The amidation of long-chain fatty acids is the key step for preparing surfactants with excellent interfacial activity. Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was employed to detect the reactants and products in the direct amidation reactions. The conversion and the concentration of the amides in the reaction process were also investigated to determine the best catalyst, the reaction rate constants, and activation energy. It was identified that the amidation reaction of the long-chain phenyl fatty acid was a zero-order reaction and 3,4,5-trifluorophenylboronic acid was the most effective catalyst by which the activation energy reduced to 55.79 kJ/mol from 95.44 kJ/mol. The method can be applied to other long-chain fatty acids, saturated or unsatureated. The turning-over-temperature was 156°C, over which high yields can be achieved without any catalyst. These provide a reference for the preparation of long-chain fatty acid amides.  相似文献

Coordination of N,N' bidentate ligands aryl-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-amine ArNH-CH2-2-C5H4N 1 (Ar = 4-CH3-C6H4, 1a; 4-CH3O-C6H4, 1b; 2,6-(CH3)2-C6H3, 1c; 4-CF3-C6H4, 1d) to the moieties [Ru(bipy)2]2+, [Ru(eta5-C5H5)L]+ (L = CH3CN, CO), or [Ru(eta6-arene)Cl]2+ (arene = benzene, p-cymene) occurs under diastereoselective or diastereospecific conditions. Detailed stereochemical analysis of the new complexes is included. The coordination of these secondary amine ligands activates their oxidation to imines by molecular oxygen in a base-catalyzed reaction and hydrogen peroxide was detected as byproduct. The amine-to-imine oxidation was also observed under the experimental conditions of cyclic voltammetry measurements. Deprotonation of the coordinated amine ligands afforded isolatable amido complexes only for the ligand (1-methyl-1-pyridin-2-yl-ethyl)-p-tolyl-amine, 1e, which doesn't contain hydrogen atoms in a beta position relative to the N-H bond. The structures of [Ru(2,2'-bipyridine)2(1b)](PF6)2, 2b; [Ru(2,2'-bipyridine)(2)(1c)](PF6)2, 2c; trans-[RuCl2(COD)(1a)], 3; and [RuCl2(eta6-C6H6)(1a)]PF6, 4a, have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Leukemia cell and melanoma tumor tissue extracts were studied for small (mostly m/z?<?250) polar metabolites by LC-ESI-HRMSn analysis powered by a hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap. MS data were simultaneously acquired in fast polarity switching mode operating in MS1 and MS/MS (All Ion Fragmentation, AIF) full-scan analyses at high mass resolution. Positive metabolite assignments were achieved by AIF analysis considering at least two characteristic transitions. Targeted metabolite profiling was achieved by the relative quantification of 18 metabolites through spiking of their respective deuterated counterparts. Manual data processing of MS1 and AIF scans were compared for the accurate determination of natural metabolites and their deuterated analogs by chromatographic alignment and peak area integration. Evaluation of manual and automated (MetaboList R package) AIF data processing yielded comparable results. The versatility of AIF analysis also enabled the untargeted metabolite profiling of leukemia and melanoma samples in which 22 and 53 compounds were, respectively, identified outside those studied by labeling. The main limitation of this method was that low abundance metabolites with scan rates below 8 scans/peak could not be accurately quantified by AIF analysis. The combination of AIF analysis with MetaboList R package represents an opportunity to move towards automated, faster, and more global metabolomics approaches supported by an entirely flexible open source data processing platform freely available from Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN, https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=MetaboList).  相似文献

The atomistic structure, energetics, and electronic structure of single-substitutional Ce and La defects and double-substitutional Ce-La defects in Ce,La-codoped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) Y(3)Al(5)O(12) have been studied by means of first-principles periodic boundary conditions density functional theory calculations. Single substitution of Y by Ce or by La produces atomistic expansions around the impurities, which are significantly smaller than the ionic radii mismatches and the overall lattice distortions are found to be confined within their second coordination spheres. In double-substitutional defects, the impurities tend to be as close as possible. La-codoping Ce:YAG provokes an anisotropic expansion around Ce defects. The Ce impurity introduces 4f occupied states in the 5.0 eV computed gap of YAG, peaking 0.25 eV above the top of the valence band, and empty 4f, 5d, and 6s states starting at 3.8 eV in the gap and spreading over the conduction band. La-codoping produces very small effects on the electronic structure of Ce:YAG, the most visible one being the decrease in covalent bonding with one of the oxygen atoms, which shifts 0.05 ? away from Ce and gets 0.04 ? closer to La in the most stable Ce-La double-substitutional defect.  相似文献

The effects of volume fraction modulations on a Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction catalyzed by the photosensitive Ru(bpy)(3)(+2) confined in an AOT microemulsion system are analyzed. Kinetic observables such as the induction time or the initial oscillation period demonstrate two different types of correlation with the volume fraction depending on whether the system is below or above the microemulsion percolation threshold. Temporal evolution also demonstrates an exponential growth of the period with the number of oscillations independent of the volume fraction of the system.  相似文献

Electrophilic additions of HCl to a series of asymmetric alkenes in the gas phase are investigated by the Molecular Face (MF) theory and ABEEM‐σπ model. The interesting features of regioselectivity for these reactions are characterized by the electron density (ED) encoded on the MF of alkenes and charge distribution of alkenes obtained via the ABEEM‐σπ model, respectively. It is then demonstrated that for a series of alkenes, the Hammett constant σp (substituent constant) has a good linear correlation with KED, where KED is character of the ED at the π region in the initial state of alkenes. Comparison between investigations using MF, ABEEM‐σπ, molecular electrostatic potential, and DFT theories, in essence, give similar conclusions for explaining the regioselectivity of the electrophilic additions to alkenes, although from different points of view. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 苯胺在碱性溶液中电化学氧化时,阳极上形成深黄色的聚苯胺,其氧化峰电位为0.7V(vs.Ag/AgCl含饱和KCl溶液),比在酸性溶液中氧化约低0.3V,环一盘电极实验结果表明,在碱性溶液中,苯胺氧化时生成两种可溶性的中间物,形成的聚合物颜色不随电位和pH值而变化,在空气和碱性溶液中具有很高的稳定性,在紫外-可见光谱图上,聚合物的吸收峰出现在500m左右。  相似文献

A widely employed compound for honey treatment, sulfathiazole (ST), was determined in commercial honey samples, employing a combination of photochemically induced fluorescence excitation-emission matrices (EEMs) and chemometric processing of the recorded second-order data. Parallel Factor Analysis (PARAFAC) and Self-Weighted Alternating Trilinear Decomposition (SWATLD) methods were used for calibration. An appropriately designed calibration with a set of standards composed of 18 samples, coupled to the use of the second-order advantage offered by the applied chemometric techniques, allowed quantitation of sulfathiazole in spiked commercial honey samples. No previous separation or sample pretreatment steps were required. The results were compared with other calibration methods such as N-PLS and PLS-1 that produced good results on synthetic samples but not on the investigated commercial honey samples.  相似文献

Single-crystalline SnO2 nanowires have been successfully prepared in large scale on Au-coated silicon substrate by heating the mixture of self-made high-purity SnO2 powders and graphite powders at 900℃. Besides the line type nanowires some more features were observed. The products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and Raman spectrum techniques. The results indicate that the tin dioxide nanowires have a rutile structure with diameters ranging from 30 to 120 nm and lengths up to several tens of micrometers. The possible mechanism of the growth and reaction for the nanowires was also discussed.  相似文献
