科学的游客满意度评价有助于生态旅游的可持续发展。随着Web 2.0技术的发展,在线旅游评论已成为游客满意度研究的重要数据来源。本文以扎龙国家级自然保护区为例,基于在线旅游评论数据和网络文本挖掘技术,构建游客满意度评价指标体系和评价模型,定量评价游客的生态旅游满意度。结果表明:游客总体满意度为0.614,达到基本满意水平。研究不仅为准确评价生态旅游目的地的游客满意度提供新视角,也为相关生态旅游政策的制定提供参考。  相似文献

An automatic flow procedure for the determination of glycerol in wines by employing a flow system based on multicommutation and enzymatic reaction is described. Glycerol dehydrogenase was immobilized on aminopropyl glass beads and packed into a column that was coupled to the flow system. The NADH produced by the enzymatic reaction was monitored by spectrophotometry at 340 nm and its radiation absorption presented a relationship with glycerol concentration. The system manifold comprised a set of three-way solenoid valves controlled by a microcomputer, which was furnished with electronic interfaces and runs a software that was designed to carry out on-line sample dilution, reagent addition, and data acquisition. The procedure allows the determination of glycerol in wine samples without any prior pretreatment. The procedure presented as profitable features a linear response range between 2.0 and 10.0 g l−1 glycerol (R=0.998), a detection limit of 0.006 g l−1 glycerol, a relative standard deviation of 1.8% (n=14) for a typical wine sample presenting 5.3 g l−1 glycerol, a sampling throughput of 33 determinations per hour, and a NAD+ consumption of 0.8 mg per determination. The results were compared with those obtained using a reference method and no significant difference at 90% confidence level was observed.  相似文献

Thermoanalytical techniques, being rapid and un-expensive have been used for the investigation of the cyclodextrin inclusion complexes for three decades. The conventional thermoanalytical techniques (TG and DTA/DSC) follow the thermal properties of the uncomplexed compounds. Consequently, the inclusion complex formation as well as the liberation of the entrapped guest cannot be followed. Monitoring the products of the thermal fragmentation of parent cyclodextrin and the included molecule(s), applying TG-MS combined technique provides evidence concerning the inclusion complex formation, and besides, gives selective signal to follow the decomposition of the cyclodextrin inclusion complexes. b-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes of Thymol and Lippia sidoides Cham essential oil extract have been prepared and investigated using conventional and combined (TG-MS) thermoanalytical techniques. The evolved gas analysis proved the inclusion complex formation between the host and guests. By the evaluation of the experimental results the elaboration of the entrapped guests from the cyclodextrin cavity could be followed. The catalytic mechanism of nitrate reduction by periplasmic nitrate reductases has been investigated using theoretical and computational means. We have found that the nitrate molecule binds to the active site with the Mo ion in the +6 oxidation state. Electron transfer to the active site occurs only in the proton‐electron transfer stage, where the MoV species plays an important role in catalysis. The presence of the sulfur atom in the molybdenum coordination sphere creates a pseudo‐dithiolene ligand that protects it from any direct attack from the solvent. Upon the nitrate binding there is a conformational rearrangement of this ring that allows the direct contact of the nitrate with MoVI ion. This rearrangement is stabilized by the conserved methionines Met141 and Met308. The reduction of nitrate into nitrite occurs in the second step of the mechanism where the two dimethyl‐dithiolene ligands have a key role in spreading the excess of negative charge near the Mo atom to make it available for the chemical reaction. The reaction involves the oxidation of the sulfur atoms and not of the molybdenum as previously suggested. The mechanism involves a molybdenum and sulfur‐based redox chemistry instead of the currently accepted redox chemistry based only on the Mo ion. The second part of the mechanism involves two protonation steps that are promoted by the presence of MoV species. MoVI intermediates might also be present in this stage depending on the availability of protons and electrons. Once the water molecule is generated only the MoVI species allow water molecule dissociation, and, the concomitant enzymatic turnover. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Comput Chem, 2009  相似文献

Methylsilicone resin as a polymer precursor for a SiOC ceramic material was cured and foamed by electron beam (EB) irradiation in air prior to the pyrolysis under an inert atmosphere. Methylsilicone foams were obtained without additional foaming agent when exposed to accelerated electrons with radiation doses up to 9 MGy and dose rate of 2.8 kGy/s. During irradiation the polymer was melted and simultaneously gaseous products were formed by the methyl group oxidation and by the poly-condensation crosslinking reactions. The formed gases could not escape from the molten polymer and began to aggregate into bubbles. The effect of the radiation dose on the polymer foam molecular structure, the gel fraction and the ceramic yield was analyzed. The results indicate that the maximum amount of crosslinking in methylsilicone, when EB radiation is used, occurred between 1.0 and 2.0 MGy radiation dose. Methylsilicone foams were pyrolysed in N2 atmosphere at temperatures of 1200 and 1500 °C, resulting in amorphous SiOC and partially crystalline ceramic foams, respectively. A porosity of ~84% was achieved in the pyrolyzed foams, with cell size ranging from 30 to 300 μm and density of about 0.31 g cm?3.  相似文献

A number of fatty acid ethyl esters (FAEEs) have recently been detected in meconium samples. Several of these FAEEs have been evaluated as possible biomarkers for in utero ethanol exposure. In the present study, a method was optimized and validated for the simultaneous determination of eight FAEEs (ethyl laurate, ethyl myristate, ethyl palmitate, ethyl palmitoleate, ethyl stearate, ethyl oleate, ethyl linoleate and ethyl arachidonate) in meconium samples. FAEEs were extracted by headspace solid‐phase microextraction. Analyte detection and quantification were carried out using GC‐MS operated in chemical ionization mode. The corresponding D5‐ethyl esters were synthesized and used as internal standards. The LOQ and LOD for each analyte were <150 and <100 ng/g, respectively. The method showed good linearity (r2>0.98) in the concentration range studied (LOQ – 2000 ng/g). The intra‐ and interday imprecision, given by the RSD of the method, was lower than 15% for all FAEEs studied. The validated method was applied to 63 authentic specimens. FAEEs could be detected in alcohol‐exposed newborns (>600 ng/g cumulative concentration). Interestingly, FAEEs could also be detected in some non‐exposed newborns, although the concentrations were much lower than those measured in exposed cases.  相似文献

与传统敷料相比,静电纺丝纳米抗菌敷料具有极大的比表面积和孔隙率,既有益于细胞呼吸,又可阻止细菌感染伤口,并能有效增大抗菌药物与伤口中细菌的作用面积而高效杀菌。此外,纳米敷料还能最大程度仿生细胞外基质的结构,有利于加快细胞和组织的生长,促进受损皮肤的恢复,因而非常适合用做皮肤敷料。本文对静电纺丝纳米抗菌敷料的特点,各类基体材料、抗菌药物在静纺抗菌敷料制备中的应用,以及静纺敷料的抑菌效果做了介绍,并对静电纺丝纳米抗菌敷料的应用前景做了展望。  相似文献

二环己基-18-冠-6(DCH18C6)可以有效地从高放废液中分离90Sr,对于减小放射性废物的危害和实现高放废物的减容有重要意义.由于在实际应用中DCH18C6处于射线照射下,其结构可能会被破坏并引起络合能力的变化,因此有必要对该配合物的辐射稳定性进行研究.本文合成了Sr(NO3)2?DCH18C6配合物晶体,并通过单晶X射线衍射(XRD)与扩展X射线吸收精细结构谱(EXAFS)等方法进行了表征,确定Sr2+与周围氧原子的配位数为10,Sr―O平均键长约为0.268 nm/0.266 nm(XRD/EXAFS).配位原子来自DCH18C6的六个氧原子以及两个作为双齿配体的硝酸根的四个氧原子.对该配合物晶体在空气中进行γ辐照,EXAFS结果表明吸收剂量为400 kGy时,Sr―O键长及配位数没有发生变化,配位结构没有被破坏,具有很好的耐辐照稳定性.显微红外光谱(Micro-FTIR)结果进一步证明辐照后冠醚环的部分C―H键氧化为羟基或羰基,但并不影响DCH18C6与Sr2+的配位结构.  相似文献
