Relaxation dynamics of stretched polymer chains traced by shear induced Shish‐Kebab structure

We have developed a morphologic method to investigate the relaxation processing of the stretched polymer chains in melts, in which an atomic force microscope probe was used to shear the surface of an isotactic polypropylene melt to obtain the isolated shish‐kebab structure. We present the results of the time dependence of length of the isolated shish‐kebab structure and the stress dependence of the kebab density along the direction of shish in this paper. Our results demonstrate that the shear‐oriented polymer melts show the relaxation dynamics of worm‐like chain where the length deficit of the isolated shish‐kebab structure is scaled with the relaxation time as a power of 1/3. A 4-Methylumbelliferone-based Fluorescent Probe for Sodium New Houttuyfonate

A new fluorogenic probe for sodium new houttuyfonate (SNH) was proposed. 4‐Methylumbelliferyl‐2,4‐dinitrobenzenesulfonate (4‐MUDNBS) was a nonfluorescent compound and was synthesized via the one‐step reaction of 4‐methylumbelliferone (4‐MU) with 2,4‐dinitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride. In basic media, SNH was decomposed to produce sodium sulfite, which then reacted with 4‐MUDNBS to yield highly fluorescent 4‐MU, hence leading to the fluorescence increase of the reaction solution. A linear correlation existed between the emission intensity and the concentration of SNH within the range from 0.5 to 15 μg·mL⁻¹ with a detection limit of 0.15 μg· mL⁻¹ (3δ). The effect of substituents on the benzenesulfonyl moiety of the probe is discussed, and the presence of electronegative groups is favorable for the proposed cleavage reaction.     

沼泽绿牛蛙皮肤抗菌肽的分离纯化与活性检测

以沼泽绿牛蛙皮肤分泌液为样品,采用C18反相柱液相色谱,使用线性梯度洗脱方法,参照获得的RP-HPLC图谱,对图谱结果分析,按每峰一管收集洗脱液,得到分离纯化的活性多肽.用纸片法测定每管的抗菌活性,对抗菌活性最强的洗脱液进行氨基酸序列测定,查询数据库并进行序列比对,发现与牛蛙抗菌肽RANATUERIN2 、RANATUERIN3有序列相似性,推断其可能是沼泽绿牛蛙皮肤分泌液中的抗菌肽.     

Piezoelectric and bonding properties of a cement-based composite for dental application

A cement-based piezoelectric composite was introduced as real-time health monitoring systems to dentin. Lithium sodium potassium niobate and zinc polycarboxylate cement were mixed and made piezoelectric under different poling conditions. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope confirmed the component and microstructure of the cement. The bonding force of the composites was compared to that of pure cement by analysis of variance. The optimum poling method was determined and the influencing factors of piezoelectric coefficient were discussed.     

New conversion of Friendl(a)nder reaction of 3-amino-lH-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitriles with cyclohexanone

Two different skeletons of heterocyclic compounds, quinoline and quinazolinone analogs could be obtained by a novel one-potsynthesis from substituted 3-amino-lH-benzo[f]chromene-2-carbonitrile derivatives and cyclohexanone in DMF in the catalyst ofanhydrous zinc chloride under reflux. A plausible mechanism was proposed.     

遥感技术在孝丰-三门湾活动断裂调查中的应用——以杭州地区为例

遥感技术可以在宏观上对活动断裂及其构造特征进行全面的解译和识别．在区域遥感影像图制作和地质解译的基础上，采用增强和融合等图像处理方法，提高了遥感影像清晰度和解译精度，同时结合野外调查、测量以及断裂活动年代样品的采集和测定，对孝丰-三门湾断裂进行了详细的研究，查明了它的空间展布，并鉴定了活动时代和运动性质．研究结果表明，孝丰-三门湾断裂在杭州地区以挤压逆冲运动为主，兼有左旋走滑运动，并在各个地段和各个时期表现形式截然不同，影响了杭州南部地区地层沉积和构造演化．该断裂对杭州地区历史地震和现代地震具备一定的控制作用，可能在晚更新世以来有过活动．     

Synthesis and antitumor activity of 9-methyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin

A novel camptothecin analogue, 9-methyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin （4）, was unexpectedly synthesized from 10-hydroxycamptothecin in two steps. The key step included an efficient Mannich-type reaction. The overall yield was 47.2%. An ether analogue of 4, 9-methyl-10-benzylaminomethoxycamptothecin （5）, was also prepared. These new camptothecin analogues were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxicity against four human cancer cell lines, and exhibited more potent antitumor activities than contrals camptothecin and topotecan against several cancer cells.
