采用戊二醛法, 将4-硝基苯乙胺与牛血清蛋白(BSA)和卵清蛋白(OVA)共价偶联, 分别合成了免疫原4-硝基苯乙胺-BSA和包被原4-硝基苯乙胺-OVA, 经紫外分光光度计及飞行时间质谱扫描鉴定. 用合成的免疫抗原免疫新西兰大白兔, 并用合成的包被原进行间接竞争酶联免疫(ELISA)试验, 获得的抗血清效价达1∶32000. 方阵实验确定了包被抗原最佳浓度(0.5 mg/L)及抗血清最佳稀释度(1∶6000), 并建立了间接竞争ELISA方法. 工作曲线表明在1~1000 μg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系, 该法IC50值为(52.73±2.67) μg/L, 检测限为5.12 μg/L. 其它类似结构不干扰硝基苯胺的测定. 成功地建立了硝基苯胺类化合物的间接竞争酶免疫化学分析方法.  相似文献

An ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with high-field quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QE-MS) histological platform was used to analyze the effects of two thermal processing methods (cooking and steaming) on the nutritional metabolic components of black beans. Black beans had the most amino acids, followed by lipids and polyphenols, and more sugars. Multivariate statistical analysis indicated that heat processing significantly affected the metabolic component content in black beans, with effects varying among different components. Polyphenols, especially flavonoids and isoflavones, were highly susceptible. A total of 197 and 210 differential metabolites were identified in both raw black beans and cooked and steamed black beans, respectively. Cooking reduced the cumulative content of amino acids, lipids, polyphenols, sugars, and nucleosides, whereas steaming reduced amino acid and lipid content, slightly increased polyphenol content, and significantly increased sugar and nucleoside content. Our results indicated that metabolic components were better retained during steaming than cooking. Heat treatment had the greatest impact on amino acids, followed by polyphenols, fatty acids, sugars, and vitamins, indicating that cooking promotes the transformation of most substances and the synthesis of a few. The results of this study provide a basis for further research and development of nutritional products using black beans.  相似文献

Combining Dual Reciprocity Method (DRM) with Hybrid Boundary Node Method (HBNM), the Dual Reciprocity Hybrid Boundary Node Method (DRHBNM) is developed for three-dimensional linear elasticity problems with body force. This method can be used to solve the elasticity problems with body force without domain integral, which is inevitable by HBNM. To demonstrate the versatility and the fast convergence of this method, some numerical examples of 3-D elasticity problems with body forces are examined. The computational results show that the present method is effective and can be widely applied in solving practical engineering problems.  相似文献

Photoactive two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks (2D-COFs) have become promising heterogenous photocatalysts in visible-light-driven organic transformations. Herein, a visible-light-driven selective aerobic oxidation of various small organic molecules by using 2D-COFs as the photocatalyst was developed. In this protocol, due to the remarkable photocatalytic capability of hydrazone-based 2D-COF-1 on molecular oxygen activation, a wide range of amides, quinolones, heterocyclic compounds, and sulfoxides were obtained with high efficiency and excellent functional group tolerance under very mild reaction conditions. Furthermore, benefiting from the inherent advantage of heterogenous photocatalysis, prominent sustainability and easy photocatalyst recyclability, a drug molecule (modafinil) and an oxidized mustard gas simulant (2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfoxide) were selectively and easily obtained in scale-up reactions. Mechanistic investigations were conducted using radical quenching experiments and in situ ESR spectroscopy, all corroborating the proposed role of 2D-COF-1 in photocatalytic cycle.  相似文献

研究了低功率超声(US, <38 W)对NaClO氧化非离子型碘代X射线造影剂—碘帕醇(IPM)的增强作用及机理, 考察了NaClO添加浓度和超声功率的影响, 分析并计算了体系中的主要活性物种及其贡献. 采用高效液相色谱/串联质谱(HPLC/MS/MS)对降解产物进行分析, 推测IPM的降解路径. 结果表明, 低功率US显著增强了NaClO对IPM的氧化效果, 在25 ℃, pH=5.8, NaClO浓度为0.12 mmol/L条件下, 10 mg/L IPM在60 min的降解率达到85.8%. 其中NaClO氧化、 HO·和活性氯自由基(RCSs)是US/NaClO增强IPM降解的主要原因, 自由基分析计算它们的贡献率分别为15.82%, 4.65%和79.53%. NaClO浓度在0~0.24 mmol/L范围内, IPM的降解率随NaClO浓度升高而增加, 60 min后降解率由4.75%增加到91.12%; 超声功率为28.5 W, 降解率达到最高. 在 15~45 ℃温度范围内, IPM的降解过程符合表观一级反应动力学, 反应活化能(Ea)为59.03 kJ/mol. HPLC/MS/MS共检测出5种中间产物, 结合密度泛函理论(DFT)计算结果, 初步推测了IPM在US/NaClO体系中的降解途径和机理.  相似文献

有机太阳能电池具有低成本、柔性和质量轻等优势,是一种有应用前景的光伏技术,受到人们的广泛关注.有机太阳能电池的光敏活性层通常由p-型有机半导体(包括小分子和高分子)与n-型有机半导体(包括小分子和高分子)共混而成.小分子给体/高分子受体型有机太阳能电池具有形貌热稳定性优异的特点,值得深入研究.本综述旨在总结小分子给体/高分子受体型有机太阳能电池的研究进展,分别介绍了基于酰亚胺基、氰基和含硼氮配位键(B←N)的高分子受体的活性层材料体系的发展状况.在器件性能方面,通过分子设计、相分离形貌调控,改善了小分子给体/高分子受体的匹配性,将该类电池的能量转换效率从最初的0.29%提升至目前的9.51%,为性能的进一步提升总结了经验;在稳定性方面,基于该体系形貌热稳定性优异的特点,开发出高温耐受型有机太阳能电池器件.最后,展望了小分子给体/高分子受体型有机太阳能电池的未来发展方向和前景.  相似文献

The exploration of inexpensive and efficient catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is crucial for chemical and energy industries. Carbon materials have been proved promising with different catalysts enabling 2 and 4e ORR. Nevertheless, their ORR activity and selectivity is still complex and under debate in many cases. Many structures of these active carbon materials are also chemically unstable for practical implementations. Unlike the well-discussed structures, this work presents a strategy to promote efficient and stable 2e ORR of carbon materials through the synergistic effect of lattice distortion and H-passivation (on the distorted structure). We show how these structures can be formed on carbon cloth, and how the reproducible chemical adsorption can be realized on these structures for efficient and stable H2O2 production. The work here gives not only new understandings on the 2e ORR catalysis, but also the robust catalyst which can be directly used in industry.  相似文献

Hydrophobically associating copolymers of acrylamide (AM) with a small amount of 4-(omega-propenoyloxyethoxy) benzoic acid (PEBA, <2.5%) were synthesized by template copolymerization in the presence of poly(allylammonium chloride) (PAAC) as a template in an aqueous medium. These template copolymers exhibited remarkable thickening properties due to the effective hydrophobic association, which were similar to those copolymers with a multiblock structure obtained by the micellar process. The pH of the reaction medium and the molecular weight of the template strongly influenced the thickening properties of the products. In the experimental range, the higher the PEBA content, the larger the thickening capacity of these hydrophobic copolymers. The aggregate behaviors of these copolymers were studied by fluorescence, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and light scattering techniques. The apparent critical interpolymer aggregate concentration (cac) of the copolymer solution was about 0.5 g/dL. As the concentration of the copolymer became higher than the cac, the aggregates changed their morphology from small hollow spheres to big flower-shaped aggregates. All the above results indicated that the template copolymerization gave access to a very simple and powerful means for the preparation of hydrophobically associating copolymers and other functional polymer materials.  相似文献
