In this study, we have reported the preparation of bi-supported Ziegler-Natta catalysts using magnesium ethoxide and graphene oxide as support. The polymerization process was carried out in slurry phase using triisobutylaluminum as a co-catalyst.The XRD analysis of TiCl4/graphene oxide/Mg(OEt)2 catalyst demonstrated that the space between the layers of graphene oxide had increased to 0.2 nm.The catalyst was characterized by XPS, BET, BJH, SEM, and TGA. The catalyst activity was studied for various Al/Ti molar ratios, and the catalyst activity was optimum at Al/Ti molar ratio of 315.  相似文献

A novel supramolecular solvent‐based microextraction followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection method has been developed for the extraction and determination of two pyrethroid analytes, cyhalothrin and fenvalerate, in water and soil samples. The liquid–liquid‐phase separation of surfactants has been used in analytical extraction. The surfactant‐rich phase is a nano‐structured liquid, recently named as a supramolecular solvent, generated from the amphiphiles. The alkyl carboxylic acid based supramolecular solvents were introduced before. Coacervates made up of gemini surfactant, consisting of two amphiphilic moieties, were first used as solvent. The effective parameters on extraction (i.e., type of organic solvent, the amount of surfactant and volume of tetrahydrofuran, sample solution pH, salt addition, ultrasonic and centrifugation time) were investigated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, preconcentration factors of 110 and 145 were obtained for the analytes. The linearity was 0.5–200.0 μg/L with the correlation of determination of (R2) ≥ 0.9984. The limit of detection of the method was (S/N = 3) 0.2 μg/L, and precisions in the range of 6.3–10.3% (RSDs, n = 5) were obtained. This method has been successfully applied to analyze real samples, and good recoveries in the range of 101.2–108.8% were obtained.  相似文献

Here we prepared and evaluated two libraries of mono-N-methylated and di-N-methylated diketopiperazines (DKPs) by parallel artificial membrane permeability assay and immobilized artificial membrane chromatography in order to obtain information on the features that govern the passage of peptidic molecules across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) by passive diffusion. On the basis of the results from these two libraries, we prepared and evaluated several DKP-baicalin and DKP-dopamine constructs. The DKPs or cyclic dipeptide scaffolds can be considered a novel family of brain delivery systems (BBB-shuttles) to transport to the brain drugs and other cargos that cannot cross the BBB unaided.  相似文献

Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) was presented for extraction and determination of Irganox 1010, Irganox 1076 and Irgafos 168 (antioxidants) in aqueous samples. Carbon tetrachloride at microliter volume level and acetonitrile were used as extraction and dispersive solvents, respectively. The main advantages of method are high speed, high enrichment factor, high recovery, good repeatability and extraction solvent volume at μL level. Limit of detection for analytes is between 3 and 7 ng mL−1. One variable at a time optimization and response surface modeling were used to obtain optimum conditions for microextraction procedure and nearly same experimental conditions were obtained using both optimization methods. Recoveries in the ranges 78-86% and 84-110% were obtained by one variable at a time and response surface modeling, respectively. Using tap water and packed water as matrices do not show any detrimental effect on the extraction recoveries and enrichment factors of analytes.  相似文献

An enzyme immobilized on a mesoporous silica nanoparticle can serve as a multiple catalyst for the synthesis of industrially useful chemicals. In this work, MCM-41 nanoparticles were coated with polyethylenimine (MCM-41@PEI) and further modified by chelation of divalent metal ions (M = Co2+, Cu2+, or Pd2+) to produce metal-chelated silica nanoparticles (MCM-41@PEI-M). Thermomyces lanuginosa lipase (TLL) was immobilized onto MCM-41, MCM-41@PEI, and MCM-41@PEI-M by physical adsorption. Maximum immobilization yield and efficiency of 75 ± 3.5 and 65 ± 2.7% were obtained for MCM@PEI-Co, respectively. The highest biocatalytic activity at extremely acidic and basic pH (pH = 3 and 10) values were achieved for MCM-PEI-Co and MCM-PEI-Cu, respectively. Optimum enzymatic activity was observed for MCM-41@PEI-Co at 75 °C, while immobilized lipase on the Co-chelated support retained 70% of its initial activity after 14 days of storage at room temperature. Due to its efficient catalytic performance, MCM-41@PEI-Co was selected for the synthesis of ethyl valerate in the presence of valeric acid and ethanol. The enzymatic esterification yield for immobilized lipase onto MCM-41@PEI-Co was 60 and 53%, respectively, after 24 h of incubation in n-hexane and dimethyl sulfoxide media.

In this study, a simple, rapid, low cost, sensitive and environmentally friendly technique, supramolecular solvent microextraction (SM-SME) followed by high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet has been proposed to extract carbaryl from water samples. Parameters, affecting the SM-SME performance such as the weight of decanoic acid (DeA), volume of tetrahydrofuran (THF), pH and salt concentration, were studied and optimised. The effect of the pH on the extraction efficiency was evaluated by one–factor-at-a-time methodology, but the other variables were optimised by a face-centred cube central composite design methodology. Optimum extraction conditions were obtained: DeA: 70 mg; THF: 650 µL; salt concentration: 10% (w/v) NaCl and pH = 2–4), and the performance of the proposed method was evaluated. Under the optimum conditions, good linearity (1.0–500 µg L?1, r2 = 0.9994) was obtained. Limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.3–1.0 µg L?1, respectively. Also, the recoveries of the carbaryl were obtained in the ranged from 96% to 105%. Finally, proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of the carbaryl in the water samples of farms run-off and rivers and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

A new decavanadate polyoxovanadate nanocluster, [2-ampH]6[V10O28]?2H2O (1), was synthesized through reaction between ammonium vanadate and 2-aminopyridine at pH = 2. Nanocluster 1 was characterized by IR, elemental analysis, and X-ray crystallography. 1 was found to adsorb and desorb dyes and may have widespread application in wastewater treatment. The utility of 1 for adsorption of methylene blue was studied. The adsorbed dyes can be easily desorbed, and 1 has full efficiency after five cycles.  相似文献

An efficient, high yielding and environmentally benign strategy to the synthesis of new 2-amino-3-cyano-4-H-chromene derivatives, via one-pot three-component reaction involving malononitrile, various α- or β-naphthol and appropriate aromatic aldehydes including 2-chloroquinoline-3-carbaldehydes in the presence of morpholine in water, was achieved. During the development of the synthesis five new chromene derivatives were fruitfully synthesized. It was found that employing this approach, aromatic aldehydes bearing electron-withdrawing groups give higher yields of the corresponding products in shorter reaction times. This observation was in agreement with topological analysis of calculated electron density functions using density functional theory and quantum theory of atoms in molecules approaches.  相似文献

The need for external excitation sources limits the utility of quantum dots (QDs) in multiplexed detection schemes and in in vivo imaging, because it can lead to strong background by surface illumination and tissue autofluorescence. In this work, the authors describe the use of oxidized dextran as a support to conjugate the photoprotein aequorin to QDs in order to obtain self-illuminating QDs and an efficient QD-based bioluminescence (BL) resonance energy system. On addition of Ca2+, BL is generated by immobilized aequorin and transferred to the QDs which thereby become photoexcited. Hence, these QDs will fluoresce without being excited by an external light source and therefore have the typical merits (such as very low background) of bioluminescent systems. The half-life of the BL of aequorin peaking at 460 nm is 1.6 s, and that of the QD-conjugated aequorin (peaking at 528 nm) is 6.4 s. We perceive that by labeling antibodies with these nanocomposites, highly advanced multiplex immunoassays will become possible.
