The VNS methodis perfectly suited to those combinatorial problems with potentialneighbourhood structures, as in the case of the RAP. The moststudied configuration of the RAP is a series system of s-independentk-out-of-n:G subsystems the so-called seriesparallelsystem. The RAP is to select the optimal combination and redundancylevels of components to meet system-level constraints. Two typesof objectives are considered in this studysystem reliabilitymaximization and system cost minimization. The VNS algorithmis tested on sets of benchmark problems and compared to thebest heuristics in the literature such as tabu search, multipleweighted objective heuristic, ant colony optimization and geneticalgorithm. Computational results show the advantages and benefitsof VNS for solving both types of RAP while considering bothsolution quality and computational efficiency. 相似文献

The wheat leaf area index (LAI) was inverted using hyperspectral remote sensing technology in the present paper. Eighteen kinds of hyperspectral indices were comparatively analyzed, and the index OSAVI, which could reflect wheat LAI most sensitively, was screened out. The models for wheat LAI inversion were built using the field spectra as the training samples. The study showed that the calibration R-square and prediction R-square of the inversion model which were built by hyperspectral index OSAVI were 0.823 and 0.818, respectively, higher than that of other indices, indicating that the accuracy was highest. The inversion model was spatially quantitatively expressed in OMIS image, and then the inversion value and measured value was compared by the method of regression fitting. The R-square and RMSE of the fitting model were 0.756 and 0.500, respectively, indicating that the similarity between the inversion value and measured value was high. The result showed that it was feasible to invert the wheat LAI by hyperspectral indices, and OSVAI was an optimal one. 相似文献

3'-O-Acyl-trifluridines were prepared successfully through an enzymatic approach for the first time. Among the ten commercially available lipases tested, Pseudomonas cepacia lipase displayed the highest regioselectivity towards the acylation of 3'-hydroxyl of trifluridine. Furthermore, the effects of some crucial factors on the enzymatic myristoylation of trifluridine were examined. The optimal reaction medium, molar ratio of trifluridine to vinyl myristate and reaction temperature were found to be anhydrous THF, 1:7 and 50 °C, under which the reaction rate, substrate conversion, and 3'-regioselectivity were 63.9 mM/h, >99.0%, and 99%, respectively. Additionally, the enzyme recognition of the chain length of the acyl donors was investigated. The results showed that 3'-regioselectivity of the enzyme maintained 99% with the increment of acyl chain length (C6, C10, and C14). The reason might derive from the strong hydrophobic interaction between 5-CF(3) group of the base moiety and Leu 287 located in the medium-sized pocket of the active site. 相似文献

The substrate recognition of Pseudomonas cepacia lipase in the acylation of nucleosides was investigated by means of rational substrate engineering for the first time. P. cepacia lipase displayed excellent 3′-regioselectivities (96 to >99%) in the lauroylation of 2′-deoxynucleosides 1a-1e, while low to good 3′-regioselectivities (59-89%) in the lauroylation of ribonucleosides 1f-1j. It might be due to the unfavorable hydrogen bond interaction between 2′-hydroxyl group of 1f-1j and phenolic hydroxyl group of tyrosine residue present in the alternate hydrophobic pocket of the enzyme, which stabilizes the conformation of 5′-acylation transition state and thus increases the amount of the minor regioisomer. In addition, various ester derivatives of floxuridine were synthesized successfully by the lipase with high conversions (99%) and good to excellent 3′-regioselectivities under mild conditions. The recognition of various acyl donors by the enzyme was examined. The enzymatic recognition of acyl groups was rationalized in terms of the structure of the active site of the lipase, especially the size, shape, and physicochemical properties. 相似文献

研究了二茂基二价钐配合物(C5H5)2Sm(THF)作为单组分催化剂催化己内脂开环聚合反应,考察了催化剂用量、聚合反应时间、聚合反应温度对己内酯聚合反应的影响。结果表明,配合物(C5H5)2Sm(THF)对己内酯聚合有极高的催化活性且产物的数均分子量较高,当催化剂与单体摩尔比为1:5000时,聚合产率仍可达50.3%,数均分子量可高达32.4万;温度升高,聚合反应的转化率增加,聚合产物数均分子量降低;催化剂用量增加,聚合转化率增加,聚合产物分子量降低;聚合产物的分子量分布较窄;通过凝胶色谱法对聚合产物的分子量及分子量分布进行了表征。 相似文献

以5-对氨基苯基-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉及2-苯基-5-(对氨基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑为原料合成了系列卟啉-噁二唑二元化合物, 其结构通过1H NMR, ESI-MS, IR, UV-Vis确定. 对合成化合物进行光谱性能测定, 结果表明, 在卟啉与噁二唑混合体系中, 存在着卟啉激发态分子向噁二唑基态分子的分子间电子传递过程, 导致卟啉激发态的荧光猝灭; 在卟啉-噁二唑二元体系中, 315 nm激发下发生了由激发态噁二唑基团至卟啉基团的能量传递, 导致噁二唑基团荧光猝灭, 卟啉基团荧光增强. 420 nm激发下不存在分子内卟啉基团向噁二唑基团的电子回传竞争; 电化学性能测定进一步表明从噁二唑基团向卟啉基团的电子传递是可能的. 因此卟啉-噁二唑二元化合物可能作为一种模型, 模拟光合作用中电子给体至叶绿素之间的电子传递过程. 相似文献

The catalytic characteristics of horse liver alcohol dehydrogenase (HLADH) in the systems involving ionic liquids (ILs) (BMIm·Cl, BMIm·Br, BMIm·PF6, BMIm·BF4 BMIm·OTf and EMIm·Cl) were examined. HLADH displayed higher oxidation activity towards ethanol in the systems containing BMIm·Cl, BMIm·Br, EMIm·Cl or BMIm·PF6 with proper content than that in the IL-free buffer. An excessive amount of these ILs in the reaction systems resulted in an obvious decline in enzymatic activity. BMIm·BF4 and BMIm·OTf of any content investigated could considerably inhibit the enzyme. The anions of ILs showed significant effect on the activity, kinetic parameters and activation energy of HLADH-mediated ethanol oxidation. Additionally, BMIm·Cl, BMIm·Br, EMIm·Cl and BMIm·PF6 boosted markedly the thermostability of HLADH, while the enzyme was less thermostable in BMIm·BF4 or BMIm·OTf-containing systems. A variable neighborhood search (VNS) algorithm has been developed to solve the multiple objective redundancy allocation problems
(MORAP). The single objective RAP is to select the proper combination and redundancy levels of components to meet system level
constraints, and to optimize the specified objective function. In practice, the need to consider two or more conflicting objectives
simultaneously increases nowadays in order to assure managers or designers’ demand. Amongst all system level objectives, maximizing
system reliability is the most studied and important one, while system weight or system cost minimization are two other popular
objectives to consider. According to the authors’ experience, VNS has successfully solved the single objective RAP (Liang
and Chen, Reliab. Eng. Syst. Saf. 92:323–331, 2007; Liang et al., IMA J. Manag. Math. 18:135–155, 2007). Therefore, this study aims at extending the single objective VNS algorithm to a multiple objective version for solving
multiple objective redundancy allocation problems. A new selection strategy of base solutions that balances the intensity
and diversity of the approximated Pareto front is introduced. The performance of the proposed multi-objective VNS algorithm
(MOVNS) is verified by testing on three sets of complex instances with 5, 14 and 14 subsystems respectively. While comparing
to the leading heuristics in the literature, the results show that MOVNS is able to generate more non-dominated solutions
in a very efficient manner, and performs competitively in all performance measure categories. In other words, computational
results reveal the advantages and benefits of VNS on solving multi-objective RAP. 相似文献
