In this third work, we evaluated the degree of conversion (DC) versus depth of dental filling composite named Prodigy Condensable™ using infrared spectroscopy. Confirming previous results, there was a gradual reduction of DC with increasing depth but the composite exhibited extreme values of DC, an upper value (45.9%) on the surface and a lower one (6.1%) at a depth of 5 mm. The composite presented the worst performance among materials studied. The composite formulation was 80% of inorganic fillers and BisfenolA/dimethacrylate (BisGMA) (18%)/triethyleneglycoldimethacrylate (TEGDMA) (2.0%) as monomers. As stated before, type/ratio/viscosity of monomers and type, amount, size and size distribution of fillers all together had an important role in the cure reaction contributing to the final performance of the composite.  相似文献

Time-resolved measurements using nanosecond laser flash photolysis have revealed significant enantiodifferentiation in the interaction between ketoprofen (a chiral benzophenone derivative) and two relevant nucleosides, namely, thymidine and 2'-deoxyguanosine. In both cases, the highest quenching rate constants have been observed for (R)-ketoprofen, the enantiomer with lower pharmacological activity. Photoproduct studies performed in the case of thymidine suggest that the enantiodifferentiating process corresponds to a Paterno-Büchi reaction, leading to the formation of oxetanes. With 2'-deoxyguanosine, the quenching is associated with an electron-transfer process monitored through the generation of a ketyl radical.  相似文献

Photocyclization of 2-chloroacetyl-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-1, 5-methanoazocino[4,3-b]indole (5) takes place at the indole 4-position to give a 1 ,2 ,3 ,4 , 5 ,6-hexahydro-2 ,11-ethano-1 ,5-methanoazocino [4 , 3-6] indole system. Consequently, the method appears to be unsuitable for constructing the pyrrolidine ring of pentacyclic Strychnos indole alkaloids.  相似文献

A remarkable stereodifferentiation has been observed in the interaction between the excited triplet state of carprofen (CP) and human serum albumin (HSA). Time-resolved measurements using laser flash photolysis reveal the presence of two components with different lifetimes in triplet decay. This is explained by complexation of CP to the two possible HSA binding sites. The shorter-lived components are ascribed to the CP/HSA complexes in site I, where stereodifferentiation is more important (tauR/tauS ca. 4). This is correlated with formation of a dehalogenated photoproduct upon steady-state photolysis.  相似文献

Silica-titania gels, prepared in acidic conditions, with contents of TiO2 up to 6 mol%, have been studied by small angle neutron scattering (SANS) as wet gel with increasing aging times. In all samples, small primary particles have been found with a diameter of about 3 nm. At the gel point, cylindrical clusters, ca. 10 nm long, were observed as well. These grow with aging time, becoming branched. The cluster-cluster diffusion limited aggregation model is found to be consistent with the SANS results. The growth process is independent of the TiO2 content. It is mainly influenced by the ratio of the aging time to the gelation time.  相似文献

We have investigated the transitions between disordered phases in supercooled liquid silicon using computer simulations. The thermodynamic properties were directly obtained from the free energy, which was computed using the recently proposed reversible scaling method. The calculated free energies of the crystalline and liquid phases of silicon at zero pressure, obtained using the environment dependent interatomic potential, are in excellent agreement with the available experimental data. The results show that, at zero pressure, a weak first-order liquid-liquid transition occurs at 1135 K and a continuous liquid-amorphous transition takes place at 843 K. These results are consistent with the existence of a second critical point for the liquid-liquid transition at a negative pressure.  相似文献
