We study experimentally and theoretically the AC transport current loss characteristics of a tape in multiple tapes assembled in single layer and subject to external field produced by transport currents of adjacent tapes. We measured the AC transport current losses of a Bi2223 silver-sheathed tape in a single layer arrangement of three tapes using our newly developed potential leads arrangement to avoid spurious loss components caused by the magnetization in the adjacent tapes. In the paper, the influence of the external AC field produced by adjacent tapes on the loss characteristics is studied based on the experimental results and theoretical analysis. 相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed domino cyclization of propargyl bromides having two nucleophilic functional groups is described. Treatment of 1,7-diamino-5-bromohept-3-yne derivatives with catalytic Pd(PPh3)4 in the presence of NaH in MeOH gives the 2,7-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-enes in good yields. Interestingly, the regioselectivity of the reaction is completely controlled by the relative reactivity of the amine functional groups, irrespective of the position of the nucleophiles. Haouamines A, B, and their derivatives were synthesized via Suzuki–Miyaura coupling and three key cyclization reactions as follows: the newly developed palladium(0)-catalyzed arylative cyclization of phenylalanine-derived alkyne–aldehydes with 2-bromoarylboronic acid (an “anti-Wacker”-type cyclization); BF3 ⋅ OEt2-promoted Friedel–Crafts-type cyclization of symmetrical electron-rich aromatic rings adjacent to a tertiary allylic alcohol leading to the indeno-tetrahydropyridine skeleton; and (cyanomethyl)trimethylphosphonium iodide-mediated macrocyclization of amino alcohols to afford aza-paracyclophane precursors. The palladium-catalyzed reduction of mono- and di-triflate intermediates in the later stages enabled the alteration of both the position and number of hydroxyl groups on the C-ring. The instability of haouamine B was dramatically improved by salt formation with formic acid. An unambiguous evaluation of the cytotoxicity of the prepared haouamine derivative formates with and without hydroxyl groups at different positions on the C-ring indicated that the catechol structure in haouamine B produced weak cytotoxicity. 相似文献

The mechanism of the asymmetric hydrogenation of 2-acyl-1-alkylidene-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolines, the first reported reaction with the Noyori-Takaya Ru(CH3COO)2(binap) complex, has been investigated by means of deuterium labeling, kinetics, and NMR analysis. A series of experiments has revealed that (1) a monohydride-unsaturated mechanism operates involving the initial formation of RuH followed by reaction with the enamide substrate, (2) the hydride transfer from RuH to the olefinic double bond is endothermic and reversible, and (3) the rate is determined in the hydrogenolysis step. Enantiospecific intramolecular Suzuki–Miyaura-type coupling with α-(2-halobenzoylamino)benzylboronic esters to give 3-substituted isoindolinones is achieved by using copper catalysts with 2,2′-bipyridine-based achiral ligands. Enantioenriched α-aminobenzylboron reactants bearing a hydrogen atom at the boron-bound stereogenic carbons undergo stereoinvertive coupling in the presence of a 6-phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine ligand with high enantiospecificity. α-Aminobenzylboronates bearing fully substituted boron-bound stereogenic centers also gave the 3,3-disubstituted isoindolinones with stereospecific stereochemical inversion in the presence of simple 2,2′-bipyridine as a ligand. 相似文献
