Co(0 0 0 1)hcp/Fe(1 1 0)bcc epitaxial magnetic bi-layer films were successfully prepared on SrTiO3(1 1 1) substrates. The crystallographic properties of Co/Fe epitaxial magnetic bi-layer films were investigated. Fe(1 1 0)bcc soft magnetic layer grew epitaxially on SrTiO3(1 1 1) substrate with two type variants, Nishiyama–Wasserman and Kurdjumov–Sachs relationships. An hcp-Co single-crystal layer is obtained on Ru(0 0 0 1)hcp interlayer, while hcp-Co layer formed on Au(1 1 1)fcc or Ag(1 1 1)fcc interlayer is strained and may involve fcc-Co phase. It has been shown possible to prepare Co/Fe epitaxial magnetic bi-layer films which can be usable for patterned media application.  相似文献

Purpose

To evaluate the use of the intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) technique in half-Fourier single-shot turbo spin-echo (HASTE) diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), and to compare its accuracy to that of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) to predict malignancy in head and neck tumors.

Patients and methods

HASTE DW images of 33 patients with head and neck tumors (10 benign and 23 malignant) were evaluated. Using the IVIM technique, parameters (D, true diffusion coefficient; f, perfusion fraction; D*, pseudodiffusion coefficient) were calculated for each tumor. ADC values were measured over a range of b values from 0 to 1000 s/mm2. IVIM parameters and ADC values in benign and malignant tumors were compared using Student's t test, receiver operating characteristics (ROC) analysis, and multivariate logistic regression modeling.

Results

Mean ADC and D values of malignant tumors were significantly lower than those of benign tumors (P < 0.05). Mean D* values of malignant tumors were significantly higher than those of benign tumors (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in mean f values between malignant and benign tumors (P > 0.05). The technique of combining D and D* was the best for predicting malignancy; accuracy for this model was higher than that for ADC.

Conclusions

The IVIM technique may be applied in HASTE DWI as a diagnostic tool to predict malignancy in head and neck masses. The use of D and D* in combination increases the diagnostic accuracy in comparison with ADC.  相似文献

The collision term has been deduced based on the effective Lagrangian in addition to the mean-field. We propose the momentum- and density-dependent coupling strengths for scalar and vector fields. The saturation properties of nuclear matter, the experimental data of the energy-dependent optical potential and the mean free path in the nuclei can be reproduced simultaneously. The in-mediumn–n cross section has also been calculated for different densities and energies, our results are consistent with Dirac-Brueckner-Hartree-Fock calculations.Supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China  相似文献

Temperature-dependent Mössbauer experiments have been carried out to examine the lattice dynamical properties of tin sites in Sn2S3 and its related compounds. The differences in the lattice parameters, estimated from the temperature dependence of the area intensities for the compounds, are attributed to the characteristics of their crystal structures.  相似文献

Complexes of the type (n-C n H2n +1NH3)2SnX6 (0n 4 and X=Cl or Br) have been investigated with a variety of physico-chemical techniques. The structural phase transitions were found in some of these complexes. The temperature dependence of the Mössbauer spectral absorption area for (C2H5NH3)2SnCl6 and (C2H5NH3)2SnBr6 changed sharply at phase transition temperatures. The temperature dependences for (n-C4H9NH3)2SnCl6 and (n-C4H9NH3)2SnBr6 decreased gradually with an increase in temperature. The correlation between the temperature dependence of the spectral absorption area and the motion of n-C n H2n+1NH3 + ions is discussed.  相似文献

The molecular motions in the three phases of 1,1′,2,2′-tetrachloroferrocene below m.p. were studied by using57Fe-Mossbauer and1H FT-NMR spectroscopy. In the plastic phase at the low temperature, a rotational mode around the pseudo C5 molecular axis was found to be activated with activation energy of 15 kJ/mol and in the higher temperature phase the rotational mode of the pseudo C5 axis itself was found to be activated with activation energy of 23 kJ/mol in addition to the rotational mode around the pseudo C5 axis. On the57Fe-Mossbauer spectra, a steep decrease of the areal intensity was observed above the first transition temperature. The areal intensity in the lower plastic phase was estimated to be less than a few percent relative to that at 298 K. The results were discussed in terms of different possibilities for the movement of the molecules.  相似文献

It was found that the packing of cations and anions influences the electronic structures of mixed-valence binuclear ferrocene derivatives. Temperature-dependence of the mixed-valence state of 11, 1111-diisobutylbiferrocenium triiodide was observed in a crystalline state, whereas only a trapped-valence state was found in a dispersed state. The packing effect was also observed for a series of 11, 1111-dialkyl- and 11, 1111-bis(methylbenzyl)biferrocenium triiodides by means of ESR spectroscopy.  相似文献

We have developed a practical and precise frequency measurement system at 1.5 μm telecommunication band. An electro-optic-modulator based optical frequency comb is phase-locked to a dither-free acetylene-stabilized laser to realize an optical frequency comb with frequency uncertainty of 10 kHz (5 × 10−11) and the linewidth of 15 kHz. The present frequency comb can be also used as an optical frequency reference grid defined by ITU-T (International Telecommunication Union, Telecommunication Standardization Sector). Using the present frequency measurement system, we have demonstrated the first optical frequency measurement of 12C16O overtone absorption lines around 1.56 μm with the uncertainty of lower than 900 kHz.  相似文献
