Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) represent an emerging class of π-conjugated molecules in the area of optoelectronic devices and materials. Unprecedented synthetic routes to various PAHs from simple phenol derivatives by a palladium-catalyzed annulative dimerization of phenylene triflate through twofold inter- and intramolecular C−H activation have been established. The initially formed partially fused PAHs can be smoothly transformed into a variety of fully fused PAHs by the Scholl reaction. Furthermore, the reactions of phenanthrene-substituted aryl triflates proceeded regioselectively. The findings inspired the development of a rapid and efficient synthesis of polybenzoacene derivatives. This study not only allows transformation of phenyl triflates, but also discloses a new retrosynthetic strategy towards PAHs, especially polybenzoacenes.  相似文献

Fourier transform absorption spectra of H218O-enriched and H217O-enriched water vapor in the 3ν + δ and 4ν polyad region have been analyzed. With the aid of theoretically calculated linelists, we have assigned 1014 lines attributed to H218O and 836 lines of 855 attributed to H217O. The development of disilane‐bridged donor–acceptor–donor (D‐Si‐Si‐A‐Si‐Si‐D) and acceptor–donor–acceptor (A‐Si‐Si‐D‐Si‐Si‐A) compounds is described. Both types of compound showed strong emission (λem=ca. 500 and ca. 400 nm, respectively) in the solid state with high quantum yields (Φ: up to 0.85). Compound 4 exhibited aggregation‐induced emission enhancement in solution. X‐ray diffraction revealed that the crystal structures of 2 , 4 , and 12 had no intermolecular π–π interactions to suppress the nonradiative transition in the solid state.  相似文献

The effect of radiation on the breaking of secondary bonding in protein was studied by measuring the viscosity change at different radiation doses and urea concentrations. An experimental equation for the viscosity change was obtained, and the observed behavior was explained on the basis of the molecular mechanism. The general equation for the viscosity change is given by ηred = A(X ? Be?kx) + C log R, where ηred is the reduced viscosity of the solution, R is the dose of γ-radiation, X is the concentration of urea, and A, B, C, and k are adjustable constants.  相似文献

We demonstrate the visualization of ultrafast hydrogen migration in deuterated acetylene dication (C2D2{2+}) by employing the pump-probe Coulomb explosion imaging with sub-10-fs intense laser pulses (9 fs, 0.13 PW/cm{2}, 800 nm). It is shown, from the temporal evolution of the momenta of the fragment ions produced by the three-body explosion, C2D2{3+}-->D{+} + C{+} + CD{+}, that the migration proceeds in a recurrent manner: the deuterium atom first shifts from one carbon site to the other in a short time scale (approximately 90 fs) and then migrates back to the original carbon site by 280 fs, in competition with the molecular dissociation.  相似文献

Bacterial cell wall peptidoglycan (PGN) is a potent immunostimulator and immune adjuvant. The PGN of Gram-negative bacteria and some Gram-positive bacteria contain meso-diaminopimelic acid (meso-DAP), and we have recently shown that the intracellular protein Nod1 is a PGN receptor and recognizes DAP-containing peptides. In this study, we achieved the synthesis of DAP-containing PGN fragments, including the first chemical synthesis of tracheal cytotoxin (TCT), GlcNAc-(beta1-4)-(anhydro)MurNAc-L-Ala-gamma-D-Glu-meso-DAP-D-Ala, and a repeating-unit of DAP-type PGN, GlcNAc-(beta1-4)-MurNAc-L-Ala-gamma-D-Glu-meso-DAP-D-Ala. For the synthesis of PGN fragments, we first established a new synthetic method for an orthogonally protected meso-DAP derivative, and then we constructed the glycopeptide structures. The ability of these fragments to stimulate human Nod1, as well as differences in Nod1 recognition of the variety of synthesized ligand structures were examined. The results showed that the substitution of the N terminus of iE-DAP is necessary for stronger Nod1 recognition, but the structure of the substituent seems not to be strictly recognized. The importance of the carboxyl group at the 2-position of DAP for human Nod1 stimulation was also shown.  相似文献
