A carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NP) and the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (IL BMI.PF6) was employed for the electroanalytical determination of estrone (E1) by square-wave voltammetry (SWV). At the modified electrode, cyclic voltammograms of E1 in B–R buffer (pH 12.0) showed an adsorption-controlled irreversible oxidation peak at around +0.365 V. The anodic current increased by a factor of five times and the peak potential shifted 65 mV to less positive values compared with the unmodified CPE. Under optimized conditions, the calibration curve obtained showed two linear ranges: from 4.0 to 9.0 μmol L?1 and from 9.0 to 100.0 μmol L?1. The limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) attained were 0.47 and 4.0 μmol L?1, respectively. The proposed modified electrode was applied to the determination of E1 in pork meat samples. Data provided by the proposed modified electrode were compared with data obtained by UV–vis spectroscopy. The outstanding performance of the electrochemical device indicates that Fe3O4 NP and the IL BMI.PF6 are promising materials for the preparation of chemically modified electrodes for the determination of E1.  相似文献

This communication demonstrates that yeast cell wall particles (YCWPs) are a promising class of nature-inspired biocompatible microcarriers for the delivery of amphipathic/lipophilic imaging reporters. When a paramagnetic MRI agent is loaded, the longitudinal relaxivity per particle at 0.5 T is the highest ever reported for Gd-based systems.  相似文献

The present study shows that a hydrogen bond between the OH group and the fluorine atom is not involved in the (1h)J(FH) spin-spin coupling transmission either for 4-bromo-2-fluorophenol or 2-fluorophenol. In fact, according to a quantum theory of atoms in molecules analysis, no bond critical point is found between O-H and F moieties. The nature of the transmission mechanism of the Fermi contact term of the (1h)J(FH) spin-spin coupling is studied by analyzing canonical molecular orbitals (see J. Phys. Chem. A 2010, 114, 1044), and it is observed that virtual orbitals play only a quite minor role in its transmission. This is typical of a Fermi contact term transmitted mainly through exchange interactions owing to the overlap of proximate electronic clouds; therefore, it is suggested to identify them as (nTS)J(FH) coupling where n stands for the number of formal bonds separating the coupling nuclei. In the cases studied in this work is n = 4. Results presented in this work could provide an interesting rationalization for different experimental signs known in the current literature for proximate J(FH) couplings.  相似文献

A 1H-NMR study of the interactionsbetween -cyclodextrin (-CD) and included phenolic molecules (chloragenic acid and caffeic acid ) in aqueous medium is reported. The results confirm that inclusion occurs. Data analysis by the continuous variation method shows that all the complexes have 1 : 1 stoichiometries. Values for the apparent association constants of the inclusion compounds are estimated and compared with previously reported values.  相似文献

Acylhydrazones are still an important framework to the design of new bioactive compounds. As treatment of chronic pain represents a clinical challenge, we decided to modify the structure of LASSBio-1514 (1), previously described as anti-inflammatory and analgesic prototype. Applying the homologation as a strategy for molecular modification, we designed a series of cyclopentyl- (2a–e), cyclobutyl- (3a–e), and cyclopropylacylhydrazones (4a–e) that were synthetized and evaluated in murine models of inflammation and pain. A comparison of their in silico physicochemical and drug-like profile was conducted, as well as their anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Compounds 4a (LASSBio-1755) and 4e (LASSBio-1757) displayed excellent in silico drug-like profiles and were identified as new analgesic lead-candidates in acute and chronic model of pain, through oral administration.  相似文献

In the present research, we studied wines from three different south Brazilian winemaking regions with the purpose of differentiating them by geographical origin of the grapes. Brazil's wide territory and climate diversity allow grape cultivation and winemaking in many regions of different and unique characteristics. The wine grape cultivation for winemaking concentrates in the South Region, mainly in the Serra Gaúcha, the mountain area of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, which is responsible for 90% of the domestic wine production. However, in recent years, two new production regions have developed: the Campanha, the plains to the south and the Serra do Sudeste, the hills to the southeast of the state. Analysis of isotopic ratios of 18O/16O of wine water, 13C/12C of ethanol, and of minerals were used to characterize wines from different regions. The isotope analysis of δ18O of wine water and minerals Mg and Rb were the most efficient to differentiate the regions. By using isotope and mineral analysis, and discrimination analysis, it was possible to classify the wines from south Brazil.  相似文献

Salicornia species have just been introduced to the European market as a vegetable named ‘samphire’, ‘green asparagus’, or ‘sea asparagus’. Due to its increasing attention, and associated value, minor compounds of Salicornia gaudichaudiana Moq were investigated. The use of countercurrent chromatography and mass spectrometry enabled the search for known, as well as potentially novel natural products. Their identification was achieved based on molecular weights and mass‐spectrometric fragmentation data. Low detection limits enabled the visualization of all compounds with their identification in almost real time close to the preparative countercurrent chromatography experiment. A list of known natural products from Salicornia genus guided the identification process of compounds occurring in Salicornia gaudichaudiana Moq by tandem mass spectrometry fragment comparison. The natural product classes were divided into four groups: chlorogenic acid derivatives; flavonoid derivatives; pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins; and other compounds.  相似文献

The in vitro kinetics of inactivation of both wild-type and I21V InhA enzymes by [FeII(CN)5(INH)]3- indicate that this process requires no activation by KatG, and no need for the presence of NADH. This inorganic complex may represent a new class of lead compounds to the development of anti-tubercular agents aiming at inhibition of a validated target.  相似文献

Rhodium phthalocyanine (RhPc) was synthesized and ultra thin Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films of RhPc were successfully fabricated. The LB film characterization was carried out using both UV-vis absorption spectra and Raman scattering. The Raman spectroscopy was carried out using 633 and 780 nm laser lines. LB films were deposited onto Ag nanoparticles to achieve the surface-enhanced pre-resonance Raman scattering (pre-SERRS) and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) for both laser lines, respectively, which allowed the characterization of the RhPc ultra thin films. The morphology of the LB RhPc neat film is extracted from micro-Raman imaging.  相似文献
