Issues regarding the concentration dependent solute distributions in overloaded chromatographic columns are discussed. Geometric simplicity of wall-coated capillary columns is taken as a reference and the discussion is developed using the example of the absorption isotherm of a solute having more affinity for itself than for the stationary phase. A retention function is deduced solving the equation of motion for the peak maximum, making some approximations. By means of this expression, the applicability of capillary gas chromatography (GC) as a technique for obtaining information on the sorption isotherm is analyzed.  相似文献

A pressurised liquid extraction (PLE) method for the analysis of ochratoxin A (OTA) in bread samples is given. Parameters such as solvent, temperature, pressure and time were investigated thoroughly. The optimized PLE conditions were: methanol as extraction solvent, 80 degrees C, 2000 psi and a 5-min cycle. OTA was determined by liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detection and confirmed by methyl ester derivatization. Under these conditions OTA recovery is 92.3% with a RSD of 5%. Limits of detection and quantification were 0.02 and 0.06 microg/kg, respectively. The proposed method was applied to 20 bread samples, finding two positive samples with OTA levels below the maximum permitted levels by the European Union.  相似文献

We report the asymmetric synthesis of di-3-pentyl (3S,alphaS,7E)-3-N-benzyl-N-alpha-methylbenzylamino-dec-7-enedioate (9), which contains the correct functionalization to produce delta-amino acid derivatives to be used as monomers for Peptide Nucleic Acid (PNA) formation With this aim, thymine-pentanoic acid 15 and some of its ester derivatives were obtained, their reactivity was studied and the noteworthy ethyl ester 12 was quantitatively produced by transesterification of methyl ester 11, thus paving the way for the synthesis of the thymine-containing amino ester IV, which has been designed as a building block for a Nucleic-Acid analog with a chiral, flexible peptide backbone.  相似文献

The ability of Br?nsted acids alone to efficiently promote the sulfur transfer process in N-enoyl oxazolidine-2-thiones to give beta-mercapto carbonyl derivatives is demonstrated. The reactions proceed with essentially perfect diastereocontrol for a range of alkyl-substituted N-enoyl oxazolidine-2-thiones (d.r. regularly above 98:2) and high selectivity for most aryl-substituted counterparts (d.r. typically above 92:8). Importantly, the reaction works remarkably well in beta,beta-disubstituted N-enoyl oxazolidine-2-thiones as well, giving rise to quaternary C-S stereocenters in selectivities usually above 95:5. The relative efficiency of a range of acids (trifluoroacetic, difluoroacetic, acetic, triflic) is assessed showing TFA and TfOH as the most efficient and acetic acid as a totally inefficient reaction promoter. The new procedure complements the Lewis acid promoted reaction previously described by our group in two aspects: First, stereodivergent results are obtained for the Lewis acid or Br?nsted acid promoted reactions of beta,beta-disubstituted enoyl compounds. Second, while the Br?nsted acid promoted reactions are stereospecific, providing a good correlation between the substrate E/Z configuration and products stereochemistry, the reactions mediated by Lewis acids (BF3/OEt2) provide invariant d.r. values regardless of the E/Z composition of the starting olefin. The synthetic value of the method is illustrated by (a) removal of the oxazolidinone moiety from the rearranged products under reducing conditions (NaBH4, H2O-THF) which yields beta-mercapto alcohols and (b) treatment with Sm(OTf)3 in MeOH which affords the corresponding beta-mercapto carboxylic esters, both categories of compounds being isolated in up to 97% ee. Remarkably, the method constitutes the first general approach to highly enantioenriched building blocks bearing a quaternary C-S stereocenter. On the other hand, spectroscopic and inhibition experiments are carried out that demonstrate the participation of protons also in the Lewis acid promoted reactions. Finally, the computational studies carried out at the B3LYP/6-31G* level give support for an activation of the substrate enoyl by complexation with two molecules of either the Br?nsted or Lewis acid and serve to explain the stereochemical outcome of the reactions.  相似文献

A general method for the syntheses of dipalladium compounds having a singly bonded Pd26+ core and the formula R,S-cis-Pd2(C6H4PPh2)2(O2CR)2Cl2 is described. When the alkyl group in the carboxylate ligands is an electron donating group, the compounds are stable and the yields high. The Pd-Pd distances for the diamagnetic compounds with R = CF3 and CMe3 are 2.5434(4) and 2.5241(9) A, respectively. Calculations at the DFT level suggest that the electronic configuration is sigma2pi4delta2delta*2pi*4. These represent rare examples of palladium(III) compounds.  相似文献

Suzuki cross-coupling reactions of an unprecedented array of unactivated primary and secondary alkyl halides (including challenging alkyl chlorides) can be accomplished through the use of nickel/amino alcohol-based catalysts. Both the nickel precatalyst and the amino alcohols (prolinol or trans-2-aminocyclohexanol) are commercially available and air-stable. In view of the remarkable diversity of amino alcohols that are readily accessible, this discovery may open the door to the rapid development of versatile catalysts for a wide range of cross-coupling processes.  相似文献

The covalent imprinting approach has for the first time been successfully applied for the synthesis of an imprinted polymer able to recognize organotin species. The synthesis has been accomplished by co-polymerization of the complex Bu(2)SnO-m-vinylbenzoin as the imprinting template plus co-monomer sodium methacrylate, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker. The imprinting effect has been evidenced within the narrow pH range 2.5< pH< 3.5. At lower pH values, the imprinting effect is prevented by the exclusive existence of non-specific interactions, whereas pH>3.5 provokes a strong rebind of the template in both imprinted and non-imprinted polymers. This pH dependency can be explained as a selective chemical modification which reduces bind diversity following a model based on enolization by protonation of the specific cavities. Characterization of the adsorption isotherms showed good agreement with the Langmuir-Freundlich (LF) model, presenting quite homogeneous binding sites for a bulk material and high capacity in the imprinting pH range. In addition, the affinity spectrum (AS) method has been represented showing the typical profiles of LF isotherm for both sub-saturation and saturation levels, being in general agreement with the encountered values for fitting coefficients. The covalent molecular imprinted polymer has been successfully evaluated in a SPE process for further OTC determination in the certified mussel tissue (CRM 477).  相似文献

The preparation of a series of complexes of the type CpIrX2(NHC) provides effective catalysts for the H/D exchange of a wide range of organic molecules in methanol-d4. The reaction proceeds with higher yields under milder reaction conditions than previous CpIr systems reported thus far. For comparative purposes, we also studied the catalytic activity of CpIrCl2(PMe3) under the same reaction conditions. The molecular structures of two of the new CpIr(NHC) complexes are described.  相似文献

The reaction of M(S2O6) (M = Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II)) with 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide (bpdo) results in the formation of novel 3D, 2D, and mononuclear complexes. Complex 1, {[Cu(H2O)(bpdo)2](S2O6)(H2O)}n, is a 2-D wavelike polymer with the Cu(II) ion located on a 2-fold axis and having a distorted square-pyramidal coordination sphere. With Co(II) and Ni(II), 3-D complexes, {[M(bpdo)3](S2O6)(C2H5OH)7}n [M = Co(II) (2), Ni(II) (3)], were obtained. The metal atoms are situated on centers of symmetry and have octahedral environments coordinated to six bpdo molecules. The same reaction in aqueous solution with a metal/ligand ratio of 1:1 results in the formation of mononuclear complexes, {[M(bpdo)(H2O)5](SO4)(H2O)2} [M = Co(II) (4), Ni(II) (5)], accompanied by the decomposition of the dithionate anions S2O6(2-) to sulfate anions SO4(2-).  相似文献
