A convenient synthetic strategy for the diastereoselective assembly of spiro[azepane-4,3′-oxindoles] was developed via a Staudinger/Michael/aza-Wittig/reduction/N-deprotection reaction sequence starting from PMB-protected oxindole-substituted ethylazides. The key step of the method is a domino self-catalytic Michael/aza-Wittig reaction wherein the phosphazene moiety acts first as the catalyst and then as the reactant, resulting in the formation of a seven-membered N-heterocycle.  相似文献

The effective mass m* of the electrons confined in high-mobility SiGe/Si/SiGe quantum wells has been measured by the analysis of the temperature dependence of the Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations. In the accessible range of electron densities, n s , the effective mass has been found to grow with decreasing n s , obeying the relation m*/m b = n s /(n s ? n c ), where m b is the electron band mass and n c ≈ 0.54 × 1011 cm?2. In samples with maximum mobilities ranging between 90 and 220 m2/(V s), the dependence of the effective mass on the electron density has been found to be identical suggesting that the effective mass is disorder-independent, at least in the most perfect samples.  相似文献

The study addresses the phenomenon of accumulation of rigid tracer particles suspended in a time-dependent thermocapillary flow in a liquid bridge. We report the results of the three-dimensional numerical modeling of recent experiments [1,2] in a non-isothermal liquid column. Exact physical properties of both liquids and particles are used for the modeling. Two liquids are investigated: sodium nitrate (NaNO3) and n-decane (C10H22). The particles are modeled as perfect spheres suspended in already well developed time-dependent thermocapillary flow. The particle dynamics is described by the Maxey-Riley equation. The results of our simulations are in excellent agreement with the experimental observations. For the first time we reproduced numerically formation of the particle accumulation structure (PAS) both under gravity and under weightlessness conditions. Our analysis confirms the experimental observations that the existence of PAS depends on the strength of the flow field, on the ratio between liquid and particle density, and on the particle size.  相似文献

This work is devoted to the study of hollow-core photonic crystal fibers (HCPCF) dispersion properties. An effective scheme of HCPCF eigenmodes analysis, lying in separate dispersion diagrams calculation for the cladding and for the HCPCF itself, was proposed.
