To prepare a high-performance epoxy resin with excellent thermal, chemical and corrosion stability, diaminoxanthone(DAX) was used to cure diglycidylether of bisphenol-A(DGEBA)-based epoxy resin and blend of DGEBA with functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles. Kinetic parameters of curing and thermal degradation of epoxy resin systems were estimated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), respectively. The 10% weight loss temperature has been increased from 340 °C to 366 °C and there was an increase in the char yield from 32.6% to 45.3% for the above systems. The corrosion performance of epoxy coated carbon steel was examined by potentiodynamic polarization, along with immersion test in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution. The results showed that epoxy resins cured with DAX had low tendency to corrosion. In addition, the cured epoxy resin containing 10% Fe3O4 had higher anticorrosion activity than bare DGEBA system. The results showed that functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles enhanced char formation and improved the thermal stability as well as anticorrosion activity of the resin.  相似文献

Nanocomposites of polyaniline(PANI) and the macrocycle thiacalix[4]arene tetra sulfonate(TCAS) were successfully synthesized in feed ratios of 1:0.25, 1:0.50 and 1:0.75 by three prevail synthetic methods, i.e. in situ polymerization, emulsion polymerization and solution casting technique. The structures of the nanocomposites were confirmed by FTIR, UV-Vis, XRD, SEM, and TEM techniques. The conductivity was measured by a four probe method. The conductivity was recorded to be as high as 105 × 10 2S cm 1for the nanocomposite with a nanometer size structure and homogeneously distributed morphology. The electroactivity of the nanocomposites was approved by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and impedance spectroscopy technique(EIS). The antioxidant ability and thermal property of the composites were further studied. Preliminary studies have evidenced the production of conductive nanocomposites with good thermal property and relatively good solubility in N-methyl 2-pyrrolidone(NMP), with the antioxidant activity reaching up to 80%.  相似文献

Novel magnetic polyurethane flexible foam nanocomposites were synthesized by incorporation of aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTS) functionalized magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs) via one-shot method. The functionalized MNPs (Fe3O4@APTS) were synthesized by co-precipitation of the Fe2+ and Fe3+ with NH4OH and further functionalization with APTS onto the surface of MNPs by sol–gel method. The magnetic core-shell NPs were used up to 3.0 % in the foam formulation and the magnetic nanocomposites prepared successfully. The results of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) showed an increasing in thermal stability of polyurethane nanocomposite foam at initial, 5 and 10 %, and maximum thermal decomposition temperatures by incorporation of Fe3O4@APTS. In addition SEM images revealed the uniformity of the foam structures and decreasing in pore sizes. Furthermore, VSM result showed super paramagnetic behavior for Fe3O4@APTS-PU nanocomposites.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to develop functionalized polyxanthones, poly(azoxanthone‐ester)s (PAXEs), with biological activities and heavy metal sorption abilities. For this purpose, at first, new xanthone‐based diol moiety was synthesized and then used for polymerization with commercial dicarboxylic acids via polycondensation reaction by Vilsmeier adducts. The monomer and all polymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopies, and the physical properties of these PAXEs including solution viscosity, solubility properties, thermal stability, and thermal behavior were studied. The prepared polyesters showed excellent thermal stability and good solubility in polar aprotic solvents. In addition, evaluation of antioxidant activity of the PAXEs by 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl assay revealed that synthesized polymers have higher antioxidant activity than xanthone nucleus. Also, evaluation of the antibacterial activities of the diol monomer and polymer showed good antibacterial activity against some bacterial strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa). The results showed that these PAXEs can be used in pharmaceutical and food industry (food packaging). Furthermore, these functionalized polyesters were utilized for extraction of environmentally harmful metal cations such as Cr (VI), Co (II), Ni (II), Cu (II), Pb (II), and Cd (II) from aqueous solutions. The facile immobilization of hydroperoxide on the cross-linked poly(vinylpyrrolidone) is described by treatment of a poly(vinylpyrrolidone)-Vilsmeier adduct with (35%) hydrogen peroxide. The in situ–generated poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)-supported hydroperoxide reagent showed very good performance in chemoselective oxidation of aldehydes to carboxylic acids as well as sulfides to sulfoxides.

The electron–hole two-stream instability in a quantum semiconductor plasma has been studied including electrons and holes quantum recoil effects, exchange-correlation potentials, and degenerate pressures of the plasma species. Typical values of GaAs and GaSb semiconductors are used to estimate the growth rate of the two-stream instability. The effects of electron– and hole–phonon collision, quantum recoil effects, the streaming velocities, and the corresponding threshold on the growth rate are investigated numerically. Considering the phonon susceptibility allows the acoustic mode to exist and the collisional instability arises in combination with drift of the holes.  相似文献

Oxidative deprotection of trimethylsilyl and tetrahydropyranyl ethers, and deprotection of phenylhydrazones, semicarbazones, and oximes to their corresponding carbonyl compounds carried out in water at reflux condition using ionene supported peroxodisulfates is reported. The reagents are recyclable and products are obtained in excellent yield under environmentally benign conditions without overoxidation to carboxylic acid.  相似文献
