The title compound, C20H18ClNOS2, is a thia­zole‐derived thio­hydroxamic acid O‐ester. The value of Z′ is 3 and the asymmetric unit comprises three mol­ecules of identical helicity along the N—O bond. Two of these show an anti and the third a syn arrangement of substituents attached in positions 3 and 4 to the 1,3‐thia­zole nucleus.  相似文献

The conformations of dodecamethylcyclohexasilane Si6Me12 and undecamethylcyclohexasilane Si6Me11H have been investigated by ab initio calculations employing the B3LYP density functional with a 6-31+G(d) basis set. Local minima as well as transition structures were calculated with imposed symmetry constraints. For Si6Me12, three unique minima, which correspond to the chair, twist and boat conformations were located with relative zero-point-vibration-corrected energies of 0.0, 7.8 and 11.4 kJ mol(-1). A half-chair conformation with four coplanar silicon atoms connects the chair and twisted minima via an energy barrier of 16.0 and 8.2 kJ mol(-1), respectively. A second transition structure with a barrier of 3.9/0.3 kJ mol(-1) connects the twist with the boat structure. Solution Raman spectra of Si6(CH3)12 and Si6(CD3)12 fully corroborate these results. Below -40 degrees C, the symmetric SiSi ring breathing vibration is a single line, which develops a shoulder (originating from the twist conformer) at longer wavelengths whose intensity increases with increasing temperature. From a Van't Hoff plot, the chair/twist enthalpy difference is 6.6+/-1.5 kJ mol(-1) for Si6(CH3)12 and 6.0+/-1.5 kJ mol(-1) for Si6(CD3)12, which is in reasonable agreement with the ab initio results. Due to the low barrier, the boat conformation cannot be observed, because either the lowest torsional vibration level lies above it or a rapid interconversion between the twist and boat conformations occurs, resulting in averaged Raman spectra. For Si6Me11H, six local minima were located. The chair with the hydrogen atom in the axial position (axial chair) is the global minimum, followed by the equatorial chair (+1.9 kJ mol(-1)) and the three twist conformers (+5.3, +8.0 and +8.1 kJ mol(-1)). The highest local minimum (+11.9 kJ mol(-1)) is a C(s) symmetric boat with the hydrogen atom in the equatorial position. Two possible pathways for the chair-to-chair interconversion with barriers of 13.9 and 14.5 kJ mol(-1) have been investigated. The solution Raman spectra in the SiSi ring breathing region clearly show that below -50 degrees C only the axial and equatorial chairs are present, with an experimental deltaH-value of 0.46 kJ mol(-1). With increasing temperature a shoulder develops which is attributed to the combined twist conformers. The experimental deltaH-value is 6.9 kJ mol(-1), in good agreement with the ab initio results. Due to the low interconversion barriers, the various twist conformers cannot be detected separately.  相似文献

Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was applied to analysis and characterization of phosphinic pseudopeptides with the general structure N-Ac-Val-Ala(psi)(PO2(-)-CH(2)) Leu-Xaa-NH(2), where Xaa represents one of 20 proteinogenic amino acid residues. Pseudopeptides containing neutral or acidic amino acid residues in position Xaa were analyzed as anions in weakly alkaline (pH 8.1) Tris-Tricine background electrolyte (BGE), pseudopeptides with basic amino acid residues in position Xaa were analyzed as cations in acid BGEs (Tris-phosphate buffers). Acidity of phosphinic acid moiety in peptides with basic amino acid residues was determined from the dependence of effective mobility of these peptides on pH in the acid pH region (pH 1.4-2.8). Additionally, separation of diastereomers of some peptides was achieved.  相似文献

We have conducted a comprehensive comparative study of Ru(bipy)32+, Ru(bipy)2(phen)2+, Ru(bipy)(phen)22+, and Ru(phen)32+ as chemiluminescence and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) reagents, to address several previous conflicting observations and gain a greater insight into their potential for chemical analysis. Clear trends were observed in many of their spectroscopic and electrochemical properties, but the relative chemiluminescence or ECL intensity with a range of analytes/co-reactants is complicated by the contribution of numerous (sometimes opposing) factors. Significantly, the reversibility of cyclic voltammetric responses for the complexes decreased as the number of phenanthroline ligands was increased, due to the lower stability of their ruthenium(III) form in the aqueous solvent. This trend was also evident over a longer timescale when the ruthenium(III) form was spectrophotometrically monitored after chemical oxidation of the ruthenium(II) complexes. In general, the greater stability of Ru(bipy)33+ resulted in lower blank signals, although this effect was less pronounced with ECL, where the reagent is oxidised in the presence of the co-reactants. Nevertheless, this shows the need to compare signal-to-blank ratios or detection limits, rather than the more common comparisons of overall signal intensity for different ruthenium complexes. Furthermore, our results support previous observations that, compared to Ru(bipy)32+, Ru(phen)32+ provides greater ECL and chemiluminescence intensities with oxalate, which in some circumstances translates to superior detection limits, but they do not support the subsequent generalised notion that Ru(phen)32+ is a more sensitive reagent than Ru(bipy)32+ for all analytes.  相似文献

A series of alkylammonium-alkylcarbamates with different chain length including transdermal permeation enhancer Transkarbam 12 have been prepared and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), temperature-dependent Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffraction. Four transitions have been observed including solid-solid transition (I), melting (II), decomposition of the carbamate salt (III) and boiling of the released amine (IV). The first transition was connected with rearrangement of the hydrocarbon chain packing and unusual shift of symmetric CH2 stretching vibration in the IR spectra to lower wavenumbers indicated increase of conformational order. The second transition represented melting of the molecule and the third one was attributed to the decomposition of the carbamate salt into two amine molecules and carbon dioxide as evidenced by combination of DSC and TGA curves.  相似文献

Reactive oxygen molecules are formed in vivo as by-products of normal aerobic metabolism. All organisms dependent on oxygen are inevitably exposed to these species so that DNA damage can occur in both genomic and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA). In order to determine endogenous DNA damage we have developed an analytical method that involves the isolation and hydrolysis of genomic DNA or mtDNA, the labeling of modified and unmodified nucleotides and micellar electrokinetic chromatography with laser-induced fluorescence detection. With this method we have found etheno-adenine, thymine glycol, uracil, hypoxanthine, and 5-methylcytosine. These were identified by the addition of internal standards to the genomic or mtDNA. There are a large number of other signals in the electropherograms of mtDNA that we have never found in genomic DNA analysis because they are at lower concentration in the genome. In the DNA of untreated patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), uracil and high levels of etheno-adenine were found, which can be explained by antioxidant enzyme alterations and oxidative stress in the CLL lymphocytes.  相似文献

EPR Investigations on Tris(maleonitriledithiolato)niobate(IV) Anion The EPR spectra of tris(maleonitriledithiolato)niobate(IV) anion are reported. The compound was obtained by reduction of NbCl5 with zinc in a HCl/CH3OH solution followed by the complexation of the formed Nb4+ species with Na2mnt (mnt = maleonitriledithiolate). The obtained EPR parameters are typical for a complex with a nearly trigonal-prismatic arrangement of the ligator atoms. The g and ANb tensors derived from the frozen solution spectra have cubic symmetry.  相似文献
