Towards the synthesis of sterically hindered optically active secondary alcohol 2, yeast strains (Candida floricola IAM 13115 and Trichosporon cutaneum IAM 12206) with si-face hydride attack on isopropyl phenylsulfonylmethyl ketone 1 were developed by screening. Strains with complementary re-facial selectivity (Pichia angusta IAM 12895 and Pichia minuta IAM 12215) were also found. Based on the substrate specificity studies of these four strains, microbial reduction was applied to the synthesis of (3S,5S)-2,6-dimethyl-3,5-heptanediol 12a.  相似文献

The mechanism and dynamical properties for the reaction of NCS and OH radicals have been investigated theoretically. The minimum energy paths (MEP) of the reaction were calculated using the density functional theory(DFT) at the B3LYP/6-311 G^** level, and the energies along the MEP were further refined at the QCISD(T)/6-311 G^** level. As a result, the reaction mechanism of the title reaction involves three channels, producing HCS NO and HNC SO products, respectively. Path Ⅰ and path Ⅱ are competitive, with some advantages for path Ⅰ in kinetics. As for path Ⅲ, it looks difficult to react for its high energy barrier. Moreover, the rate constant have been calculated over the temperature range of 8190-2500K using canonical variational transition-state theory (CVT). It was found that the rate constants for both path Ⅰ and path Ⅱ are negatively dependent on temperature, which is similarwith the experimental results for reactions of NCS with NO and NO2, and the variational effect for the rate constant calculation olavs an important role in whole temperature range.  相似文献

A novel and simple one-step solid state reaction in the presence of a suitable surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and a novel precursor, [bis(acetylacetonato)zinc(II)]; [Zn(acac)2]; has been developed to synthesize uniform zinc oxide microflakes with an average thickness of 0.3–2.4 μm. In the absence of SDS the product samples contained microrods. The formation of zinc oxide microflakes depends on the molar ratio of Zn(II)/SDS and the experimental procedure. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, photoluminescence spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, surface area, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy to depict the phase and morphology. The synthesized ZnO microflakes have a hexagonal zincite structure.  相似文献

One-photon mass-analyzed threshold ionization (MATI) spectrum of trans-C(2)H(2)Cl(2) was obtained by using vacuum ultraviolet radiation generated by four-wave mixing in Kr. The ionization energy determined from the position of the 0-0 band in the spectrum was 9.6306 +/- 0.0006 eV. Ten vibrational fundamentals for the cation were identified. The spectrum also displayed abundant overtones and combinations, most of which could be assigned adequately by comparing with the quantum chemical results. It was found that channel interaction was not important for this system. The equilibrium geometry of the cation was estimated through the Franck-Condon fit.  相似文献

With polyamide( PA)as an efficient sorbent for solid phase extraction( SPE)of Sudan dyes II,III and Red 7B from saffron and urine,their determination by HPLC was performed. The optimum conditions for SPE were achieved using 7 mL methanol/water( 1:9,v/v,pH 7)as the washing solvent and 3 mL tetrahydrofu-ran for elution. Good clean-up and high( above 90%)recoveries were observed for all the analytes. The opti-mized mobile phase composition for HPLC analysis of these compounds was methanol-water( 70:30,v/v). The SPE parameters,such as the maximum loading capacity and breakthrough volume,were also determined for each analyte. The limits of detection( LODs),limits of quantification( LOQs),linear ranges and recoveries for the analytes were 4. 6-6. 6 μg/L,13. 0-19. 8 μg/L,13. 0-5 000 μg/L( r2> 0. 99)and 92. 5% -113. 4%,respec-tively. The precisions( RSDs)of the overall analytical procedure,estimated by five replicate measurements for Sudan II,III and Red 7B in saffron and urine samples were 2. 3%,1. 8% and 3. 6%,respectively. The developed method is simple and successful in the application to the determination of Sudan dyes in saffron and urine sam-ples with HPLC coupled with UV detection.  相似文献

One‐pot, three‐component condensation of guanidine, ethylbenzoylacetate and various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of NaHCO3 have been investigated by microwave irradiation. The aromatic aldehydes bearing electron‐withdrawing groups undergo condensation with guanidine and ethylbenzoyl‐acetate to afford ethyl‐2‐amino‐4‐aryl‐1,4‐dihydro‐6‐phenylpyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate derivatives via Biginelli reaction. However, reaction of the aromatic aldehydes having electron‐releasing groups with guanidine and ethylbenzoylacetate did not give the corresponding dihydropyrimidines. Instead, novel 2‐amino‐5‐benzoyl‐5,6‐dihydro‐6‐arylpyrimidine‐4(3H)‐ones were obtained via an unexpected mechanism.  相似文献

The present study provides an efficient strategy for the preparation of novel N‐substituted‐4‐methyl‐quinolin‐1(2H)‐one derivatives via two‐step Ugi/Heck reaction. The procedure is based on the Ugi coupling between 2‐bromoanilines, various aromatic aldehydes, vinylacetic acid, and isocyanides, and then intramolecular Heck reaction, which leads to the formation of the title compounds in good yields.  相似文献
