The influence of perrhenate concentration, the concentration of the reducing agent and pH of the reaction mixture on the yield of perrhenate reduction were studied to find a possibility to decrease the stannous chloride concentration in the reaction mixture without negative changes on the yield of perrhenate reduction. Britton-Robinson buffer solutions were selected as the background electrolytes because of their buffering capacity in a wide pH interval. The highest degree of perrhenate reduction was obtained at pH 2 at perrhenate concentrations ranging from 10(-4) to 10(-3) mol/L. The stability of reduced rhenium against pH change from 2 to 5.5 and against dilution of rhenium in the reaction mixture to the concentration suitable for the application in radiotherapy were studied as well. The results obtained by capillary electrophoresis and by thin-layer chromatography with radiometric detection were compared.  相似文献

Alpha-substituent effects on inversion barriers and NMR chemical shifts have been studied on a set of silyl anions, [X(3-n)Y(n)Si](-) (X, Y=H, CH(3), and SiH(3)). The MP2/6-31+G* optimized structures show a pattern of increasing inversion barriers with augmenting numbers of methyl substituents. The highest barrier of 48.5 kcalmol(-1) is obtained for the (CH(3))(3)Si(-) ion. The silyl group displays the opposite effect by decreasing the inversion barrier to a minimum of 16.3 kcalmol(-1) in (SiH(3))(3)Si(-). The influence of counterions on these barriers is probed by addition of a lithium or potassium cation. In most cases, a decrease of the energy barriers with respect to the bare anions is observed. The (29)Si NMR chemical shifts calculated at the IGLO-DFT and GIAO-MP2 level of theory are also analyzed in view of the substituents and counterions.  相似文献

The Platinum Group Elements (PGEs) used in automotive catalytic converters are partly emitted into the air during use and can enter the human respiratory system. Due to the increasing use of automotive catalytic converters, the importance of this problem cannot be overlooked.The goal of this investigation was to determine the concentration of Pt in the urine of individuals occupationally exposed to urban air with heavy traffic. Sector field inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (SF–ICP–MS) was used for determination of Pt in the urine of tram drivers. 38 and 34 subjects were investigated in Vienna and Budapest, respectively. Samples were taken from the tram drivers both before and after the shift.The results for Pt were compared to those from a previous study performed by our team. The comparison showed that the concentration medians were 4 times higher than the previous ones. Moreover, the values in Budapest were about twice as high as those from Vienna. A partly significant change could be observed between the two sets of data: before, and after the shift.  相似文献

The sensitive reactions between 4-(2-pyridylazo)resorcinol (PAR) and yttrium, lanthanum and the lanthanides can be used for the spectrophotometric determination of these elements. The method has no advantage over other methods for the determination of aluminium and lanthanum. Only M(PAR)H and M(PAR) complexes are formed in solutions where the molarity of the metal ion is greater than or nearly equal to the molarity of the ligand at pH < 7-5. If there is molar excess of PAR, 1:2 complexes may be formed but this is certain only for the yttrium-PAR system. Errors in analysis may result from the simultaneous occurrence of optically different complexes; close control of pH and reagent concentration is essential. Optical and equilibrium data are given for the systems investigated.  相似文献

Stationary phase containing quinolin-8-ol immobilized on macroporous methacrylate support for the affinity chromatography of porcine pepsin A is described. Optimized chromatographic conditions for separation of porcine pepsin A on this stationary phase were found investigating the influence of pH, concentration, ionic strength and chemical composition of the used mobile phases. The stationary phase shows a good reproducibility of chromatographic analyses (relative standard deviation, +/-2%), a high recovery (ca. 93%) and a satisfactory capacity (13 mg pepsin A/1 mL stationary phase) for porcine pepsin A. The obtained findings confirm the applicability of affinity chromatography on the stationary phase with immobilized quinolin-8-ol to the isolation and determination of porcine pepsin A.  相似文献

Three methods for the determination of chlorophenols in surface water have been evaluated. Two of them utilize solid phase extraction followed by derivatization either in aqueous phase or in organic solvent. The third method is based on liquid-liquid extraction with simultaneous in-situ derivatization. This method was found to be not applicable for samples of surface water. The surfactants present in the samples prevent the separation of the hexane layer at a ratio of 1 : 20 or higher. Both methods using solid phase extraction gave acceptable results; however, the derivatization in aqueous phase proved its priority.  相似文献

An extended version of the noncollinear spin model bySawatzky et al. is developed to derive a dependence of the differential high field susceptibility on the degree of inversion of the ferrite MnFe2O4. Using the available data on the main molecular field coefficients it is shown that the present model imposes restrictions on values of. Determination of from the measurements of the field dependence of the saturated moments at low temperatures on samples with varying degrees of inversion reveals good quantitative agreement with the present model.  相似文献

The study of experimental design conjunction with artificial neural networks for optimisation of isocratic ion-pair reverse phase HPLC separation of neuroprotective peptides is reported. Different types of experimental designs (full-factorial, fractional) were studied as suitable input and output data sources for ANN training and examined on mixtures of humanin derivatives. The independent input variables were: composition of mobile phase, including its pH, and column temperature. In case of a simple mixture of two peptides, the retention time of the most retentive component and resolution were used as the dependent variables (outputs). In case of a complex mixture with unknown number of components, number of peaks, sum of resolutions and retention time of ultimate peak were considered as output variables. Fractional factorial experimental design has been proved to produce sufficient input data for ANN approximation and thus further allowed decreasing the number of experiments necessary for optimisation. After the optimal separation conditions were found, fractions with peptides were collected and their analysis using off-line matrix assisted laser desorption/ionisation time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was performed.  相似文献
