Potassium fluoride was found to be an efficient catalyst and solid support for the synthesis of 3,5-disubstituted-1,2,4-oxadiazoles. In this work, a one-pot method for the synthesis of these compounds from the reaction of nitriles with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and acyl chloride in the presence of potassium fluoride under solvent-free conditions using microwave irradiation has been developed. The advantages of using potassium fluoride as a solid support in comparison to conventional solid supports are simple operation and convenient separation of the products.  相似文献

We report on newly synthesized Ag(I)-filled multiwall carbon nanotubes as a potential sensing element in ion-selective carbon paste electrodes for the determination of free cyanide in aqueous solution. The electrode was obtained by entrapping the silver-filled nanotubes into a carbon paste and displays a Nernstian response with a slope of 59.8?±?0.3?mV decade?1, a very wide linear range (from 21.0?nM to 0.1?M of cyanide), a lower detection limit of 13.0?nM, and a response time of <2?min. The operational lifetime is up to 3?months without significant deviation in normal function.

A new automated headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) sampling device was developed, with the capability of heating the sample matrix and simultaneously cooling the fiber coating. The device was evaluated for the quantitative extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from solid matrices. The proposed device improves the efficiency of the release of analytes from the matrix, facilitates the mass transfer into the headspace and significantly increases the partition coefficients of the analytes, by creating a temperature gap between the cold-fiber (CF) coating and the hot headspace. The reliability and applicability of previously reported cold-fiber devices are significantly enhanced by this improvement. In addition, it can be easily adopted for full automation of extraction, enrichment and introduction of different samples using commercially available autosampling devices. Sand samples spiked with PAHs were used as solid matrices and the effect of different experimental parameters were studied, including the extraction temperature, extraction time, moisture content, and the effect of sonication and modifier under optimal experimental conditions, linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 0.0009-1000 ng/g, with regression coefficients higher than 0.99 and detection limits that ranged from 0.3 to 3 pg/g. Reproducible, precise and high throughput extraction, monitoring and quantification of PAHs were achieved with the automated cold-fiber headspace solid-phase microextraction (CF-HS-SPME) device coupled to GC-flame ionization detection. Determination of PAHs in certified reference sediments using the proposed approach exhibited acceptable agreement with the standard values.  相似文献

The novel bidentate N,S-donor anionic ligands [PhNCSIndz]?, [PhNCSImz]?, [PhNCSPzMe3]?, and [EtNCSPz]?, where Indz?=?indazole, Imz?=?imidazole, PzMe3?=?3,4,5-trimethylpyrazole, and Pz?=?pyrazole, were synthesized and used to prepare Cu(II) complexes of general formula [Cu(N^S)2]. The ligands were synthesized via direct addition of phenylisothiocyanate or ethylisothiocyanate into THF suspensions of the corresponding sodium-pyrazolate salts. All of the synthesized compounds, including the ligands and the complexes, were characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods, and crystal structures of [Cu(EtNCSPz)2] and [Cu(PhNCSPzMe2)2] were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, showing a trans-square planar geometry for [Cu(EtNCSPz)2] and a distorted tetrahedral geometry for [Cu(PhNCSPzMe2)2].  相似文献

A new polymeric oxidizing reagent was prepared by supporting periodic acid on poly(1,4-phenylene-2,5-pyridine dicarboxyamide). This polymeric reagent was used for the selective oxidation of primary benzylic alcohols to the corresponding benzaldehydes in CH3CN at reflux conditions.Excellent selectivity was observed between primary benzyl alcohols and secondary ones as well as non-benzylic alcohols in the oxidation reactions.Allylic alcohols were also converted to the corresponding aldehydes with good yields.  相似文献

In this work, we investigate the effect of morphology and segmental dynamics on ion transport in polymerized lyotropic liquid crystals (polyLLCs) containing 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate as ionic liquid (IL). We demonstrate that two important factors, which affect ion conduction in polyLLCs, are grain size and chain density at the interface. The polyLLC with large grain size (70 nm) shows significant reduction in ion conductivity (one order of magnitude) compared to its homopolymer/IL mixture. However, the polyLLC with small grain size (20 nm) has little difference in ion conductivity compared to its homopolymer/IL mixture. It is observed that decreasing the chain density enhances the interaction of IL with polymer chains and consequently slows the relaxation of polymer chains. In addition, comparing the dynamics of polymer chains in mixtures of homopolymer/IL and templated LLC mesophases shows that the confinement in LLC structure prolongs the relaxation of polymer chains.  相似文献

In this investigation, we have designed a series of benzene and borazines containing chromophores for employing in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The optimized structures and photo-physical properties of these molecules have been explored by using the density functional theory method (B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)). These dyes consist of electron-donor (benzene, borazine, fluorinated borazine) and -acceptor/anchoring (tricyanovinyl), connected by the π-conjugated linker as an electron spacer. The Natural Bond Orbital (NBO) analysis has also been employed for studying the origin of charge transfer. The time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) method has also been used to calculate the electronic absorption spectra of these molecules. The maximum absorption wavelengths assign to HOMO → LUMO transition. The electronic coupling constant, electron injection and light harvesting efficiency have been computed by first principle researches. This revealed that the studied molecules would be efficient photosensitizers.  相似文献

The formation of unusual multilayered parallel lamellae‐in‐lamellae in symmetric supramolecular double‐comb diblock copolymers is presented. While keeping the concentration of surfactant fixed, the number of internal layers was found to increase with molecular weight M up to 34 for the largest block copolymer. The number of internal structures n was established to scale as M0.67 and therefore enables easy design of such structures with great precision.  相似文献

A one-pot multicomponent synthesis of a novel class of cyanophenylamino-acetamides through the conversion of primary amides to the corresponding nitriles, starting from simple and readily available inputs including 2-aminobenzamide, an aldehyde, and an isocyanide in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst, in excellent yields at room temperature in ethanol as a green reaction medium is described.  相似文献
