a-Plane GaN and AlGaN were grown on r-plane sapphire by low-pressure metal-organic vapor epitaxy (LP-MOVPE), and the effects of reactor pressure (from 40 to 500 Torr) and growth temperature (from 1020 to 1100 °C) on the crystalline quality and surface morphology of a-plane GaN were studied. The a-plane GaN grown under 40 Torr had a smooth-surface morphology but a poor crystalline quality; however, the a-plane GaN grown under 500 Torr had higher crystalline quality and optical properties, whose full-width at half-maximum of the X-ray rocking curve (XRC-FWHM) and intensity of yellow luminescence (YL) were smaller. Furthermore, the optical properties of a-plane GaN were investigated by photoluminescence (PL) in detail. We also studied the emission properties of a-plane Al0.35Ga0.65N grown at room temperature.  相似文献

Stereocontrolled syntheses of biotin-labeled oligosaccharide portions containing the carbohydrate moiety of glycoprotein from Echinococcus granulosus have been accomplished. Trisaccharide Galβ1-3Galβ1-3GalNAcα1-R (A), tetrasaccharide Galα1-4Galβ1-3Galβ1-3GalNAcα1-R (B), and pentasaccharide Galα1-4Galβ1-3Galβ1-3Galβ1-3GalNAcα1-R (C), (R = biotinylated probe) were synthesized by stepwise condensation and/or block synthesis by the use of 5-(methoxycarbonyl)pentyl 2-azido-4,6-O-benzylidene-2-deoxy-α-d-galactopyranoside as a common glycosyl acceptor. The synthesis of the tetrasaccharide and the pentasaccharide was improved from the viewpoint of reducing the number of synthetic steps and increasing the total yield by changing from stepwise condensation to block synthesis. Moreover, hexasaccharide E, which contains the oligosaccharide sequence which occurs in E. granulosus, was synthesized from trisaccharide D. We examined the antigenicity of these five oligosaccharides by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Although compounds of C–E did not exhibit antigenicity against cystic echinococcosis (CE) patient sera, compounds B, D, and E showed good serodiagnostic potential for alveolar echinococcosis (AE).  相似文献

An optical method for directly measuring the thickness of a thin transparent film has been proposed by means of multi-wave laser interference at many incident angles, and confirmed experimentally by means of equipment made on an experimental basis. Two methods are available: one can be used when an index of refraction of the film, a wavelength λ, and two successive angles of incidence at which the sinusoidal light intensity has minimum values, are known (Method I), and another can be used without an index of film refraction when three successive angles of incidence and a wavelength are known (Method II). The smallest measurable thickness is 1.43λ for Method I, and 2.5λ for Method II. The largest measurable thickness is about 100λ for both methods. The measurement error by means of numerical calculation is Δh/h−1.01×10−2, and that obtained experimentally with an angular resolution of incident light of 0.3° is Δh/h7×10−2 for Method I. The refractive index can also be measured by means of Method II.  相似文献

The chemistry of strained cyclic alkynes has undergone a renaissance over the past two decades. However, a related species, strained cyclic allenes, especially heterocyclic derivatives, have only recently resurfaced and represent another class of valuable intermediates. We report a mild and facile means to generate the parent 3,4‐oxacyclic allene from a readily accessible silyl triflate precursor, and then trap it in (4+2), (3+2), and (2+2) reactions to provide a variety of cycloadducts. In addition, we describe a catalytic, decarboxylative asymmetric allylic alkylation performed on an α‐silylated substrate, to ultimately permit access to an enantioenriched allene. Generation and trapping of the enantioenriched cyclic allene occurs with complete transfer of stereochemical information in a Diels–Alder cycloaddition through a point‐chirality, axial‐chirality, point‐chirality transfer process.  相似文献

Perhydropolysilazane (PHPS)—polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA)—spiropyran (SP) films were prepared by spin-coating using a solution of a mass ratio, PHPS:PMMA:SP:xylene = 0.8:0.2:0.25:3.6. The SP-doped PHPS-PMMA films were then exposed to the vapor from aqueous ammonia at room temperature, resulting in the formation of 1.7 μm thick, deep-red colored SP-doped PMMA-silica hybrid films. Due to the high concentration of SP, which could be achieved by the hydrophobic nature of PHPS and xylene, the photochromic color changes were visualized in spite of the small film thickness. The films had pencil hardness higher than 9H, and no SP leaching was observed even when the films were soaked in xylene for 24 h. Thus, thin films that exhibit visual photochromism with high mechanical and chemical durability could be prepared, which can never been achieved by conventional sol–gel methods.  相似文献

The synthesis of 3'-deoxycapsanthin (1) and 3,4-didehydroxy-3'-deoxycapsanthin (2), carotenoids of paprika, has been achieved by employing Lewis acid-promoted regio- and stereoselective rearrangement of the C(15)-epoxy dienal 5a. The absolute stereochemistry of the newly formed C-5 chiral center of rearrangement product 6a was determined to be (R) from its alternative synthesis derived from (+)-(R)-camphonanic acid (11).  相似文献

We present the high resolution absorption measurements of gaseous HONO at room temperature using continuous-wave cavity ring-down spectroscopy in the near-infrared region between 6017 and 6067 cm−1 at a resolution of 1 pm (0.037 cm−1). For the trans-HONO isomer an extensive analysis of the ν1+2ν3 combination band 6045.8089 cm-1 was performed starting from the results of a previous study for the 11 and 31 vibrational states [Guilmot J-M, Godefroid M, Herman M. Rovibrational parameters for trans-nitrous acid. J Mol Spectrosc 1993;160:387-400]. The present combination band is perturbed because of the existence of several dark states of HONO which could not be identified unambiguously. The rotational constants achieved for the 1132 state deviate slightly from the values which are predicted from the rotational constants achieved in the previous studies for the 11 and 31 vibrational states of trans-HONO.  相似文献

An aqueous dip-coating route without using volatile alcohols for preparing dense and porous silica thin films is presented. The films were prepared by dip-coating on Si(100) and silica glass substrates using aqueous suspension of 8–11 nm colloidal silica where no alcohols were added. The addition of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in the suspension greatly improved the wettability, allowing homogeneous films to be formed on the substrates while the substrates showed poor wettability without PVP. When the as-deposited films were fired at 500–1,000 °C, optically transparent porous films with smooth surface were obtained. The porous films had homogeneous distribution and packing of silica nanoparticles, refractive indices of 1.24–1.33, and pencil hardness lower than 6B. The porous films underwent significant densification by viscous sintering when fired at temperatures over 1,000 °C. The viscous sintering was accompanied by the progress of condensation reaction and by the structural relaxation of siloxane network, which was revealed in the infrared absorption spectra. The resulting dense films had optical transparency, smooth surface, pencil hardness over 9H and refractive indices close to that of silica glass.  相似文献

Single-step sol–gel deposition was attempted for realizing submicron thick, (001) oriented Pb(Zr0.53Ti0.47)O3 (PZT) thin films, using an alkoxide solution containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). A solution of molar composition, Pb(NO3)2:Zr(OC3H7 n)4:Ti(OC3H7 i)4:PVP:H2O:CH3COCH2COCH3:CH3OC2H4OH:C3H7 nOH = 1.1:0.53:0.47:0.5:5:0.5:22:0.98, was prepared as a coating solution. Gel films were prepared on Pt(111)/TiO2/SiO2/Si(100) substrates by spin-coating, and calcined at 350 °C and annealed at 650 °C either in an electric furnace or in a near-infrared (IR) furnace. When calcined in the near-IR furnace, the films became (001) oriented on annealing. When calcined in the electric furnace, on the other hand, the films became randomly oriented on annealing. These observations indicate that the heating the gel films from the substrate side in the calcination step at 350 °C induces crystallographic orientation in the annealing step at 650 °C. The effects of the heating methods on the thermal decomposition of the gel films, and the microstructure and dielectric properties of the fired films were studied. Finally 0.4 μm thick, (001) oriented PZT films could be successfully prepared by non-repetitive, single-step deposition. The oriented film thus obtained had the remnant polarization 2P r of 39 μC/cm2 and the dielectric constant ε′ of 960 ± 169.  相似文献
