A simple sensor system for high spatial resolution distributed strain field measurement is proposed and demonstrated experimentally. The fiber loop ringdown technique combined with a linear chirped fiber Bragg grating is used to realize the high spatial resolution. A proof-of-concept distributed strain sensor with 2?mm spatial resolution is realized. The sensor network is also explored and researched experimentally. Undersampling k-space is an effective way to decrease acquisition time for MRI. However, aliasing artifacts introduced by undersampling may blur the edges of magnetic resonance images, which often contain important information for clinical diagnosis. Moreover, k-space data is often contaminated by the noise signals of unknown intensity. To better preserve the edge features while suppressing the aliasing artifacts and noises, we present a new wavelet-based algorithm for undersampled MRI reconstruction. The algorithm solves the image reconstruction as a standard optimization problem including a ?2 data fidelity term and ?1 sparsity regularization term. Rather than manually setting the regularization parameter for the ?1 term, which is directly related to the threshold, an automatic estimated threshold adaptive to noise intensity is introduced in our proposed algorithm. In addition, a prior matrix based on edge correlation in wavelet domain is incorporated into the regularization term. Compared with nonlinear conjugate gradient descent algorithm, iterative shrinkage/thresholding algorithm, fast iterative soft-thresholding algorithm and the iterative thresholding algorithm using exponentially decreasing threshold, the proposed algorithm yields reconstructions with better edge recovery and noise suppression. 相似文献

During precancer development in epithelium, neoplastic cells remodel the underlying stroma, for example, the basement membrane, capillaries, fibroblasts, and extracellular matrix. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the nonlinear optical signals from the collagen matrix in stroma and the progression of early epithelial carcinogenesis. Two-photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) and second harmonic generation (SHG) signals were measured from the stroma of hamster oral cheek pouch in vivo. We found that three features, including the intensity ratio of TPEF over SHG, the spatial frequency distribution, and the texture feature of SHG images, provide the quantitative identification of epithelial precancer at different pathologic stages. We demonstrated that the combination of all three features by using a support vector machine algorithm can significantly improve the accuracy in the detection of epithelial precancer. 相似文献

and an f-theta lens. In this interferometer system, the cross-polarized laser beams operating at 2 μm with the frequency difference
of 100 kHz are introduced by means of the two acousto-optic modulators (AOM). The sample with diameter of 300 mm is uniformly
scanned by the 1 mm laser beam with the help of the combined optical scanning configuration, a MEMS mirror and an f-theta

Using the vertical evaporation technique we fabricated saturable absorbers by transferring the double-wall carbon nanotubes
(DWCNT) onto a hydrophilic quartz substrate. The fast recovery time and the saturation intensity of the absorber were measured
to be 228 fs and 130 μJ/cm2, respectively, at 1060 nm. The modulation depth of the absorber was about 3.7%. Passive mode-locked Nd:GdVO4 laser was demonstrated. The continuous wave mode-locked pulses pulse duration is 5.6 ps and the largest average output power
is 1.2 W at the pump power of 9.5 W. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of high power continuous

本文分别建立了含有本征SiGe层的SiGe HBT(异质结双极晶体管)集电结耗尽层各区域的电势、电场分布模型,并在此基础上,建立了集电结耗尽层宽度和延迟时间模型,对该模型进行了模拟仿真,定量地分析了SiGe HBT物理、电学参数对集电结耗尽层宽度和延迟时间的影响,随着基区掺杂浓度和集电结反偏电压的提高,集电结耗尽层延迟时间也随之增大,而随着集电区掺杂浓度的提高和基区Ge组分增加,集电结耗尽层延迟时间随之减小.

结合应变硅金属氧化物半导体场效应管(MOSFET)结构,通过求解二维泊松方程,得到了应变Si沟道的电势分布,并据此建立了短沟道应变硅NMOSFET的阈值电压模型.依据计算结果,详细分析了弛豫Si1-βGeβ中锗组分β、沟道长度、漏电压、衬底掺杂浓度以及沟道掺杂浓度对阈值电压的影响,从而得到漏致势垒降低效应对小尺寸应变硅器件阈值电压的影响,对应变硅器件以及电路的设计具有重要的参考价值.

A planar left-handed metamaterial(LHM) composed of electric resonator pairs is presented in this paper.Theoretical analysis,an equivalent circuit model and simulated results of a wedge sample show that this material exhibits a negative refraction pass-band around 9.6GHz under normal-incidence and is insensitive to a change in incidence angle.Furthermore,as the angle between the arm of the electric resonators and the strip connecting the arms increases,the frequency range of the pass-band shifts downwards.Consequently,this LHM guarantees a relatively stable torlerence of errors when it is practically fabricated.Moreover,it is a candidate for designing multi-band LHM through combining the resonator pairs with different angles. 相似文献
