The pressure dependences of the peaks observed in the micro‐Raman spectra of Prussian blue (Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3), potassium ferricyanide (K3[Fe(CN)6]), and sodium nitroprusside (Na2[Fe(CN)5(NO)]·2H2O) have been measured up to 5.0 GPa. The vibrational modes of Prussian blue appearing at 201 and 365 cm−1 show negative dν/dP values and Grüneisen parameters and are assigned to the transverse bending modes of the Fe C N Fe linkage which can contribute to a negative thermal expansion behavior. A phase transition occurring between 2.0 and 2.8 GPa in potassium ferricyanide is shown by changes in the spectral region 150–700 cm−1. In the spectra of the nitroprusside ion, there are strong interactions between the FeN stretching mode and the FeNO bending and the axial CN stretching modes. The pressure dependence of the NO stretching vibration is positive, 5.6 cm−1 GPa−1, in contrast to the negative behavior in the iron(II)‐meso‐tetraphenyl porphyrinate complex. Analytical interest of OA determination in human serum has increased owing to the increasing interest in pharmaceutical research by pharmaceutical properties. A simple, specific, precise and accurate GC method with flame ionization detector (FID) developed and validated for the determination of oleanolic acid (OA) in human serum (HS). To an aliquot of HS, internal standard was added and a combination of liquid–liquid extraction with a mixture of diethyl ether‐isopropyl alcohol, filtration and consecutive GC resulted in separation and quantification of OA. The organic phase was analyzed using a GC system equipped with a 30 × 0.25 mm i.d. Rtx‐65TG capillary column and FID detection. Total chromatographic time was 10 min and no interfering peaks from endogenous components in blank serum were observed. The OA/internal standard peak area ratio was linearly fitted to the OA concentration (r = 0.992) over the range 10–1500 ng/mL. The mean serum extraction recovery of OA was 96.7 ± 1.0% and the lower limit of quantification based on 5 mL of serum was 10.7 ng/mL. The intra‐day coefficient of variation ranged from 1.3 to 3.6% and inter‐day varied from 1.4 to 4.5%. The developed method was used to study the pharmacokinetics of OA after oral administration in humans. Hantzsch condensation of two equivalents of methyl-3-aminocrotonate with (m- and p)-methoxybenzaldehyde afforded the expected products 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-dimethoxycarbonyl-4-(m-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine and 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-dimethoxycarbonyl-4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine, whereas o-methoxy-benzaldehyde produced mainly 1-amino-2-methoxycarbonyl-3,5-bis(o-methoxy-phenyl)-4-oxa-cyclohexan-1-ene. The structure of the product, not previously reported in the literature, was determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectra and its MS fragmentation. This is the first example of cyclisation leading to a substituted pyran rather than 1,4-DHP under typical Hantzsch reaction conditions. A plausible mechanism for its formation is postulated.  相似文献

The novel 1,2,3-triazolyl-appended N- and O-heterocycles containing amidine 4–11 and amidoxime 12–22 moiety were prepared and evaluated for their antiproliferative activities in vitro. Among the series of amidine-substituted heterocycles, aromatic diamidine 5 and coumarine amidine 11 had the most potent growth-inhibitory effect on cervical carcinoma (HeLa), hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2) and colorectal adenocarcinoma (SW620), with IC50 values in the nM range. Although compound 5 was toxic to non-tumor HFF cells, compound 11 showed certain selectivity. From the amidoxime series, quinoline amidoximes 18 and 20 showed antiproliferative effects on lung adenocarcinoma (A549), HeLa and SW620 cells emphasizing compound 20 that exhibited no cytostatic effect on normal HFF fibroblasts. Results of CD titrations and thermal melting experiments indicated that compounds 5 and 10 most likely bind inside the minor groove of AT-DNA and intercalate into AU-RNA. Compounds 6, 9 and 11 bind to AT-DNA with mixed binding mode, most probably minor groove binding accompanied with aggregate binding along the DNA backbone.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study a boundary value problem of Robin-transmission type for the nonlinear Darcy–Forchheimer–Brinkman and Navier–Stokes systems in two adjacent bounded Lipschitz domains in \({{\mathbb{R}}^{n} (n\in \{2,3\})}\), with linear transmission conditions on the internal Lipschitz interface and a linear Robin condition on the remaining part of the Lipschitz boundary. We also consider a Robin-transmission problem for the same nonlinear systems subject to nonlinear transmission conditions on the internal Lipschitz interface and a nonlinear Robin condition on the remaining part of the boundary. For each of these problems we exploit layer potential theoretic methods combined with fixed point theorems in order to show existence results in Sobolev spaces, when the given data are suitably small in \({L^2}\)-based Sobolev spaces or in some Besov spaces. For the first mentioned problem, which corresponds to linear Robin and transmission conditions, we also show a uniqueness result. Note that the Brinkman–Forchheimer-extended Darcy equation is a nonlinear equation that describes saturated porous media fluid flows.  相似文献

An exceptionally easy to assemble source for ambient mass spectrometry is described. Based on Venturi easy ambient sonic-spray ionization (V-EASI), the source was further simplified by the use of a can of compressed air which simultaneously provides solution or solvent Venturi self-pumping and continuous, stable and abundant low-noise ion signal via voltage-free sonic-spraying. Further simplification was also attained by the use of inexpensive and readily commercially available parts: a surgical 2-way catheter, an aerosol can of compressed air, a 30 cm long fused-silica capillary and a hypodermic needle. This "Spartan" V-EASI source seems to offer one of the easiest and cheapest ways to make ions for ambient desorption/ionization mass spectrometry analysis of both liquid and solid samples.  相似文献

The vibrational spectra of the ternary metal hydride (deuteride) salts, A(2)MH(5) and A(2)MD(5), where A = calcium, strontium and europium and M = iridium(I) and rhodium(I), have been assigned using Raman, Fourier transform infrared, photoacoustic infrared, and inelastic neutron scattering spectroscopies and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The wavenumbers of the infrared-active stretching vibrations depend upon the ionization energies of the central metal atom and the cation. The phase transition in calcium pentahydridoiridate(I) was studied as a function of temperature and pressure.  相似文献

The present study deals with preparation and characterization of spinel mixed oxide systems NiM 2 III O4, where MIII?=?FeIII, CrIII. In order to obtain 50% NiFe2O4/50% SiO2 and 50% NiCr2O4/50% SiO2 nanocomposite, we have used a versatile route based on the thermal decomposition inside the SiO2 matrix, of some particular precursors, coordination compounds of the involved MII and MIII cations with dicarboxylate ligands. The ligands form in the redox reaction between metal nitrates mixture and 1,3-propanediol at the heating around 140?°C of the gels (tetraethylorthosilicate?Cmetal nitrates?C1,3-propanediol?Cwater). The as-obtained precursors, embedded in silica gels, have been characterized by FT-IR spectrometry and thermal analysis. Both precursors thermally decompose up to 350?°C leading to the formation of the corresponding metal oxides inside the silica matrix. X-ray diffraction of the annealed powders have evidenced the formation of NiFe2O4 starting with 600?°C, and NiCr2O4 starting with 400?°C. This behavior can be explained by the fact that, by thermal decomposition of the Fe(III) carboxylate at 300?°C, the spinelic phase ??-Fe2O3 is formed, which interacts with the NiO, forming the ferrite nuclei. By thermal decomposition of chromium carboxylate, a nonstoichiometric chromium oxide (Cr2O3+x ) is formed. In the range 380?C400?°C, Cr2O3+x turns into Cr2O3 which immediately interacts with NiO leading to the formation of nickel chromites nuclei inside the pores of silica matrix. Both spinels have been obtained as nanocrystalites homogenously dispersed as resulted from XRD and TEM data.  相似文献
