We apply the time-dependent theory to the collinear exchange reaction F + CH4 → FCH3 + H. We have performed detailed calculations on two-dimensional potential surfaces representing the ground electronic potentials of the collinear F + CH4 → FCH3 + H reaction, at incident energies. Transmission coefficients range from zero to unity, depending upon the incident energy. Normal modes of vibrations are displayed along the reaction path.  相似文献

Lipases are one of the highest value commercial enzymes as they have broad applications in detergent, food, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries. To provide chimeric Bacillus thermocatenulatus lipase (BTL2), the completely conserved pentapeptide (112Ala-His-Ser-Gln-Gly116) was replaced with similar sequences (207Gly-Glu-Ser-Ala-Gly211) of Candida rugosa lipase (CLR) at the nucleophilic elbow region. For this purpose, three mutations including A112G, H113E, and Q115A were inserted in the conserved pentapeptide sequence of btl2 gene. Based on the crystal structures of 2W22, the best structure of opened form of the chimeric lipases were garnered using the MODELLER v9.10 software. The native and chimeric lipases were docked to a set of ligands, and a trial version of Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD) software was used to obtain the energy values. Docking results confirmed chimeric lipase to be better than the native lipase. Following the in silico study, cloning experiments were conducted and expression of native and chimeric btl2 gene in Pichia pastoris was performed. The native and chimeric lipases were purified, and the effect of these mutations on characteristics of chimeric lipase studied and then compared with those of native lipase. Chimeric lipase exhibited 1.6-fold higher activity than the native lipase at 55 °C. The highest percentage of both lipases activity was observed at 60 °C and pH of 8.0. The ion Ca2+ slightly inhibited the activity of both lipases, whereas the organic solvent enhanced the lipase stability of chimeric lipase as compared with the native lipase. According to the results, the presence of two glycine residues at the conserved pentapeptide region of this chimeric lipase (112 Gly-Glu-Ser-Ala-Gly 116) may increase the flexibility of the nucleophilic elbow region and affect the enzyme activity level.  相似文献

An efficient and odorless synthesis of disulfides from alkyl halides using thiourea and elemental sulfur in the presence of sodium carbonate in wet polyethylene glycol (PEG 200) at 40 °C without contamination by higher polysulfides has been developed. This procedure was then extended to preparation of disulfides from alkyl tosylates at 70 °C.  相似文献

In this paper we propose an approach for ranking self-healing polymeric coatings containing micro/nanocapsules in order of corrosion-protection effectiveness on exposure to 3.5 % (w/w) NaCl solution. The results indicated that development of electrochemical cells was inhibited by the active components of the ruptured embedded inhibitor micro/nanocapsules which were released into a scratch inflicted in the polymeric coating on steel surface. Undamaged surface film of test and control specimens exposed to the solution had excellent corrosion-inhibition performance, as reflected by results from both electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization tests. Moreover, three coatings containing capsules synthesized at three different agitation rates with the same thickness were compared to determine the optimum rate. For the optimum rate the optimum thickness was then determined. The areas under Bode plots were determined and used as useful values for evaluation and ranking the coatings. It was found that the area under the Bode plot is a good criterion for evaluating polymeric coating degradation during immersion. There was good agreement between the results of this work and those from electrochemical tests.  相似文献

Nanoparticles, nanospheres and nanorods of Y(OH)3 and Y2O3 were prepared via cathodic electrodeposition from chloride bath through applying different current densities. First, yttrium hydroxide precursors were cathodically grown on the cathode surface at the current densities of 2, 1, 0.5, 0.25 and 0.1 mA cm?2. Then hydroxide powders were heat-treated at 600°C for 3 h. The composition, crystal structure and morphology of the prepared oxide and hydroxide products were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetery (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning and transmission electron microscopes (SEM and TEM) and FT-IR spectroscopy. Mechanism of base electrogeneration at the applied conditions, and intercalation of chloride ions in the deposit structure during the electrodeposition were proposed and confirmed by the XRD and TG analyses. The results showed that the structural and morphological properties of the products are directly dictated by the applied current density and it can be recognized as the main factor affecting on the cathodic electrodeposition of Y2O3.  相似文献

Mercury exists in two forms in environment, inorganic salts and organic compounds. Determination of mercury is very important, due to its health effects. In the present research, diphenylation of mercury using phenylboronic acid as a derivatization reagent was used for the determination of Hg(II) in real water samples. A simple, rapid and cheap method named dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction was used for the extraction of analyte under the following conditions: extraction solvent 16 μL of carbon tetrachloride, disperser solvent 1 mL of ethanol and sample volume 5 mL. Under the optimal conditions, the enrichment factor for diphenylmercury was 931 and the limit of detection calculated on the basis of five replicates was 0.004 μg mL?1. The repeatability of the method expresses as relative standard deviation was 5.1 (n = 6). The linear range was between 0.01 and 10 μg mL?1. The performance of the proposed technique was evaluated for the determination of mercury in different environmental water samples.  相似文献

Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) are one of the most important families in the ligand-gated ion channel superfamily due to their involvement in primordial brain functions and in several neurodegenerative pathologies. The discovery of new ligands which can bind with high affinity and selectivity to nAChR subtypes is of prime interest in order to study these receptors and to potentially discover new drugs for treating various pathologies. Predatory cone snails of the genus Conus hunt their prey using venoms containing a large number of small, highly structured peptides called conotoxins. Conotoxins are classified in different structural families and target a large panel of receptors and ion channels. Interestingly, nAChRs represent the only subgroup for which Conus has developed seven distinct families of conotoxins. Conus venoms have thus received much attention as they could represent a potential source of selective ligands of nAChR subtypes. We describe the mass spectrometric-based approaches which led to the discovery of a novel α-conotoxin targeting muscular nAChR from the venom of Conus ermineus. The presence of several posttranslational modifications complicated the N-terminal sequencing. To discriminate between the different possible sequences, analogs with variable N-terminus were synthesized and fragmented by MS/MS. Understanding the fragmentation pathways in the low m/z range appeared crucial to determine the right sequence. The biological activity of this novel α-conotoxin (α-EIIA) that belongs to the unusual α4/4 subfamily was determined by binding experiments. The results revealed not only its selectivity for the muscular nAChR, but also a clear discrimination between the two binding sites described for this receptor.  相似文献

The goal of this work was to synthesize new molecular bricks which could be used as precursors of heterobimetallic low-dimensional compounds. Along this line, four compounds have been synthesized and structurally characterized, namely (NBu(4))(2)[Ni(Cl(2)opba)] (1), (NBu(4))(2)[Cu(Cl(2)opba)] (2), (NBu(4))(5)[Mn(Cl(2)opba)(DMSO)(2)](4) (3), and Cu(en)(2)[Mn(Cl(2)opba)(H(2)O)(2)](2).2DMSO (4), with Cl(2)opba = (4,5-dichloro-o-phenylene)bis(oxamato), NBu(4) = tetra-n-butylammonium, en = ethylenediamine, and DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide. Compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural; they crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, Z = 4, with a = 18.708(2) ?, b = 17.525(2) ?, c = 14.763(9) ?, and beta = 92.03(4) degrees for 1 and a = 18.928(2) ?, b = 17.634(2) ?, c = 14.704(9) ?, and beta = 92.38(3) degrees for 2. 3 crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group P&fourmacr;2(1)c, Z = 2, with a = 26.295(10) ? and c = 12.342(7) ?. The structure shows a random occupation of the metal site by Mn(III) and Mn(II) ions in 3/4 and 1/4 ratios, respectively. 4 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P&onemacr;, Z = 1, with a = 7.066(7) ?, b = 11.844(1) ?, c = 14.292(5) ?, alpha = 105.64(2) degrees, beta = 97.67(5) degrees, and gamma = 102.13(3) degrees. The structure consists of Mn(III)Cu(II)Mn(III) trinuclear species, with Cu-O-Mn bridges involving oxygen atoms of the oxamato groups already linked to the metal atom. The magnetic properties of compounds 1-4 have been investigated and quantitatively interpreted. For 3, this magnetic investigation has been performed on a single crystal, which allows us to determine unambiguously the sign of the axial zero-field splitting parameter for the Mn(III) ion. The potentialities of these new molecular bricks have been discussed.  相似文献

Electrochemical anodic oxidation of a metal anode in an acetone solution of 2,5-diamino-3,4-dicyanothiophene gave the polythiophene metal complexes of Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, and Sn. Chemical analyses, as well as FTIR and electronic spectral data, are presented to confirm the formulation of the isolated materials. DC electrical conductivity measurements of the polymer complexes were measured in the range 300–500 K in the annealed and 5% doped forms. The products gave electrical conductivity in the semi-conducting region that increased by heat.  相似文献
