The isotopes Lu169 and Lu170, obtained in the fraction of radioactive Lu isotopes by bombarding a Ta target with fast protons, were measured on a double focusing -ray spectrometer. The gamma transitions are given together with the relative intensities of the conversion lines. The multipolarity of the transition is determined for some gamma transitions from the internal conversion coefficient ratios of theK andL shells.

The paper is concerned with the application of the space-time discontinuous Galerkin method (STDGM) to the numerical solution of the interaction of a compressible flow and an elastic structure. The flow is described by the system of compressible Navier-Stokes equations written in the conservative form. They are coupled with the dynamic elasticity system of equations describing the deformation of the elastic body, induced by the aerodynamical force on the interface between the gas and the elastic structure. The domain occupied by the fluid depends on time. It is taken into account in the Navier-Stokes equations rewritten with the aid of the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method. The resulting coupled system is discretized by the STDGM using piecewise polynomial approximations of the sought solution both in space and time. The developed method can be applied to the solution of the compressible flow for a wide range of Mach numbers and Reynolds numbers. For the simulation of elastic deformations two models are used: the linear elasticity model and the nonlinear neo-Hookean model. The main goal is to show the robustness and applicability of the method to the simulation of the air flow in a simplified model of human vocal tract and the flow induced vocal folds vibrations. It will also be shown that in this case the linear elasticity model is not adequate and it is necessary to apply the nonlinear model. 相似文献

We present a linear-optical implementation of a class of two-qubit partial SWAP gates for polarization states of photons. Different gate operations, including the SWAP and entangling sqrt[SWAP], can be obtained by changing a classical control parameter, namely, the path difference in the interferometer. The study of contamination effect during cryogenic grinding of pure cellulose was carried out. The optimisation of important parameters of the grinding process (pre-cooling time, grinding time, cooling time and number of cycles) was performed and the different sources of a possible contamination of samples (earlier processed sample, metal parts of grinding tool) were evaluated. The results of ICP-oa-TOF MS analysis after microwave digestion of cellulose samples were used in this study. Significant contamination of cellulose samples by Fe at the level 130 microg kg(-1) caused by wearing of steel stoppers and an impact bar was detected. Cross-contamination by Fe, Cr, Mn and Cu at the level 400, 200, 200 and 2100 microg kg(-1), respectively was caused by previous grinding of electro-waste sample. STR analysis is commonly used in forensic and genetic studies. STRs are currently discriminated based on size, primarily by gel- and column-based approaches. Hybridization-based approaches have the potential to allow high-throughput analysis of STRs; however, development of such approaches has been limited by the difficulty in discriminating between STRs of similar length. We have recently described several innovations to enable STR analysis using an array-based hybridization approach for high- throughput STR analysis. Here we extend that approach by incorporating the array into microspheres and adding a discriminatory branch migration displacement step. This microsphere-based platform uses Luminex xMAP technology and improves the sensitivity, selectivity, and speed of the assay. We demonstrate the feasibility, speed, and reliability of the assay for STR detection by correctly analyzing two STR loci in 20 forensic DNA samples of known STR type. The multiplex, bead-based approach provides a high-throughput and more portable STR analysis. 相似文献
