A new 3-benzylphthalide, scorzoveratrin 4'-O-β-glucoside (1), together with the known 3-benzylphthalides, scorzoveratrin (2) and scorzoveratrozit (3), the caffeoyl derivatives, chlorogenic acid methyl ester (4), 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (5), 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (6), 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (7) and caffeic acid (8) were isolated from the subaerial parts of Scorzonera latifolia (Fisch. & Mey.) DC. All secondary metabolites were assigned using physicochemical and spectroscopic data. The known compounds 2-8 were isolated for the first time from this species.  相似文献

The essential oils of sage leaves (Salvia aucheri Bentham var. canescens Boiss. & Heldr.), growing wild in South Anatolia, were extracted by hydrodistillation and analysed by GC and GC-MS. The percentage yields of the essential oils from sage leaves harvested at different years were 1.0%, 1.3%, 1.3%, 1.0%, 1.4%, 1.5% and 1.2%, respectively. In this study, 1,8-cineole, camphre, camphene α-pinene and β-pinene were identified as the major components of sage leaves collected at different periods. The main constituents of sage oil collected over the years were 1,8-cineole (35.01-48.06%), camphre (13.58-23.92%), camphene (6.77-8.82%), α-pinene (5.79-8.54%) and β-pinene (4.32-6.28%).  相似文献

New metal-free and metal (Zn, Ni, Cu and Co) phthalocyanines containing 4-(p-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one moiety have been prepared from 1-(3,4-dicyanophenyl)-4-(p-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one by both conventional and microwave-assisted methods. All of these compounds are soluble in CHCl3, DMF and DMSO. The new compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopies. The crystal structures of compounds I and II were also determined by the single crystal diffraction technique.  相似文献

Nucleolytic activities of some new oxime-type ligand complexes were investigated by neutral agarose gel electrophoresis. Analysis of the cleavage products in agarose gel indicated that all complexes used converted supercoiled pUC18 plasmid DNA to its nicked or linear form. It was found that nucleolytic activities of the complexes depend on the complex concentration, reaction time and the presence of a cooxidant (magnesium monoperoxyphthalate, MMPP) in the reaction mixture. However, the complexes cleaved pUC18 plasmid DNA at all investigated pH values. Nucleolytic activities of complexes were investigated for different complex concentrations (0.1–100 μmol L−1), pH values (6.0–10.0) and reaction times (0–60 min). Molecular modeling studies performed by the Hyperchem Software together with DNA-binding studies showed that planar sites of the complexes intercalated into double stranded DNA. It can be concluded that all oxime-type ligand complexes used can be evaluated as nuclease mimics.  相似文献

In this work, the suitability of a new polymer family has been investigated as capillary coatings for the analysis of peptides and basic proteins by CE. This polymer family has been designed to minimize or completely prevent protein–capillary wall interactions and to modify the EOF. These coating materials are linear polymeric chains bearing as side cationizable moiety a dentronic triamine derived from N,N,N’,N’‐tetraethyldiethylenetriamine (TEDETA), which is linked to the backbone through a spacer (unit labeled as TEDETAMA). Four different polymers have been prepared and evaluated: a homopolymer which comprised only of those cationizable repetitive units of TEDETAMA, and three copolymers that randomly incorporate TEDETAMA together with neutral hydrosoluble units of N‐(2‐hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide (HPMA) at different molar percentages (25:75, 50:50 and 75:25). It has been demonstrated that the composition of the copolymers influences the EOF and therefore the separation of the investigated biopolymers. Among the novel polymers studied, poly‐(TEDETAMA‐co‐HPMA) 50:50 copolymer was successfully applied as coating material of the inner capillary surface in CE‐UV and CE‐MS, providing EOF reversing together with fast and efficient baseline separation of peptides and basic proteins. Finally, the feasibility of the polymer‐coated capillary was shown through the analysis of lysozyme in a cheese sample.  相似文献

A stereospecific synthesis of (2S)3‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)propane‐1,2‐diol from D ‐mannitol has been developed. The reaction of 2,3‐O‐isopropylidene‐D ‐glyceraldehyde with 2,4,5‐trifluorophenylmagnesium bromide gave [(4R)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐dioxolan‐4‐yl](2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)methanol in 65% yield as a mixture of diastereoisomers (1 : 1). The Ph3P catalyzed reaction of the latter with C2Cl6 followed by reduction with Pd/C‐catalyzed hydrogenation gave (2S)‐3‐(2,4,5‐trifluorophenyl)propane‐1,2‐diol with >99% ee and 65% yield.  相似文献

Mixed ligand complexes of dioxomolybdenum(VI) with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde 4-phenyl-S-methylthiosemicarbazone (H2L) were prepared with the formula [MoO2(L)D] (D = H2O, methyl, n-butyl, and n-undecyl alcohol, DMF, DMSO, pyridine, 4-picoline, and 3,5-lutidine). The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The thermal decomposition of the compounds were investigated by using TGA, DTG, and DTA methods in air, and the thermal behavior depending on the second ligand molecule was discussed. An effective electrochemical sensor was constructed using an unmodified boron-doped diamond electrode for determination of genistein by square-wave voltammetry. Cyclic voltammetric investigations of genistein with HClO4 solution indicated that irreversible behavior, adsorption-controlled and well-defined two oxidation peaks at about +0.92 (PA1) & +1.27 V (PA2). pH, as well as supporting electrolytes, are important in genistein oxidations. Quantification analyses of genistein were conducted using its two oxidation peaks. Using optimized experiments as well as instrumental conditions, the current response with genistein was proportionately linear in the concentrations range of 0.1 to 50.0 μg mL−1 (3.7×10−7−1.9×10−4 mol L−1), by the detection limit of 0.023 μg mL−1 (8.5×10−8 mol L−1) for PA1 and 0.028 μg mL−1 (1.1×10−7 mol L−1) for PA2 in 0.1 mol L−1 HClO4 solution (in the open circuit condition at 30 s accumulation time). Ultimately, the developed method was effectively applied to detect genistein in model human urine samples by using its second oxidation peak (PA2).  相似文献
