The consecutive stepwise formation constants of 1:1 and 1:2 chelate species formed by the interaction of DC-2-CPHD and DC-3-CPHD anions with tripositive lanthanon and divalent copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc, manganese, and cadmium cations were determined potentiometrically at ionic strengh of 0.1 (KNO3) and 30°C. The results indicate that two different coordination modes, one tridentate (DC-2-CPHD), and one bidentate (DC-3-CPHD), are in evidence.  相似文献

New Schiff base ligands (6–9) derived from 5-amino-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol 1 and substituted benzaldehydes (2–5) as well as their metal complexes with Cu(II), Fe(II), Au(III), and Mn(II) (12–17) have been synthesized. A new benzothiazole derivative (11) was prepared from coupling of 7 with N-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-2-chloroacetamide 10. Their spectral properties were investigated. The newly designed and synthesized Schiff base ligands and the metal complexes were assayed for anti-HIV-1 and HIV-2 activity by examination of their inhibition of HIV-induced cytopathogenicity in MT-4 cells. Compounds 11 and 16 were found to be the most active inhibitors in cell culture (EC50 = 12.2 μg/mL (SI = 4) and > 2.11 μg/mL (SI = > 1), respectively) against HIV-1, whereas 11 showed inhibition against HIV-2 of EC50 > 10.2 μg/mL with SI = 9, which provided a good lead for further optimization.  相似文献

Normetanephrine is a marker for pheochromocytoma, a rare catecholamine-secreting and neuroendocrine tumor, that arises from sympathetic and parasympathetic paraganglia. In this work, a novel carbon/chitosan electrode paste was used for sensitive voltammetric determination of normetanephrine and dopamine in the presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid. The modified electrode has shown an increase in the effective area of up to 68%, well-separated oxidation peaks, and an excellent electrocatalytic activity. The electrochemical response characteristics were investigated by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. Interestingly, high sensitivity and selectivity in the linear range of normetanephrine, dopamine, ascorbic acid, and uric acid concentrations were observed. The present method was applied in the urine sample and satisfactory results were obtained showing that this electrode is very suitable in pharmaceutical and clinical preparations.  相似文献

Complexes of 1,10-o-phenanthroline (o-phen)-NiII and CuII with dithiocarbamates derived from -amino acids (glycine, phenylalanine, alanine, methionine and tryptophan) were synthesized and characterized by chemical analysis, spectral and thermal studies and by biological screening; the complexes are non-electrolytes. The empirical formula are [Ni(o-phen)2(aadtc)] and [Cu2(o-phen)2(phaladtc)(H2O)2Br2] where, aadtc = glycinyl-, phenylalaninyl-, alaninyl-, methioninyl- and tryptophanyldithiocarbamate and phaladtc = phenylalaninyldithiocarbamate. The structure of these complexes is probably octahedral. Molecular association through hydrogen bonding between the —NH and the carboxylate groups is proposed for the NiII complexes. The CuII complex is dimeric with the phenylalaninyldithiocarbamate acting as a bridge.  相似文献

Whereas complex stereoregular cyclic architectures are commonplace in biomacromolecules, they remain rare in synthetic polymer chemistry, thus limiting the potential to develop synthetic mimics or advanced materials for biomedical applications. Herein we disclose the formation of a stereocontrolled 1,4‐linked six‐membered cyclopolyether prepared by ring‐closing metathesis (RCM). Ru‐mediated RCM, with careful control of the catalyst, concentration, and temperature, selectively affords the six‐membered‐ring cyclopolymer. Under optimized reaction conditions, no metathetical degradation, macrocycle formation, or cross‐linking was observed. Post‐polymerization modification by dihydroxylation afforded a novel polymer family encompassing a poly(ethylene glycol) backbone and sugar‐like functionalities (“PEGose”). This strategy also paves the way for using RCM as an efficient method to synthesize other stereocontrolled cyclopolymers.  相似文献

It is described a simple, rapid and efficient methodology to characterise and separate gold nanoprisms and nanooctahedra by capillary electrophoresis. This technique is suitable to distinguish between morphologies and it can be used as a powerful separation tool after a customised synthesis of both structures. This synthesis was carried out by amending two parameters, temperature and pH, and a sharp decrease was found in nanotriangles when temperature was increased from 70 up to 95°C. However, when the synthesis was performed at a given temperature, an increase in pH did not promote an important change in isolation of any structure until pH = 9.5, critical in the final morphology of the nanoparticle. Gold nanoprisms and nanooctahedra were successfully separated by capillary electrophoresis according to differences in charge‐to‐mass ratio of the morphologies. Final particle morphology was confirmed by transmission electron microscopy analysis. Under optimal working conditions, a mixture containing both shapes of gold nanoparticles was initially injected and two major peaks were obtained for each structure. Capillary electrophoresis allowed to study pH and temperature influence on both morphologies. It was inferred that the ratio between triangles and octahedra decreased to a great extent when increasing both temperature and pH.  相似文献

A heterogeneous and recyclable catalyst with a high loading of silver nanoparticles was synthesized via the silver nanoparticles being supported onto the surface of magnetic nanoparticles coated with poly(4‐vinylpyridine). The synthesized catalyst was used in the dehydrogenation of alcohols to corresponding carbonyl compounds. A broad diversity of alcohols was converted into their corresponding carbonyl compounds in excellent yields. The catalyst was easily recovered by applying an external magnetic field and reused for seven reaction cycles without considerable loss of activity. The catalyst was fully characterized using various techniques.  相似文献
