A new approach has been developed to the synthesis of dialkyl(diaryl)(2-methyl-4-oxopent-2-yl)-phosphine oxides that are structural analogs of the drug dimephosphon. This approach is based on the reaction of 2-chloro-3,3,5-trimethyl-3H-1,2λ5-oxaphosphole 2-oxide with Grignard compounds, and it ensures high yields of the target products. The structure of bis(2-methoxyphenyl)(2-methyl-4-oxopent-2-yl)phosphine oxide was determined by X-ray analysis. (2-Methyl-4-oxopent-2-yl)dipropylphosphine oxide with magnesium bromide formed a 4: 1 complex whose structure was also determined by X-ray analysis. 相似文献
A new water-soluble complex based on sodium pectinate with iron and calcium (P-NaFeCa) was synthesized. The regularities of the complexation of sodium pectinate (with a 35% content of COONa groups) with biogenic metals Ca and Fe were studied. The content of macro- and microelements was determined by atomic emission spectrometry; the product was identified by IR spectroscopy. Using atomic force microscopy, it was found that the average particle size of P-NaFeCa is ~170 nm. The efficiency of P-NaFeCa (per os) was studied for the first time in animals with hemolytic anemia modeled by administration of phenylhydrazine. It was experimentally shown that in vivo P-NaCaFe at a dose of 60 mg kg–1 containing 50% of the recommended therapeutic dose of iron helps to recover the number of erythrocytes and mean concentration hemoglobin in erythrocyte, which indicates the efficiency of P-NaCaFe as an agent restoring the blood parameters after exposure to hemolytic poisons.

This paper is devoted to the study of acoustic flow in the Helmholtz resonator throat. The presented results of a complex investigation on the basis of data of a physical experiment and a mathematical modeling, their comparative analysis, and comparison with theoretical estimations provide a rather complete image of the acoustic flow formation and, in particular, enable one to obtain qualitative and quantitative dependences of the averaged velocity component in the resonator throat at different powers of an exciting sound wave. 相似文献
