In this work, pressurized hot water extraction (PHWE) of hydrophilic polyphenols from black rosehip fruit was maximized using response surface methodology for simultaneous optimization in terms of extraction yield, total antioxidant capacity, total (poly)phenols, catechin, total monomeric anthocyanins, and cyanidin-3-O-glucoside. Extraction parameters, including temperature (X1: 40–80 °C) and the solvent-to-solid ratio (X2: 10–40 mL/g), were investigated as independent variables. Experimentally obtained values were fitted to a second-order polynomial model, and optimal conditions were determined using multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance. The black rosehip extract (BRE) obtained at optimized PHWE conditions was further encapsulated in biopolymer-coated liposomes and spray dried to enhance its processing and digestive stability. After reconstitution, the fabricated particles had an average size of 247–380 nm and a zeta-potential of 15–45 mV. Moreover, encapsulation provided remarkable protection of the phenolics under in vitro gastrointestinal digestion conditions, resulting in up to a 5.6-fold more phenolics in the bioaccessible fraction, which also had 2.9–8.6-fold higher antioxidant activity compared to the nonencapsulated BRE. In conclusion, PHWE in combination with a biopolymer coating is a potent method for the production of stable and safe edible natural extracts for the delivery of (poly)phenolic compounds in food and dietary supplements.  相似文献

We study the spectral properties of a two-dimensional magnetic Schrödinger operator The magnetic field is given by where B > 0 is a constant, and the points are uniformly separated. We give an upper bound for the number of eigenvalues of HN between two Landau levels or below the lowest Landau level, when N is finite. We prove the spectral localization of HN near the spectrum of the single solenoid operator, when are far from each other, all the values are the same, and the boundary conditions at zj are uniform. Zinc(II) phthalocyanine dyes that contain triarylamine‐terminated bisthiophene and hexylbisthiophene groups have been synthesized by a convergent approach by using carboxytriiodo–ZnPc as a precursor. Further transformation of the iodo groups by a Pd‐catalyzed reaction allowed easy preparation of further extended π‐conjugated carboxy–ZnPcs. These dyes have been used as sensitizers in dye‐sensitized solar cells, which exhibit a panchromatic response and moderate overall efficiencies.  相似文献

We consider the magnetic Schrödinger operators on the Poincaré upper half plane with constant Gaussian curvature ?1. We assume the magnetic field is given by the sum of a constant field and the Dirac δ measures placed on some lattice. We give a sufficient condition for each Landau level to be an infinitely degenerated eigenvalue. We also prove the lowest Landau level is not an eigenvalue if the above condition fails. In particular, the infinite degeneracy of the lowest Landau level is equivalent to the infiniteness of the zero-modes of the two-dimensional Pauli operator.  相似文献

The chemical compositions of the water-distilled essential oil of Stachys cretica ssp. lesbiaca Rech. fil. and S. cretica ssp. trapezuntica Rech. fil. were determined by GC and GC-MS. Altogether 63 compounds were identified. The sesquiterpene hydrocarbon, germacrene D (20.3% and 12.9% respectively) was the main component identified in both oils. Furthermore, ethanol, light petroleum, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts prepared from the aerial parts of the plants were tested for their antimicrobial activities against six bacterial strains and the yeast Candida albicans. The extracts exhibited no antibacterial activity, but the light petroleum and n-butanolic fractions showed low antifungal activities. Crude ethanolic extracts of the two subspecies were tested for their ability to inhibit the growth of HL-60 and Ishikawa human tumor cell lines. The IC50 values were 100 microg/mL for the HL-60 cell line and 200 microg/mL for the Ishikawa cell line.  相似文献

Azocalix[4]arenes were prepared by linking 4-ethylaniline, 4-n-butylaniline, 4-acetamide aniline and 2-aminothiazol to calix[4]arene through a diazo-coupling reaction. A new family of azocalix[4]arenes, L1–L12, have been prepared by the incorporation of acetyl, benzoyl, and methyl ketone units to azocalix[4]arene. Characterization of the synthesized compounds was carried using elemental analyses, UV–Vis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

A previously proposed method for preparing monodispersed titania particles was extended to preparation of titania-coated silica spherical particles. The core silica particles with an average size of 264 nm were prepared with Stöber method. The titania-coating was performed in ethanol/acetonitrile solvent in the presence of silica particles by a sol-gel method with the use of titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) and methylamine (MA) catalyst. Average size of the silica-titania particles decreased from 457 to 292 nm with an increase in concentration of silica particles. Coefficient of variation for the particle size was less than 5%. Colloidal crystals could be fabricated with a dip-coating technique and a sedimentation process, respectively. Measurements of reflectance revealed peaks based on the Bragg diffraction. Those peaks red-shifted with an increase in titania shell thickness because of a high refractive index of titania. Annealing at high temperature transformed crystal structure of titania shell from amorphous to anatase (500°C) and rutile (1000°C), which led to red-shift of reflection peak because of an increase in refractive index of titania due to the crystallization.  相似文献

A preparation method for multilayered gold-silica-polystyrene core-shell composite particles is proposed. The gold-silica core-shell particles of 192-nm-sized, synthesized by coating the 18-nm-sized gold particles with silica by a seeded growth technique, were used as cores for succeeding polystyrene coating. After surface modification of gold-silica composite particles by methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS), polymerizations of styrene (0.16-0.4 M) were conducted with 8 x 10(-3) M of potassium persulfate initiator in the presence of 1 x 10(-3) M of sodium p-styrenesulfonate anionic monomer. Multilayered core-shell gold-silica-polystyrene particles that contained a single core could be obtained. The coefficient of variation of size distribution (CV) of the composite particles was less than 7%, and polystyrene shell thickness was in a range of 193 to 281 nm.  相似文献
