Abstract A new adduct 3-ammoniumphenyl sulfone dihydrogenphosphate phosphoric acid, [C12H14N2O2S](H2PO4)2H3PO4, has been synthesized by slow evaporation at room temperature using 3-aminophenyl sulfone as the structure-directing agent. The structure, determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction at 293 K, can be described as inorganic layers built by H2PO4 ? groups and H3PO4 molecules, parallel to the (a, c) planes at y = 0.5, between which molecules of the organic group [C12H14N2O2S]2+ are inserted. In this atomic arrangement, hydrogen bonds and van der Waals interactions between the different species play an important role in the tri-dimensional network cohesion. Solid-state 13C and 31P MAS NMR spectroscopies are in agreement with the X-ray structure. [Supplemental materials are available for this article. Abstract The reaction of nucleophilic phosphacumulene ylides with visnaginone and khellinone afforded the corresponding phosphanylidene and furochromene derivatives. Moreover, pyranochromenes were obtained from the reaction of chromene carbaldehydes with phosphacumulenes. The condensation of N1-benzimidazolyl amidines 1 with tris(dimethy- lamino)phosphine leads to the corresponding [1,2a]Benzimidazolo-1,3,5,2-triazaphosphorines 3 . The N2-phosphoroamidine intermediates 2′ are isolated and yielded the corresponding cyclic compounds 4 upon heating. The oxidation by sulfur of the compounds 3 gives the thiooxide derivatives 4 . N-(chloro-furan-2-yl)methylene-N′-(4-nitrophenyl)hydrazone (I) reacted with triethylphosphite to produce the phosphonate derivative III. The tetrazine derivative VI was produced by the interaction of I with diethyl-phosphite. Hydrazonoyl azide derivatives VIIIa–c reacted with triphenyl phosphine to form the iminophosphorane derivatives Xa–c. On the other hand, the azide derivative VIIIc reacted with the phosphonium ylide XI to form the 1,2,3-triazole adduct XIII. The reaction of triethyl phosphite with Shiff's bases XIVa–c yielded the corresponding phosphonates XVa–c. Starting from the reaction of ethyl cyanoacetate with thiourea and the appropriate aldehydes, a series of new pyrimidine derivatives were prepared. Ten selected pyrimidine derivatives were subjected to a screening system for the investigation of their antitumor potency against liver (HEPG2) cell line. The antitumor activity results indicated that most of the selected pyrimidine derivatives showed moderate growth inhibition activity against the tested cell line, but with varying intensities in comparison to the known anticancer drugs: 5-fluorouracil and doxorubicin. Some of the synthesized compounds were also tested for their antimicrobial activity against bacteria as well as fungal isolates. 相似文献

Cocoa butter equivalent (CBE) was prepared by enzymatic acidolysis reaction of substrate consisting of refined palm mid fraction oil and palmitic–stearic fatty acid mixture. The reactions were performed in a batch reactor at a temperature of 60 °C in an orbital shaker operated at 160 RPM. Different mass ratios of substrates were explored, and the composition of the five major triacylglycerols (TAGs) of the structured lipids was identified and quantified using cocoa butter certified reference material IRMM-801. The reaction resulted in production of cocoa butter equivalent with the TAGs' composition (1,3-dipalmitoyl-2-oleoyl-glycerol 30.7 %, 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-3-stearoyl-rac-glycerol 40.1%, 1-palmitoy-2,3- dioleoyl glycerol 9.0 %, 1,3-distearoyl-2-oleoyl-glycerol 14.5 %, and 1-stearoyl-2,3-dioleoyl glycerol 5.7 %) and with onset melting temperature of 31.6 °C and peak temperature of 40.4 °C which are close to those of cocoa butter. The proposed kinetics model for the acidolysis reaction presented the experimental data very well. The results of this research showed that palm mid fraction oil TAGs could be restructured to produce value added product such as CBE. 相似文献
