Magnesium oxide nanotubes were prepared by electrospinning technique. The nanocatalysts have been characterized by various sophisticated techniques, including XRD, SEM, and TEM. The activities of these NT catalysts are promoting pyrazolyl 1,4-dihydropyridine syntheses have been extensively investigated. A simple, rapid, and precise reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and efavirenz in bulk and tablet dosage form has been developed and validated. Chromatography was performed on a 150 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5-μm particle, Phenomenex Luna C18 column with 30: 45: 25 (v/v/v) acetonitrile: methanol: water as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. UV detection was done at 258 nm; lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and efavirenz were eluted with retention times of 3.27, 4.58 and 10.90 min, respectively. The method was validated in accordance with ICH guidelines. Validation revealed the method is specific, rapid, accurate, precise, reliable and reproducible. Calibration plots were linear over the concentration ranges 1–6 μg/mL for lamivudine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and 2–12 μg/mL for efavirenz. Limits of detection were 0.05, 0.09 and 0.11 μg/mL and limits of quantification were 0.15, 0.28 and 0.34 μg/mL for lamivudine, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and efavirenz, respectively. The high recovery and low coefficients of variation confirm the suitability of the method for the simultaneous determination of these three drugs in bulk and tablets.  相似文献

Herein, synthesis of a series of naphtho[2,3-f]quinolin-13-one and naphtho[2,3-a]acridin-1(2H)-one derivatives directly by one-pot multi-component reaction of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds (1,3-indanedione/1,3-cyclohexanedione), 2-aminoantharacene/2-naphthylamine and various substituted aldehydes under solvent-free conditions using heteropoly-11-molybdo-1-vanadophosphoric acid supported on montmorillonite K-10 clay catalyst (10% PVMoK-10) is reported. The successful formation of naphtho[2,3-f]quinolin-13-one and naphtho[2,3-a]acridin-1(2H)-one derivatives was confirmed by various spectroscopic techniques. This study offers a green approach for the synthesis of novel quinolinone derivatives.  相似文献

The photo‐irradiation of thienylchromenone resulted in the regioselective cyclization which is exclusively controlled by the nature of solvent used as reaction medium. Compared to nonpolar medium, polar solvent furnished a diverse array of novel angular tetracyclic photoproducts with gem‐dihydro functionality and exocyclic double bonds on the fused pyran ring, which is unprecedented to best of our knowledge.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of N-acyl/N-substituted acyl pyrazolines and their triazole hybrids have been accomplished via acylation of pyrazolines and pyrazoline-triazole hybrids with carboxylic acids and/or substituted carboxylic acids in the absence of activating agents/catalysts. We observe an abrupt change in diamagnetic susceptibility at critical donor concentration for an $\text{ Al }_\mathrm{x}\text{ Ga }_\mathrm{1-x}\text{ As/GaAs }$ Al x Ga 1 ? x As/GaAs quantum dot system in the effective mass approximation indicating a possible semiconductor metal transition. The effect of confining potential and the laser intensity on the abrupt change in diamagnetic susceptibility has also been studied. The effect of nonparabolicity of the conduction band has been included in our calculations. Results are presented and discussed.  相似文献

Reductive amination of various ketones and aldehydes by transfer hydrogenation under aqueous conditions has been developed, by using cyclometallated iridium complexes as catalysts and formate as hydrogen source. The pH value of the solution is shown to be critical for a high catalytic chemoselectivity and activity, with the best pH value being 4.8. In comparison with that in organic solvents, the reductive amination in an aqueous phase is faster, and the molar ratio of the substrate to the catalyst (S/C) can be set as high as 1×105, the highest S/C value ever reported in reductive amination reactions. The catalyst is easy to access and the reaction is operationally simple, allowing a wide range of ketones and aldehydes to react with various amines in high yields. The protocol provides a practical and environmental friendly new method for the synthesis of amine compounds.  相似文献

Chemical recycling of plastic wastes is top among the effective management of the solid wastes. Particularly the post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic wastes mainly generated from the disposal of beverage bottles and placed third most produced polymeric waste. However, PET wastes could be chemically recycled using several types of homo-/heterogeneous acid or base catalysts, and an effective recycling process has yet to be achieved. Therefore, the present short review is intended to display recent reports on the depolymerization of PET polymer wastes. The review aimed to cover glycolysis and aminolytic depolymerization using various catalytic systems. There is a wide spectrum of catalytic systems such as metal oxides, ionic liquids, organic bases, nanoparticles, porous materials and microwave-assisted rapid depolymerization methods have been developed toward the yield enhancement of the depolymerized products. Ideologically, the present review would benefit the researchers in familiarizing themselves with the latest developments in this field.  相似文献
