Binding of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and human serum albumin (HSA) in aqueous solutions at room temperature induces significant changes in the phosphorescence lifetime of tryptophan (Trp) residues. A steep rise of the phosphorescence lifetime from 1.9 ms to 10.0 ms for BSA and from 1.9 ms to 5.5 ms for HSA is observed when the total SDS concentration increased from 0.0 mM to 0.22 mM at 1 mg/mL protein concentration. As the total SDS concentrationis further inccreased to 2.2 mM, a slower increase in the phosphorescence lifetime is observed, from 10.0 ms to 19.5 ms for BSA and from 5.5 ms to 7.2 ms for HSA. It appears that the phosphorescence lifetime modifications are mainly due to an increase of protein matrix rigidity around Trp residues. The observed differences (between HSA and BSA) allow us to distinguish the contribution of the two Trp residues to the BSA phosphorescence. 相似文献

In this Note we compute the generators of the ring of invariants for quiver factorization problems, generalizing results of Le Bruyn and Procesi. In particular, we find a necessary and sufficient combinatorial criterion for the projectivity of the associated invariant quotients. In this paper the authors purpose the conception and modelling of a possible application in a circular flexible manufacturing cell. This flexible cell is composed from five manufacturing points for realizing the final technological itinerary of a type of radiator. Some optical properties of poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films are investigated prior and after the rubbing and stretching of the samples. Birefringence of the prepared foils is enhanced as their stretching degree and rubbing become larger. These processing factors are also affecting the values of the ordinary and extraordinary refractive indices. The induced anisotropy in PVA foils is evidenced in the morphological characteristics observed by optical microscopy. The spreading and adhesion behaviors of a nematic liquid crystal on PVA foils are analyzed by means of contact angle measurements. Preliminary testing of the nematic on the PVA films revealed significant variations in transmitted light intensity during sample rotation under crossed polarizers. The high contrast between dark and bright patterns is indicative of uniform and homogenous alignment of nematic on the rubbed and stretched PVA foils. 相似文献

The authors want to conceive and to model a structure of a 6R serial modular industrial robot with six freedom degrees. Some specific points are followed: the direct geometric modelling of the robot using the matrix of rotation method, the given in 3D modelling of the robot, the presentation of its components having some possible applications in the processes of production in the spaces with noises and vibrations. The direct geometrical modelling will be determinate the relative orientation matrices, which express the position of each system Ti, (i=1-6), according to the system Ti–1, also expressing the vectors of relative position of origin Oi of the systems Ti. They will be expressed the orientation of each system Ti in account to the fixed system To attached to the robot base, the set of independent parameters of orientation then are obtained the final equation of the column vector of the generalized coordinates, which express the position and the orientation of the clamping device. The paper presents the two possible applications of the studied robot implementation in a flexible manufacturing cel for the manipulation operations of parts.
