The functionalized multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (f‐MWCNTs) were obtained by Friedel–Crafts acylation, which introduced aromatic amine groups onto the sidewall. And the grafted yield was adjusted by controlling the concentration of the catalyst. The composite solutions containing f‐MWCNTs and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were then prepared by in‐situ or ex‐situ solution polymerization. The resulting solutions were electrospun into composite nanofibers. In the in‐situ polymerization, morphological observation revealed that f‐MWCNTs was uniformly dispersed along the axes of the nanofibers and increased interfacial adhesion between f‐MWCNTs and PAN. Furthermore, two kinds of f‐MWCNTs/PAN composite nanofibers had a higher degree of crystallization and a larger crystal size than PAN nanofibers had, so the specific tensile strengths and modulus of the composite nanofibers were enhanced. And the thermal stability of f‐MWCNTs/PAN from in‐situ method was higher than that of ex‐situ system. When the f‐MWCNTs content was less than 1 wt%, the specific tensile strengths and modulus of nanofibers were enhanced with increase in the amounts of f‐MWCNTs, and f‐MWCNTs/PAN of in‐situ system provided better mechanical properties than that of ex‐situ system. 采用基本断裂功(EWF)方法对聚丙烯(PP)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)共混物的注射双边缺口拉伸试样的断裂行为进行了研究,比较了不同POE含量对共混物各断裂参数的影响.结果表明,PP和用量为5phr POE的共混物都可完全满足EWF方法的要求,共混物的断裂韧性-比基本断裂功we,较PP有显著提高;POE用量为10phr以上的共混物则出现明显的成颈现象而限制了EWF方法的应用;PP和各种POE用量的共混物都得到了其屈服所需要的比基本断裂功we,y和比塑性功β′wp,y. 相似文献

制备了高度水合状态的纤维素凝胶, 研究了水在凝胶中的存在状态及其对纤维素结晶的影响. 结果表明, 水在纤维素水凝胶中存在非冻结水、 可冻结水和自由水3种状态. 非冻结水饱和含量为一般纤维素吸附水中不可冻结水的5倍以上, 高达1.6 g/g. 纤维素在水合状态下结晶受到抑制, 随着水含量的减小, 结晶会趋于完善. 在环境温度下, 当纤维素中只存在非冻结水时, 其与纤维素分子链间氢键作用力不稳定, 对纤维素结晶抑制作用较弱, 纤维素结晶比较完善, 导致纤维素断裂时表现为脆性断裂. 水介质的引入有望为纤维素的利用开发提供一种新的思路. 相似文献

究. 采用混合RANS/LES方法对非定常流场进行数值模拟,考虑了凹腔的长深比和后缘角度两
个关键参数. 计算得到了凹腔剪切层拟序结构的演化过程. 对凹腔压力振荡历程进行幅频分
析,所得到的频率和理论分析结果及一些计算结果十分吻合. 结果表明,凹腔的长深比和后
缘倾角对凹腔质量交换过程都有较大的影响. 凹腔驻留时间随着长深比的增加而增加. 随着
后缘倾角减小,长深比较小的凹腔的驻留时间增加,长深比较大的凹腔则完全相反. 该计算

Characteristics of supersonic mixing and combustion with hydrogen injection upstream of a cavity flameholder are investigated numerically using hybrid RANS/LES (Reynolds-Averaged Navier–Stokes/Large-Eddy Simulation) method. Two types of inflow boundary layer are considered. One is a laminar-like boundary layer with inflow thickness of $\delta_{\inf } = 0.0$ and the other is a turbulent boundary layer with inflow thickness of $\delta_{\inf } = 2.5\,{\text{mm}}$ . The hybrid RANS/LES method acts as a DES (Detached Eddy Simulation) model for the laminar-like inflow condition and a wall-modeled LES for the turbulent inflow condition where the recycling/rescaling method is adopted. Although the turbulent inflow seems to have just minor influences on the supersonic cavity flow without fuel injection, its effects on the mixing and combustion processes are great. It is found that the unsteady turbulent structures in upstream incoming boundary layer interact with the injection jet, resulting in fluctuations of the upstream recirculation region and bow shock, and induce quick dispersion of the hydrogen fuel jet, which enhances the mixing as well as subsequent combustion. 相似文献

The effects of draw temperature on the deformation-induced morphology evolution of isotactic polypropylene in terms of crystal
orientation, degree of crystallinity, crystal size in the direction normal to chain axis, long spacing, and the deformation
behavior at the crystal lattice and lamellae scale were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry, two-dimensional
wide-angle X-ray diffraction, and small-angle X-ray scattering, respectively. The results revealed that the thermal behaviors
are associated with the deformation-induced morphology evolution, and the morphology evolution is strongly temperature dependent.
At low strain, crystal fragmentation takes place at all the draw temperature range studied; at high strain, after crystal
fragmentation the draw temperature shows different effects on the morphology evolution: at low temperature (25 °C), fragmentation
of the crystal blocks continues; at medium temperatures (80 and 110 °C), the broken crystal blocks remain stable and the unfolded
chains and disentangled chains in amorphous region crystallize into crystal blocks with crystal size almost identical to that
of the original broken ones; at high temperatures (130 and 140 °C), not only the unfolded chains and disentangled chains in
amorphous region crystallize into crystal blocks, but also these small broken crystal blocks melt and recrystallize and the
new crystal blocks formed possess larger crystal size than those of the original broken ones. 相似文献

We propose a broadband infrared absorber by engineering the frequency dispersion of metamaterial surface (metasurface) to mimic an ideal absorbing sheet. With a thin layer of structured nichrome, a polarization-independent absorber with absorption larger than 97% is numerically demonstrated over a larger than one octave bandwidth. It is shown that the bandwidth enhancement is related with the transformation of the Drude model of free electron gas in metal film to the Lorentz oscillator model of a bound electron in the structured metallic surface. We believe that the concept of dispersion engineering may provide helpful guidance for the design of a broadband absorber. 相似文献
