successfully using FeX3/Phosphorous ligands with well‐controlled molecular weight distributions (=1.5). The molecular weight of the polymers increases with monomer consumption with the progress of time and the polymerization behaviors show a decent ATRP trend. Activators and initiators are suggested to generate in situ by the addition reaction of MMA and one equivalent of FeX3. The PMMA synthesized from without‐initiator system is characterized by 1H, 13C and DEPT (distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer nuclear magnetic resonance) nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Chain extension and copolymerization experiments prove the livingness of the obtained polymer.

In the present work, characteristic features of the radiolytical intermediates produced in gamma-irradiated solid sulfamethazine (SMH) were investigated by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. The heights of the resonance peaks, measured with respect to the spectrum baseline, were used to monitor microwave saturation, temperature and time-dependent kinetic features of the radical species contributing to the formation of recorded experimental ESR spectra. Three species having different spectroscopic and kinetic features were observed to be produced in gamma-irradiated SMH. SO2, which is the most sensitive group of radiation in the SMH molecule, was found to be at the origin of radiation-produced ionic radical species. Based on the experimental results derived from the present study, the applicability of ESR spectroscopy to radiosterilization of SMH was discussed. In the dose range of interest (0.5–10 kGy), the radiation yield of solid SMH was calculated to be very low (G=0.45) compared with those obtained for sulfonamide aqueous solutions (G=3.5–5.1). Based on these findings, it was concluded that SMH and SMH-containing drugs could be safely sterilized by gamma radiation and that ESR spectroscopy could be successfully used as a potential technique for monitoring their radiosterilization. 相似文献

The effect of cooling speed on structure, hardness, mechanical and electrical transport properties of rapidly solidified Pb–25wt.% Sn alloy have been investigated. A single roller melt spinning technique with linear speeds 15.7 and 31.7 m/s, was used for the preparation of specimens. The results showed that a lower cooling speed increased the precipitation of Sn in a Pb-matrix phase as compared with the higher cooling speed. This decomposition behavior decreased the electrical resistivity and increased the internal friction, thermal diffusivity and Vickers microhardness of the lower cooling speed as compared with those of the higher cooling speed. 相似文献

ABSTRACTCrystalline silicon oxy-nitride (SiON) composite films are deposited on Si substrate for multiple (5, 15, 25 and 50) focus shots (FS) by plasma focus device. The X-rays diffraction patterns reveal the development of various diffraction peaks related to Si, Si3N4, and SiO2 phases which confirms the formation of SiON composite film. The intensity of Si3N4 (1 0 2) plane is linearly increased with the increase of FS. The Si3N4 (1 0 2) phase does not nucleate for 5 FS. Raman analysis confirms the formation of β–Si–N phase. Raman and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis reveals that the strength of chemical bonds like Si–N, Si–O formed during the deposition process of SiON composite films is associated with the bonds intensity which in turn depends on the number of FS. The field emission scanning electron microscopic analysis reveals that the surface morphology like size, shape and distribution of micro/nano-dimensional particles, film compactness and the formation of micro-rods, micro-teethes and micro-tubes of SiON composite films is entirely associated with the rise in substrate surface transient temperature which in turn depends on the increasing number of FS. The EDX spectrum confirms the presence of Si (22.5?±?4.7 at. %), N (13.4?±?4.5 at. %) and O (54.7?±?11.3 at. %) in the SiON composite film. The thickness of SiON composite film deposited for 50 FS is found to ~15.47?µm. 相似文献
