Synthesis and thermodynamic properties of a metal-organic framework: [LaCu6(μ-OH)3(Gly)6im6](ClO4)6

A metal-organic complex, which has the potential property of absorbing gases, [LaCu₆(μ-OH)₃(Gly)₆im₆](ClO₄)₆ was synthesized through the self-assembly of La³⁺, Cu²⁺, glycine (Gly) and imidazole (Im) in aqueous solution and characterized by IR, element analysis and powder XRD. The molar heat capacity, C_p,m, was measured from T = 80 to 390 K with an automated adiabatic calorimeter. The thermodynamic functions [H_T − H_298.15] and [S_T − S_298.15] were derived from the heat capacity data with temperature interval of 5 K. The thermal stability of the complex was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).     

水中痕量酚的富集和紫外分光光度测定法的研究

本文研究了用微型树脂柱快速富集,分离,紫外分光光度测定水中痕量酚的方法。结果表明,以GDX-502为吸附剂,水样pH为1～3并含0.2mol/L氯化钠,以每分种15～20ml的速度通过吸附柱,以热的1％氢氧化钠水溶液为淋洗剂时,在291nm处测定苯酚的回收率为89～98％。此外探讨了干扰物的消除方法。吸附柱对苯酚的富集倍数达300倍,最低检测限为0.001ppm。方法精密度为0.3(％),相对标准偏差为3.18％。本法对实际水样进行了测定。结果满意。

高效液相色谱法测定柴油族组成

在银型磺酸键合硅胶柱上以含苯或环己烯的正己烷为流动相,实现了饱和烃、烯烃的基线分离,以改进的迁移丝式氢火焰离子化检测器（ＭＷ－ＦＩＤ）进行定量检测,同时考察了Ａｇ－ＳＣＸ柱的使用性能及改进的ＭＷ－ＦＩＤ的定量准确性。在此基础上建立了高效液相色谱体系分离柴油族组成（饱和烃、烯烃、芳烃及胶质）。     

Intermolecular and intramolecular electron transfer from eosin ester to viologen

The covalently -(CH2)10- linked eosin-butylviologen compound has been synthesized. The photoinduced electron transfer of eosin ester and butylviologen as well as the influence of addition of cyclodextrin or amylose into the solution of linked compound on the system have been studied by the absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime. The results indicated that the intramolecular electron transfer is much more efficient than the intermolecular one. Due to the formation of inclusion complex, the process of intramolecular electron transfer was changed after adding cydodextrin or amylose.     

反相高效液相色谱法同时测定保健口服液中20种甾体激素的研究

建立了利用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定保健口服液中２０种甾体激素的方法,进行了色谱条件的优化和样品预处理方法的探讨,并应用于市售保健口服液中微量激素的测定。最低检出量为０．１６～３．１８ｎｇ,回收率为８０．５％～１０３．１％,相对标准偏差为３．４％～９．２％。     

粮谷和油籽中丰索磷残留量的气相色谱及气相色谱／质谱分析

介绍应用气相色谱和气相色谱－质谱法测定及确证粮谷和油籽中丰索磷的残留含量，试样采用水－丙酮提取，提取液经液－液分配后，再以弗罗里硅土柱净化，气相色谱，火焰光度检测器测定，外标法定量，并用气相色谱－质谱针对丰索磷的选择监测离子的种类和丰度比进行敢阳性确证。
