在日食期间,月影以超声速移过地球大气而使局部大气冷却。Chimonas和Hines认为大气冷却的结果产生激波,诱发大气重力波。这时在电离层中可检测到TID而在地面上可检测到大气压力变化。虽然在电离层中这种重力波信号很弱,但仍可检测到。地面压力变化发生在日食附近地区,甚至离主食带相当远的地方也可以测到。本文报告了在中国首次直接观测日环食引起地面压力波的检测结果。1987年9月23日日环食期间,位于环食带的乌鲁木齐,太原,徐州,苏州及位于偏食带的北京和贵阳共六个次声观测站用电容式微气压计在我国首次探测到日环食产生的声重力波,其周期为10—60min,振幅为7—20Pa(峰-峰值)。动态谱分析的结果表明,各地的重力波周期都有连续的谱分布,其主周期为40min。此外,各地记录到出现时间不同而周期更长的波,对这些结果本文作了初步计论。 相似文献

Aiming at seeking an effective anti-hepatocarcinoma drug with low toxicity, a total of 24 amino acid derivatives (20 new along with 4 known derivatives) of two active ocotillol-type sapogenins (pyxinol and ocotillol) were synthesized. Both in vitro and in vivo anti-hepatocarcinoma effects of derivatives were evaluated. At first, the HepG2 human cancer cell was employed to evaluate the anti-cancer activity. Most of the derivatives showed obvious enhanced activity compared with pyxinol or ocotillol. Among them, compound 2e displayed the most excellent activity with an IC50 value of 11.26 ± 0.43 µM. Next, H22 hepatoma-bearing mice were used to further evaluate the anti-liver cancer activity of compound 2e. It was revealed that the growth of H22 transplanted tumor was significantly inhibited when treated with compound 2e or compound 2e combined with cyclophosphamide (CTX) (p < 0.05, p < 0.01), and the inhibition rates of tumor growth were 35.32% and 55.30%, respectively. More importantly, compound 2e caused limited damage to liver and kidney in contrast with CTX causing significant toxicity. Finally, the latent mechanism of compound 2e was explored by serum and liver metabolomics based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS) technology. A total of 21 potential metabolites involved in 8 pathways were identified. These results suggest that compound 2e is a promising agent for anti-hepato-carcinoma, and that it also could be used in combination with CTX to increase efficiency and to reduce toxicity. 相似文献

Herein, a new congruently melting mixed-anion compound Cs4B4O3F10 has been characterized as the first fluorooxoborate with [BF4] involving heteroanionic units. Compound Cs4B4O3F10 possesses two highly fluorinated anionic clusters and therefore its formula can be expressed as Cs3(B3O3F6) ⋅ Cs(BF4). The influence of [BF4] units on micro-symmetry and structural evolution was discussed based on the parent compound. More importantly, Cs4B4O3F10 shows the lowest melting point among all the available borates and thus sets a new record for such system. Dynamic emissive materials in aqueous media have received much attention owing to their ease of preparation, tunable luminescence and environmental friendliness. However, hydrophobic fluorophores usually suffer from aggregation-caused quenching in water. In this work, we constructed an artificial light-harvesting system by using a non-covalent aggregation-induced emission dimer as antenna and energy donor. The dimer is quadruple hydrogen bonded from a ureidopyrimidinone derivative (M) containing a tetraphenylethylene group. The dispersed nano-assemblies based on the dimer in aqueous media were fabricated with the help of surfactant. By loading a hydrophobic acceptor molecule DBT into the nano-assemblies, man-made light-harvesting nanoparticles were fabricated, showing considerable energy transfer efficiency and a relatively high antenna effect. Additionally, the fluorescence color of the system can be gradually tuned by varying the content of the acceptors. This study provides a general way for the construction of an aqueous light-harvesting system based on a supramolecular dimer, which is important for potential application in luminescent materials. 相似文献
