Organophosphine/phosphite‐stabilized silver(I) complexes bearing N‐acetylbenzamide ligand: synthesis,characterization and potential application in metal organic chemical vapor deposition

New N‐silver(I) acetylbenzamide complexes of type L_n?AgNC₉H₈O₂ (L = PPh₃; n = 1, 2a; n = 2, 2b; n = 3, 2c; L = P(OEt)₃; n = 1, 2d; n = 2, 2e; n = 3, 2f) were prepared. These complexes were obtained in high yields and characterized by elemental analysis, ¹H NMR, ¹³C{H} NMR, ³¹P{H} NMR and IR spectroscopy, respectively. The molecular structure of 2b has been determined by X‐ray single‐crystal analysis in which the silver atom is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry and crystallizes as cis–trans. New N‐silver(I) acetylbenzamide complexes have a four‐membered ring, which could influence their chemical and physical properties and modulate volatility. Metal organic chemical vapor deposition experiments were carried out successfully at 400°C and 450°C using 2e as precursor for the deposition of silver films, respectively. 利用超短光脉冲研究有机和生物分子发光

利用高重复率Nd:YAG锁模激光输出的倍频光5321Å激发有机染料溶液,通过高速光二极管和示波器组合测量荧光衰减曲线。给出我们用喇曼变换获得适于激发分子的波长,并指出更矩激发波长的获得方法。比较了不同荧光衰变过程测量方法,指出了有机和生物分子中有希望的研究领域。     

高亮度搪瓷交流电致发光屏的研究

本文报导了通过改进珐琅介质的介电性能,并采用特殊的灼烧工艺,获得高亮度.长寿命的搪瓷交流电致发光(AC—EL)屏的方法。

鄱阳湖流域华溪蟹属DNA条形码

探讨DNA条形码分子标记作为华溪蟹属(Sinopotamon)淡水蟹类辅助分类工具的可行性。选取分布于鄱阳湖流域的6种华溪蟹属淡水蟹类78个样本,采用线粒体COI和16SrRNA基因片段以及ITS2核基因片段,作为分子标记,结合GenBank数据库中同属序列片段,经DNA提取、引物筛选、PCR扩增、产物纯化测序及测序数据处理和分析,在计算得到的遗传距离和所构建系统发生树进行华溪蟹DNA条形码标准基因的选择。在本实验涉及的淡水蟹类个体及类群的识别上,16SrRNA和ITS2基因片段不适宜作为DNA条形码标准基因,而COI基因片段结合GenBank部分华溪蟹属序列数据分析,可区分本次研究所涉及的75%的物种。以线粒体COI基因片段为DNA条形码标准序列,可作为华溪蟹属淡水蟹类物种鉴定的辅助分类工具。     

氨吸收式串联型动力/制冷复合循环

本文提出了一种新型的采用氨水混合工质的动力／制冷复合循环,该循环以中低温工业余热或燃气轮机排气为热源,将动力、制冷子循环采用串联方式连接,基础循环工质为氨质量浓度为0．27的氨水溶液,热源为365℃／104．3 kPa 的热空气,透平进气参数为350℃／3750 kPa,,以热效率η1、(火用)效率η2作为评价准则,模拟计算表明本循环的热效率η1 为17．8％,炯效率η2为45％,通过与其它有代表性的分供系统及联供系统进行热力性能方面的比较,表明本循环η1、η2均有不同程度提高。     

A double toroidal analyzer for scanning probe electron energy spectrometer

An ultra-high vacuum(UHV) compatible electron spectrometer employing a double toroidal analyzer has been developed. It is designed to be combined with a custom-made scanning tunneling microscope(STM) to study the spatially localized electron energy spectrum on a surface. A tip–sample system composed of a piezo-driven field-emission tungsten tip and a sample of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite(HOPG) is employed to test the performance of the spectrometer.Two-dimensional images of the energy-resolved and angle-dispersed electrons backscattered from the surface of HOPG are obtained, the performance is optimized and the spectrometer is calibrated. A complete electron energy loss spectrum covering the elastic peak to the secondary electron peaks for the HOPG surface, acquired at a tip voltage of-140 V and a sample current of 0.5 pA, is presented, demonstrating the viability of the spectrometer.
