We report the structural and functional stabilities of artificially synthesized DNA ultra-thin films. Fully covered DNA ultra-thin films on a silica substrate were fabricated by the silica-assisted growth method and those samples were then incubated in various chemicals and physical conditions. The DNA ultra-thin films showed high maintainability under those harsh conditions and these results would aid to facilitate the use of artificial DNA ultra-thin films in advanced research areas such as biophotonics and bioelectronics. 相似文献

We demonstrated the lasing of Ne-like Ar 46.9?nm pumped by capillary discharge with the delay time between pre-pulse and main-pulse ranging from 2 to 130???s. Results show that the laser output reduced significantly when the delay time is much longer than 12???s. The temporal evolution of spontaneous radiation emitted from pre-ionized plasma implies that the observed reduction of the laser output is caused by the axial non-uniformity of pre-ionized plasma density and the decrease of pre-ionized plasma density. 相似文献

In this paper, the nonlinear dynamical behavior of two coupled pipes conveying pulsating fluid is studied. The connection between the two pipes is considered as a distributed linear spring. Based on this consideration, the equations of motion of the coupled two-pipe system are obtained. The two coupled nonlinear partial differential equations, discretized using the fourth- order Galerkin method, are solved by a fourth-order Runge-Kutta integration algorithm. Results show that the connection stiffness has a significant effect on the dynamical behavior of the coupled system. In this paper,we design a novel three-order autonomous system.Numerical simulations reveal the complex chaotic behaviors of the system.By applying the undetermined coefficient method,we find a heteroclinic orbit in the system.As a result,the Si’lnikov criterion along with some other given conditions guarantees that the system has both Smale horseshoes and chaos of horseshoe type. 相似文献
