We demonstrate that quasi-periodic void structure can be self-formed in transparent materials by single femtosecond laser pulse. Compared to the multiple-pulse induced structures, the single-pulse induced void structures are very short and may contain absent voids. The formation mechanisms have been discussed comparatively in detail. Based on this, a technique for high-speed and large-area fabrication of micro-void arrays in transparent materials has been presented. The experimental results show that 3D micro-void structures which contain over several hundred thousand voids in micrometer scales are produced in areas of square millimeters within a few minutes, and the periods of micro-void structures can be easily varied by processing parameters. This work has potential applications in 3D optical storage, photonic crystal and integrated optics, and provides novel insight into the interaction between the single femtosecond pulse and the transparent materials.  相似文献

本文选取了三种不同断裂韧度值的金属玻璃Zr41.25Ti13.75Ni10Cu12.5Be22.5,Ce68Al10Cu20Co2和Fe41Co7Cr15Mo14Y2C15B6,通过压缩实验测量了它们的应力-应变关系;样品断裂以后观察了其断口形貌,发现这三种金属玻璃具有不同的断裂模式.经过对这三种金属玻璃做缺口三点弯曲实验,利用数字散斑技术研究了缺口前端应变集中方向弹性应变场的演化过程.根据金属玻璃的屈服准则,阐述了不同断裂韧度值的金属玻璃的断裂机理.  相似文献

为了对工业管道排放的污染气体的流速进行连续监测,设计了一种双路平行对射式烟气流速测量系统,并对基于光闪烁法测量烟气流速的相关理论进行了研究.利用相位屏技术对湍流介质中的光闪烁现象进行了理论分析,得到了用于工业管道烟气流速反演的光闪烁互相关的表达式.对烟气流速反演过程中平均流速的路径加权问题进行了探讨,给出了路径加权函数,数值模拟表明路径加权函数具有近似高斯线型的轴对称分布特性,反映出管道中心流速对于平均流速的较大贡献.在此基础上,分析了光源光谱对路径权重函数的影响,实验证明由于光源光谱具有一定的带宽,使得路径加权函数值有一定的变化,但加权函数的分布形状保持不变.对于平均流速的路径加权函数的分析为计算工业管道中烟气流速的空间分布提供了依据.  相似文献

Distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) were measured using sinusoidal amplitude modulation (AM) tones. When one of the primary stimuli (f(1) or f(2), f(1)?< f(2)) was amplitude modulated, a series of changes in the cubic difference tone (CDT) were observed. In the frequency domain, multiple sidebands were present around the CDT and their sizes grew with the modulation depth of the AM stimulus. In the time domain, the CDT showed different modulation patterns between two major signal conditions: the AM tone was used as the f(1) or the f(2). The CDT amplitude followed the AM tone when the f(1) was amplitude modulated. However, when the AM tone acted as the f(2), the CDT showed a more complex modulation pattern with a notch present at the AM tone peak. The relatively linear dependence of CDT on f(1) and the nonlinear relation with f(2) can be explained with a variable gain-control model representing hair cell functions at the DPOAE generation site. It is likely that processing of AM signals at a particular cochlear location depends on whether the hair cells are tuned to the frequency of the carrier. Nonlinear modulation is related to on-frequency carriers and off-frequency carriers are processed relatively linearly.  相似文献

The interactions of bovine serum albumin (BSA) with two local anesthetics, procaine hydrochloride (PCH) and tetracaine hydrochloride (TCH) were studied using spectroscopic methods such as fluorescence and ultraviolet visible (UV-vis), and electrochemical techniques including cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulsed stripping voltammetry (DPSV). The results obtained from these techniques turned out that both PCH and TCH could bind to BSA. The binding constants (KA) and the number of binding sites (n) of the two drugs with BSA at different temperatures were determined, respectively. At 291 K, KA was found as 2.40×104 and 1.42×104 L mol−1 and n was 1.03 and 0.99 for PCH-BSA and TCH-BSA, respectively. According to van’t Hoff equation, the thermodynamic parameters, ΔG, ΔH and ΔS, were obtained, showing the involvement of hydrophobic and electrostatic force in these interactions. Based on the theory of the Förster energy transference, the distance between the acceptor (PCH or TCH) and the donor (BSA) were determined as 2.32 and 3.62 nm for PCH and TCH, respectively. The effects of Fe3+, Cu2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Zn2+ and Ca2+ on the binding of PCH or TCH to BSA were also evaluated.  相似文献

We present results of a study of the decay J/ψ → ωηπ+ π- using a sample of (225.2 ± 2.8) × 10(6) J/ψ events collected by the BESIII detector, and report the observation of a new process J/ψ → ωX(1870) with a statistical significance of 7.2σ, in which X(1870) decays to a(0)(±)(980)π±. Fitting to ηπ+ π- mass spectrum yields a mass M = 1877.3 ± 6.3(stat)(-7.4)(+3.4)(syst) MeV/c(2), a width Γ = 57 ± 12(stat)(-4)(+19)(syst) MeV/c(2), and a product branching fraction B(J/ψ → ωX) × B(X→a(0)(±)(980)π±) × B(a(0) (±)(980) → ηπ±) = [1.50 ± 0.26(stat)(-0.36)(+0.72) (syst)] × 10(-4). Signals for J/ψ → ωf(1)(1285) and J/ψ → ω η(1405) are also clearly observed and measured.  相似文献
