Silver(I) complexes of several thiolates have been prepared. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and 13C NMR spectroscopy. All the Ag(I)-thiolate complexes are polymeric in nature. Therefore, 13C CP MAS NMR is being used extensively to analyze the binding site of the ligand and the nature of complexation. A significant shift difference was observed for S binding site whereas smaller shift was observed for carboxylate binding site. The antimicrobial activities for Ag(I)-glutathione complex was measured and compared with Ag(I)-captopril complex.  相似文献

In an attempt to improve anticancer activity, a series of retinoids–chromene hybrids was described. The novel heterocyclic chromene–retinoids hybrid including oxygen as a heteroatom in a six‐membered cyclic ring (2H‐chromene or 2H‐1‐benzopyran) was designed and synthesized by introducing different groups such as an aromatic or styrylphenyl ring in 6‐position of 2H‐chromene. These novel compounds were synthesized by using the efficient cascades one‐pot process involving Wittig–Horner–Emmons reaction and Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling pallado‐catalyzed reactions with 60% to 90% overall yields. These new compounds were tested against glioblastoma multiforme brain cancer, medulloblastoma, neuroblastoma cell lines, and breast cancer MCF‐7 cell lines. Two of them exhibited an appreciable anti‐tumor activity in the low micromolar range, which opens new perspectives for therapeutic application on humans.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-cyano-4,6-dimethyl-2-pyridone with ethyl chloroacetate afforded ethyl 2-([3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-yl]oxy)acetate 2 and ethyl 2-(3-cyano-4,6-dimethyl-2-oxopyridin-1[2H]-yl)acetate 3 , the reaction product yield depend on the reaction condition (potassium carbonate concentration and reaction time). These compounds used as precursors to synthesize pyridine derivatives 4 , 6-10 , 15, 17-20 , furopyridines 5, 16 , pyrazolopyridine 12 , pyridopyrazolopyrimidines 14a,b . The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was confirmed by spectral data (IR, NMR, and mass spectra) and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The consecutive stepwise formation constants of 1:1 and 1:2 chelate species formed by the interaction of DC-2-CPHD and DC-3-CPHD anions with tripositive lanthanon and divalent copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc, manganese, and cadmium cations were determined potentiometrically at ionic strengh of 0.1 (KNO3) and 30°C. The results indicate that two different coordination modes, one tridentate (DC-2-CPHD), and one bidentate (DC-3-CPHD), are in evidence.  相似文献

New Schiff base ligands (6–9) derived from 5-amino-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol 1 and substituted benzaldehydes (2–5) as well as their metal complexes with Cu(II), Fe(II), Au(III), and Mn(II) (12–17) have been synthesized. A new benzothiazole derivative (11) was prepared from coupling of 7 with N-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-2-chloroacetamide 10. Their spectral properties were investigated. The newly designed and synthesized Schiff base ligands and the metal complexes were assayed for anti-HIV-1 and HIV-2 activity by examination of their inhibition of HIV-induced cytopathogenicity in MT-4 cells. Compounds 11 and 16 were found to be the most active inhibitors in cell culture (EC50 = 12.2 μg/mL (SI = 4) and > 2.11 μg/mL (SI = > 1), respectively) against HIV-1, whereas 11 showed inhibition against HIV-2 of EC50 > 10.2 μg/mL with SI = 9, which provided a good lead for further optimization.  相似文献

Normetanephrine is a marker for pheochromocytoma, a rare catecholamine-secreting and neuroendocrine tumor, that arises from sympathetic and parasympathetic paraganglia. In this work, a novel carbon/chitosan electrode paste was used for sensitive voltammetric determination of normetanephrine and dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid. The modified electrode has shown an increase in the effective area of up to 68%, well-separated oxidation peaks, and an excellent electrocatalytic activity. The electrochemical response characteristics were investigated by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. Interestingly, high sensitivity and selectivity in the linear range of normetanephrine, dopamine, ascorbic acid, and uric acid concentrations were observed. The present method was applied in the urine sample and satisfactory results were obtained showing that this electrode is very suitable in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

In this present study, the adsorption behavior of HO2 radical on the exterior surface of (5, 0) zigzag boron nitride nanotube (BNNT) has been investigated. The electronic structures and geometries of studied complexes were calculated at B3LYP-D3/6-31++G (d, p) computational level. The value of adsorption energy for the most stable configuration (A) is obtained ?0.68 eV, indicating physisorption process. Meaningful change of HOMO–LUMO gap after adsorption confirming BNNT can be introduced as a promising sensor for sensing of HO2 radical.  相似文献

The research included the synthesis of a new complex of manganese with 3,4,5-tri-methoxybenzoic acid in the presence of triethylamine as a base to which gives the complex with formula [Mn (TMB)2].2H2O. This complex was characterized by FTIR, CHN, magnetic susceptibility and thermal analysis. Furthermore, this complex was used as a novel precursor of manganese in preparing the attapulgite-MnO2 nanocomposite by one-pot addition method using ultrasound. The resulting nanocomposite was characterized by X-ray diffraction and TEM and the results prove that this composite was found as nanochannel of the diameter 45 nm decorated with 26–41 nm of MnO2 nanoparticles. The attapulgite-MnO2 nanocomposite was used in the application of hydrogen storage, and the results proved that attapulgite-MnO2 nanocomposite has the ability to store 3.55 wt% of hydrogen under a pressure of 90 bar and a temperature of 77 K. Furthermore, the measurement demonstrated that increasing the pressure increased the stored hydrogen, implying that the stored gas will be liberated by altering the pressure, implying that the storage will be of the physical kind.  相似文献
