Using the field theoretic renormalization group technique the model of a passive vector field advected by an incompressible turbulent flow is investigated up to the second order of the perturbation theory (two-loop approximation). The turbulent environment is given by statistical fluctuations of the velocity field that has a Gaussian distribution with zero mean and defined noise with finite correlations in time. Two-loop analysis of all possible scaling regimes in general d-dimensional space is done in the plane of exponents ? ? η, where ? characterizes the energy spectrum of the velocity field in the inertial range Ek 1 ? 2ε, and η is related to the correlation time at the wave number k which is scaled as k ?2 + η. It is shown that the scaling regimes of the present model of vector advection have essentially different properties than the scaling regimes of the corresponding model of passively advected scalar quantity. The results demonstrate the fact that within the present model of passively advected vector field the internal tensor structure of the advected field can have nontrivial impact on the diffusion processes deep inside in the inertial interval of given turbulent flow.  相似文献

Using chemical separations and radiometric measurements medium-half-life irradiation products of molybdenum with 12.5 MeV deuterons were determined (90Nb, 92Nb, 95mNb, 95Nb, 96Nb, 99Mo, 95mTc, 96Tc, 99mTc) as well as thick target yields for some of them: 92Nb (0.22 μCi/μAh), 95Nb(0.05 μCi/μAh), 99Mo (64 μCi/μAh), 95mTc(0.76 μCi/μAh), 96Tc((62.5 μCi/μAh). Moreover isolation possibiities of radioactive preparations from removed worn-cut molybdenum parts of the U-120 cycletron are discussed.  相似文献

We present two-color fs pump-probe spectra of Na2F which were recorded by employing excitation wavelengths around 1208 nm (pump) and ionization wavelengths around 405 nm (probe). The observed oscillatory structure of the signal with a period of 185 fs shows an excellent agreement with our simulated spectra. The employed ab initio Wigner distribution approach provides clear evidence that this observation is caused by photoinduced metal bond breaking followed by a butterfly-type periodic geometric rearrangement.  相似文献

We have studied ultra-fast carrier dynamics of photo-excited carriers in hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon prepared by a very high frequency glow-discharge technique. We report on direct observation of two types of dynamics using selective photo-excitation in picosecond pump and probe measurements. One type of the observed dynamics has been found to be independent of the sample preparation, while the other reflects the relative weights of crystalline and amorphous fractions. We propose a simple rate-equation model that describes the carrier dynamics in microcrystalline silicon in terms of the composition of those in Si microcrystallites and in the a-Si:H tissue which surrounds the microcrystallites. The model without any fitting parameters reproduces the experimental data very well when the dynamics are scaled with relative volume fractions as obtained from Raman spectra. Heavily n‐type doped and several nanometres thick In0.485Ga0.515P layers are necessary for various devices. We studied the delta‐doping of this ternary with tellurium; the layers were grown by metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy (MOVPE), and diethyltelluride was used as the precursor. A maximum Hall sheet concentration of 2.75 × 1013 cm–2 was achieved in our samples grown at 560 °C. The Te profiles were analyzed with secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS), and a very narrow spectrum with a full width at half maximum of 7.5 nm was measured. The problem of the stationary generation by Raman and degenerate hyper-Raman scattering is solved by means of two methods: stationary solution of the generalized Fokker-Planck equation and linear analysis of stability of the Langevin equations. The conditions of stability and the corresponding stationary values for amplitudes of the Stokes, anti-Stokes or output laser modes are obtained for particular cases. A phenomenon analogous to the second order phase transition can occur for Stokes or anti-Stokes interaction of Raman scattering above the threshold value of the pump amplitude. The anti-Stokes interaction of degenerate hyper-Raman scattering can show bistable behaviour above the second threshold value of the pump amplitude.The author would like to express his sincere thanks to Dr. J. The diffusion ot Ti atoms in the Ni77Si3B20 metallic glass was studied by the Auger electron spectroscopy. The temperature dependence of the diffusion coefficient obeys the Arrhenius relation with the activation energyE=1·7 eV and the pre-exponential factorD 0=0·86 × ×10–4 m2 s–1. The low temperature nuclear orientation of160Tb in gadolinium single crystal has been studied in the temperature range 5–60 mK and in the external magnetic field Bext ≤9 T, applied both in the a- and c-axis directions. The obtained results indicate the noncollinearity between the Tb magnetic moments and the magnetization of the gadolinium matrix.  相似文献
