Reactions of 3-hyrazino-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine with various carbonyl compounds such as ethyl acetoacetate, acetylacetone, benzoin, isatin, phthalic anhydride, phenyl isocyanate and acetic anhydride were discussed. Its reactions with α, β unsaturated compounds such as arylidinemalononitrile, diethyl acetylenedicarboxylate, dibenzylidine hydrazine were studied. These reactions led to the formation of various triazine and fused-triazine derivatives. The antitumor activity of the synthesized compounds was tested against HePG2 and MCF-7 cell lines. Some of the tested compounds were most active, whereas other compounds exhibited little or no activity. 相似文献

Abstract Sodium copper (II) arsenate Na7Cu4(AsO4)5 has been grown by conventional high-temperature, solid-state methods in molten-salt media. It was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal analysis (DTA–TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), semiquantitative energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis (EDS), and vibrational spectroscopy. Na7Cu4(AsO4)5 exhibits a three-dimensional framework built up of CuO5, CuO4, and AsO4 polyhedra, with intersecting channels in which the Na+ cations are located. The three-dimensional cohesion of the framework results from Cu–O–As bridges. CuO5 and CuO4 polyhedra are elongated due to the Jahn–Teller effect, whereas AsO4 tetrahedra are almost regular. This new structural model is validated by the charge distribution (CD) analysis. The infrared and Raman spectra confirmed the presence of AsO4 tetrahedra. Ethyl 2-arylamino-2-oxo-acetates undergo a complex reaction with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of triphenylphosphine to produce dimethyl 1-aryl-4-ethoxy-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1 H -pyrrole-2,3-dicarboxylates in good yields. Dynamic NMR study of dimethyl 1-(2-methylphenyl)-4-ethoxy-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1 H -pyrrole-2,3-dicarboxylate shows a fairly high energy barrier ( j G p = 53.2 kJmol m 1 ) for rotation around the N-aryl single bond, which leads to an observable atropisomerism. 相似文献

The polymerization of styrene (St) was carried out with varying amounts of methanol in aqueous medium. As methanol content decreased (to 50 %), the phase of polymerization mixture (methanol/water/monomer) changed to a heterogeneous state; the homogeneous state was obtained in samples that contain 75 and 100 % methanol. In order to verify the mechanism of polymerization in heterogeneous and homogeneous mixtures, the nucleus formation rate during polymerization, the stability equilibrium of the media and seeded particles, and the size of particles and their growth in polymerization were experimentally being monitored. With the homogeneous mixture in 75 wt% methanol, dumbbell, triangle, and peanut-like particles have been formed. On the other hand, the characteristics of the polymerization products were different from those typically obtained in the emulsion polymerization and in the sample with 100 wt% methanol dispersion polymerization. In the sample with 100 % methanol and in one with 50 % methanol, monodispersed spherical particles are formed in the final conversion. Thus, homogeneity in the aqueous methanol mixture can be a critical factor in determining the polymerization modes between dispersion and emulsion polymerization. 相似文献

A new and direct approach to verify surface heterogeneity as the microscopic origin of contact-angle hysteresis is demonstrated. IR-visible sum-frequency-generation spectroscopy (SFG) was used to selectively probe the molecules at the interface of an alkyl-side-chain polymer [poly(vinyl n-octadecyl carbamate-co-vinyl acetate)] with water. The spectra indicate that in contact with water, the polymer surface is heterogeneous (having areas of differing surface energies). This evidence of surface heterogeneity supports the hysteresis observed in the advancing and receding contact angles of the polymer surface with water. The same measurements made for the chemically and structurally similar surface of an octadecyltrichlorosilane self-assembled monolayer indicates a homogeneous surface at the water interface. In this case, contact-angle hysteresis measurements implicate surface roughness as the cause of hysteresis. Atomic force microscopy measurements of roughness for these surfaces further support our conclusions. The polymer-water interface was probed using SFG at above-ambient temperatures, and an order-to-disorder transition (ODT) of alkyl side chains at the interface was observed, which closely follows the melting of crystalline side chains in the bulk. This transition explains the increased wettability of the polymer, by water, when the temperature is raised above the bulk melting temperature. Furthermore, the irreversibility of this ODT suggests that the disordered polymer-water interface is the thermodynamic equilibrium state, whereas the before-heating structure of this interface is a kinetically hindered metastable state. 相似文献
